I'll place the order online and you can pick up since I'm not in the area yet. No problem but they don't let you use a gift card online. Best Wingstop we've ever been to. The wings were full of flavor & were crispy on the outside soft n' moist on the inside. Fries were good but too much salt. Placed an online order for $80 worth of food to be delivered at 7PM on Tuesday for the Lakers game. When I called at 7:30 due to no arrival I was told the delivery driver cancelled the order despite my card already being charged and I'd get a refund in 3-5 business days. When I asked if I could just have my initial order placed again they said I'd have to place the order again online and it wouldn't be ready for another 90-120 minutes due to how busy they are. Flash forward to today when I called in about still not being issued a refund and the Shift Manager states "Yeah some times it takes up to 10 days, we have a ton off issues with our delivery system, anyways have a good one." and then hung up on me. It was a friday night at the dinner rush and my food was ready at the promised time and the cashier was friendly.The wings were delicious and everything that Expected. the fries however were soggy and cold, like they had been sitting out for quite sometime, unlike out wings which were hot and crispy. I think this is the last time we are going to the Wingstop! I ordered a 75 piece family order online. When I got to the store, the order wasn't ready as indicated online. When I was handed my 2 bags, I asked if the order was complete and the girl said yes. When I got home, a side order was missing so essentially she "LIED"! I called the manager and was given a consolation resolution of 10% off on my next visit. I spent $77 for dinner which doesn't happen often at a Wingstop. If I get 10% off on my next visit which may equate to $2 or $3, then they can keep it and I'll go somewhere else that provides much better service. read more

I'm not sure why I didn't check the Yelp review prior to my visit but I would think being a chain I would expect near to identical service and product from the same chain establishment. Unfortunately this was not the case at this location. My order was done online since it was for the office and that would save some time being that it usually takes about 15-20mins from order to service. I ordered and followed the steps paying online by credit card. Upon entering the store, I tell the older gentleman working the register that I'm there to pick up an order. He mumbles something and I ask for him to repeat. "Prepaid?" I replied "Yes". He checks the online confirmation receipt of my order and then asks "Can I see your ID and Credit Card" which I gladly showed him. He then asks, "This is prepaid?" I reply "Yes" again. He then draws a line on the printout and puts an "X" next to it asking me to sign the paper. I sign the paper and he proceeds to the register then asks me AGAIN "This is prepaid right?" Now at this point I'm irritated and ask him in return "Is this your first online order?!" He replied "no, no no...you just look like" when I interrupt and ask "Look like I'm trying to rip you off? What do I look like?!" He says "no" and finally gives me my order. I really don't understand why he would need to repeatedly ask me if I prepaid when that is the ONLY way to order online since I couldn't complete the order until it was paid for. Then he repeatedly questions me? I further asked for some napkins to go which apparently they don't have so I had to unravel the paper towel roll they use inside the establishment. The service and treatment alone wasn't enough, when I got back to the office the wings were semi warm and borderline cold. My pickup time was 1:05P of which I got there at that time. The office is less than 5 minutes from the restaurant, go figure. Needless to say, this will be my last time at this location and hopefully this is a warning if you plan to visit. read more
