Newish location next to Jamba Juice serving the Sac State students on 65th Street. I was in the area and picked up food to take home. The inside is clean and service was quick. They have a designated area for to-go pick up. I'm sure they get a lot of Doordash or Uber Eats orders. I'm not sure if it's because I took the food home and didn't eat it right away. We ordered delivery from this restaurant. When we received our order, we found that one item was missing from the order. I called the restaurant and made them aware of the situation. They asked for my telephone number and said they would call me back. The manager called me back and apologized for the mistake. He assured me that my card would not be charged for the item that we did not receive. He said he would make the adjustment himself to make sure I was charged correctly. I looked at my credit card several days later and found that I was charged for the full amount, including the item we never received. No adjustment was ever made. I was a little bit annoyed when I first came in because it seemed like the manager was gonna help me at first when I was the only one at the cashier but in the middle of him helping me, he switched me off to an employee. I came in because I wanted to redeem my six free wings for my birthday and it was clearly shown on the app. I even showed the cashier the reward. But when she tried to redeem it, she said she didn't see any rewards on my account when using my phone number so I was a little bummed and I left, but then I tried to go on a Web browser instead of the app and did an order online and when I ordered online it did the zero cost for the six wings. I haven't had bdubs in a while and was craving some so I figured I'll make a delivery order from this new BWW Go. I ordered the combo that included 15 BONELESS WINGS + 5 TENDERS + FRIES. I really like the everything was well packed and there was no dipping sauce missing thankfully. About 80% of my fries were stuck to each other not sure what was going on there. They were also very soft and oily. The tenders were really hot and tasted delicious. This was my first time trying them. My wings on the other hand were cold. Usually if one thing is cold than everything else is but not this case. My wings were probably sitting for a while since the tenders were very warm. I think next time I'll just stick with the normal BWW not the go version. read more

My previous experiences with Buffalo Wild Wings haven't been the best. I decided to give this place a shot for a work potluck I was attending. The guy manning the front register was pretty chill as there wasn't that many orders in when I came in so that was a plus. I ordered the 20 piece boneless deal with the large fries and let me tell you they were some of the saddest sized wings I've ever seen. There's an ongoing joke about people who order boneless just order chicken nuggets but these weren't even the size of chicken nuggets. The only highlight of that order were the fries as they were nice and fresh but the wings were honestly not it. The mango habanero wings weren't really that spicy and definitely needed to be coated with more sauce. Buffalo was alright but I mean you can't really mess up that flavor. I can't tell you that I wouldn't suggest this spot because if you're craving wings and don't really care about the size or quality of your wings then this is your spot but there is other spots I would rather order wings from to go. read more

There was a worker who came across as very unprofessional during my visit. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but I believe she may have been Indian. When I first walked in, she just stared at us without greeting or acknowledging us, she didn't say anything like "Hi, how can I help you?" or anything similar. As we were deciding on what to order, she went to the back, which was fine, but then she poked her head out and asked, "Are you guys ready???" in a rude tone. When we started ordering the "Pick 6 Meal for Two," we were a bit confused about how it worked, and instead of explaining it, she just said, "Mhm, what else?" while looking at us as if we were bothering her. I eventually had to ask her to explain the meal, which felt awkward because I would've expected her to guide us through it from the start -- that's usually standard customer service. Absolute worst experience. 20 wings come with a total of four of your choice of vegetables and/or dipping sauces. Ridiculous--It should be double that amount. Everything was old and dried out--Buffalo wings, carrots and celery and fries. I called and spoke with someone who kept trying to blame it on the delivery driver (who was actually early) which was ludicrous because vegetables don't start getting dried out and turn brown nor do fries and chicken taste old and dried out (wings weren't wet with sauce at all) because of a 20 minute drive. I said I wanted a refund and she said she would call the manager and call me back within 30 minutes. She didn't. When I called back she said things had gotten busy so she wasn't able to call him and then tried giving me the same excuses about the food again. I was then passed off to another employee who also repeated the same excuses. Zero accountability--They're just trying to get out of giving a refund. He said he would have the manager call me the next day. When the manager called I had to repeat the story all over again plus tell him about the pathetic behavior of his staff. He apologized profusely and said he would give me a refund but had to get it approved by the owners. Excuse me sir what?! The order came to $36 and a manager doesn't have the authority to refund it on his own? The man we spoke to said ,"just come in and we can apply the deal for you." Which we thought ," ok cool ! I've visited this place a few times, and I can't resist taking advantage of their 20 boneless wings and large fry deal for $16.99. I personally upgrade the fries to either tater tots or, even better, the potato wedges. (Reminds me of when KFC used to have their wedges) also, don't forget to add the free seasonings to them as I switch between the lemon pepper and desert heat.... It really elevates the flavor.
