Came here for dinner tonight with a friend, and to be honest, our experience wasn't the best. So my buddy orders first, and I order second. Keeping it low carb tonight, so I order a 10 pc original hot sauce wing and a diet coke. That's what I told the cashier. She asked if I wanted fries and if I wanted ranch. I said I'll take ranch, but never said yes to fries. She she rings me up for a meal, which includes fries. I had to tell her no, no fries. So she gets puzzled and has to go find someone out back to fix the order. She must've been new, which is fine, and I won't say her name or describe her, but it shouldn't be too difficult to fix. Anyway, we're waiting for our food, and mine gets called first. It's in a to-go bag, when we both clearly mentioned dine-in. Not a big deal, especially since it would've come in handy if I didn't finish my food, but I did lol. Again, not a big deal, but felt it was worth mentioning. I told my friend that I know it's impolite to start eating before his food arrives, but these wings were super hot and I didn't want them to get cold. Good thing I didn't wait because I was literally eating away and was pretty much halfway done with my food before he got his. He had to go up and ask if his food was almost ready because at this point it had been like 20+ minutes since he ordered, and he ordered before me. His food eventually arrived, and he seemed pretty pleased with the contents. We think they were generous with the fries because of the wait. Who knows. Anyway, although this experience was kinda rough, the food was still pretty good and hot. We've also been here a few times in the past, and we've had no problems then. Deducting a star for the botched order that had overcharged me, and deducting another star for the weird wait times, which made eating kinda weird. My first time at Wingstop! I've always wanted to try wings from here, and I finally got the chance today. I order a 50-piece family wings deal for $38.99. It includes large fries, a large side, 4 mix-n-match flavors, 4 dips, and veggie strips. It took 15 minutes :) The workers were super friendly and helpful with my first purchase. This locations is near Walmart super center, ikea, in-n-out, burger kings, and many other fast food eateries. I can totally spend a day here! It was pretty good, but we had to bring it home, so the fries got soft and the wings got cold. But I'm not sure it's good enough to keep me wanting more. Maybe I need to try it again :) read more

I have been coming to this location for the last year and never had a bad experience. Matter of fact today was the best. We initially were feeling lazy and ordered through DoorDash BUT the driver kept delaying the delivery time. We cancelled, got a refund, and ordered again-this time we called for pick-up. (We got there around 10:30 PM and we were the only ones there). Or maybe I can attribute my experience to the fact that the workers didn't seem too happy that day? (the girl was stressing out because her coworkers weren't cooperating. she just looked mad and was a bit snappy). Whatever the reason -- my goodness-- my boneless wings just tasted like sodium. Not even a light taste, it was just plain sodium: salty to the max. The spices didn't help, either. if anything, they increased the flavor of the salt. I chugged more than three cups of water during my meal. I ordered the usual lemon pepper and garlic parmesan, my winning combination and I left utterly disappointed, dying for more water. This location is by far the worst one i ever experienced, i called to make a order since the website was only allowing boneless orders not bone in and when i called i was on hold for about 15 minutes before deciding to hang up. Been ordering from this West Sac location for years now...and it's just gotten worse & worse over time. Over 50% of the time they get the order wrong, whether the wings or fries aren't cooked as ordered (not well-done or lacking extra seasoning), the wings are the wrong flavor, or items are missing altogether. Whenever things are incorrect, they never take accountability, and always blame THEIR delivery service (DoorDash). But if you order through Wingstop directly, then DoorDash has no record of the transaction --- how convenient. Call the restaurant and they have the audacity to suggest you come into the restaurant to pick up the missing items --- What the hell do you think I ordered DELIVERY for? ($5.99 delivery fee, at that.) Had to call corporate after so many F-up's. Whatever, it's all good. Not only done with this location, but done with Wingstop altogether. Put this place out of its misery, and out of business --- Go with Fire Wings, instead. The location has good signage and is easy to find. The parking lot is big, though it's shared with Beach Hut Deli and Burger King, so it's sometimes pretty full. The inside of the restaurant has about 10 tables as well as a waiting bench, so it could fill up on a busy night (there was loads of space for a weekday lunch). The store was clean and staff was very friendly. The drink station is one of the Coke freestyle machines. The boneless wings were awesome. We go to BWW a lot and I love theirs, but the wings here were a step up. The outside is super crispy (NOT burnt) and the inside was juicy. We got 3 flavors: mild (buffalo) was exactly that- mild, Sweet BBQ was sweet with almost no spice. Garlic Parmesan is our normal favorite at the other place, and while the flavor was good here, the bottom of the boat was full of butter- way too much. One wasn't wearing a mask, one had one on, but had it down to his chin, touching his face and hair. The fries were fresh, but very soggy and undercooked and the ranch was all watered down! That was definitely a first for me....the ranch has always been consistently wonderful! But not this time!! The only thing that was good was the fried corn and the rolls. Even the veggie sticks were crappy. The celery was shriveled and brown and the carrots were such huge chunks you could barely bite through them. All in all the quality of the food was terrible! I should've went to Texas Roadhouse and had some quality food for $67 I spent on this crap! And if it wasn't for me checking my order before I left I would've been shorted the rolls, dips, and veggie sticks! GET IT TOGETHER WINGSTOP....this location used to have amazing food!
