Over price, red beans, and rice
    richard h.

Here is my two cents on the taste, quantity quality of the food. I had it delivered by Uber eats and it arrived in a timely matter with also the chicken still being very hot . This place claims to be Cajun fried chicken place ... wrong wrong wrong wrong they lie... I will say the chicken fried is very good crispy on the outside moist on the inside, but it's fried chicken. You would find the way I grew up in the Midwest very white with a very, not spicy whatever taste. .. The pieces were very good size, including the wings and overall I find the chicken good if you're looking for just plain simple fried chicken .. I found the biscuits were better than KFC .... so if you're looking for spicy Cajun food or spicy Cajun chicken, this is not the place to go to. I also ordered jambalaya and red beans and rice . The item shown in the pictures were five dollars each. What a rip off it's hardly any food for what you paid. Red beans and rice ...rice cost two cents to make probably but it fills up 90% of this container . The red beans was good. It's just that they did not give you very much! So unless you're having a major craving for red beans and rice, no somewhere else.. Cajun dish jambalaya. I don't know what this is, but it surely was not jambalaya. This has to be the very worse I have ever taste in my life. .. My seven year old nephew would have made a better jambalaya cooking a box that you can get off the shelf ... jambalaya supposed to be spicy you might as well be eating the taste of a marshmallow just plain white horrible... plus on top of it which I understand they used leftover fried chicken for the ingredients they give you a lot of chicken, but it's not cooked properly.. I have been a lazy to make my own jambalaya in which I use leftover spicy Kentucky fried chicken... They use their leftover fried chicken but their chicken here is just plain white bread type avoided at all cost especially when they are charging you five dollars for a small container. If you want middle-class white bread, fried chicken, this is the place if you want good biscuits, this is a place .. Anything that Cajun looks somewhere else .

Stick to the chicken on the bone. It's fantastic! Chicken tenders are okay, potato wedges are mediocre, wings are decent. And the guys forgot to give me honey butter biscuits with my family meal but they were nice and I'll definitely be back. Better than KFC!

The chicken is crispy and crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I was not expecting this level of deliciousness from inside of a gas station. The potato wedges and honey biscuit are also delicious. I got a 4pc Cajun chicken tender meal and was happy I took a chance on Krispy Krunchy Chicken.

Definitely some of my favorite fried chicken! Always crispy and crunchy with that level of spice and kick to it. Only thing I don't like about this one verses other ones I've been to is that you have to come when they're made fresh for the best experience and you can never predict when a new batch with be out. You can never go wrong with their biscuits either. I believed it's topped with honey, and they just melt in your mouth. Regardless, you will definitely be surprised for fried chicken that's sold at a gas station.

In a gas station across the nation. No sides but the chicken and biscuits (Moist and maybe up for debate if it's better than Church's chicken biscuits) were bomb and worth it. It's not greasy. The flavor and price was right. I will be back again to try the dark meat and the cajun sweet and sour. We got the classic krispy flavor.

Heard so many great things about this place, so I'm sad (and hesitant) to give it 3 stars :( I came knowing it would be in a gas station, but for those that don't--it's located in a gas station near the cash register. It can be kind of sketch, but hey.. anything for good food, right? Oh, and lots of parking outside. We ordered 4 pieces of chicken for the two of us, which came with a biscuit. We ordered an extra one (for less than a dollar). This came out to be ~$7. We wanted sides, but they were completely out.. what a bummer! They had a bit of fries left (less than a portion), so they gave us that for free. Yay! So the food that we did get was pretty good. Exceeded my expectations for gas station food for sure. The chicken was okay... not dry at all, and it was so crispy! The biscuit was amazing! Will definitely come back and try the sides. Hope

It's open seating and we opted to sit outside, we didn't realize our table (as were all of them) dirty but our waitress noticed and offered to clean to clean it- mind you we were already seated. Another waitress comes by and wipes every bit of crumbs and dirt right onto my lap, irritating. I wiped my lap very obvious and she apologized. My bf ordered a fanta when we were asked about drinks and given about 10 mins to look over the menu. I ordered the Munga Munga (i believe that's the spelling) in burrito form and informed the waitress no feta as I have a dairy allergy. I saw her write it down. My bf again asked for the fanta and she said yes of course. We waited maybe 10-15 mins and out food was out. My bf still didn't have his fanta lol and my burrito came w feta- able to see bc they cut the burrito in half. I noticed right away and they took it back to remake. At this time my bfs fanta comes. Less than 10 mins later I get my refire. This particular omelette was supposed tp have Louisiana hot link sausage but it must've been cut very fine bc I could barely see any meat and there wasn't any flavor to it at all. I added some tobasco and pepper but I'm thinking I should've added salt too. Cool. I ate maybe half of half the burrito and a few bites of hash browns (that also had no flavor) and was ready to go. Less than 4 hrs later I had awful cramps and diarrhea. It's clear they don't take allergies seriously here. My bf ordered chicken fried steak and he said it was delicious tho. Me personally, I'm good on coming back. Food thrown out, they likely cook eggs in butter or mix egg beaters w milk.

The restaurant itself was already VERY loud, with customers talking, laughing, and enjoying themselves. We actually appreciated the atmosphere because, as parents of a toddler, it made us feel more comfortable dining there as a family. Shortly after receiving our food, my toddler became upset and started crying. The OWNER approached my husband and asked him to REMOVE OUR CHILD FROM THE RESTAURANT. My husband, being the respectful person he is, complied and took her outside. At first, I was confused about why he had suddenly left until he called me and explained what the owner had told him. We had JUST received our food. At that point, I asked our server to remove the untouched items from our bill. I made it clear that I was more than willing to pay for anything we had already touched or consumed, but I was not comfortable continuing to give my business to an establishment whose owner had just asked my husband to remove our toddler. The owner then approached me, and I explained how inappropriate and upsetting I found the situation, especially considering how loud the restaurant already was. I could barely hear my own daughter over the overall noise in the restaurant. Her response was that "people were looking at me," which is why she asked my husband to take our daughter OUTSIDE. That response was extremely disappointing. She is a TODDLER. Toddlers sometimes cry. We were not allowing her to run around the restaurant, destroy anything, or behave dangerously. She was simply upset and crying. If noise was truly the issue, then why was our child singled out in an already extremely loud restaurant? What makes the experience even more uncomfortable is that we already felt we were greeted rudely by our first server. I do want to recognize the gentleman who was calling names for the tables. He was very kind and welcoming, and I appreciated his professionalism. As for the owner, I am extremely disappointed that someone who owns a restaurant would treat paying customers and their child this way. Families with young children deserve to know what kind of environment they are walking into. If children, or the normal behavior that occasionally comes with having toddlers are not welcome in your establishment, that should be clearly communicated to customers before they sit down and order food. We will not be returning, and I hope no other family is made to feel as unwelcome and embarrassed as ours was today.
