The only reason I am giving this location one star is because i think the food is great. The service at this location however, needs improvement. I placed an online order for pickup and arrived at the time i was told to and my order STILL was not ready. I had to wait an additional 15 mins for my order, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online. 5-11-13 First time visit to Wing Stop. They have been open 1 month. Only 1 or 2 other customers in the store, and they were leaving with their food. I needed some guidance with the menu choices and finally decided on the Triple Double Pack special with a couple of added side items. I paid and the cashier told me it would be a 14 minute wait. I sat at a nearby table to wait. First thing that caught my eye was that there were at least 8 employees standing in the kitchen not appearing to be doing anything. Not cooking, not cleaning....???? After a moment or 2, a couple of them appeared to start preparing my order Next, I could not miss the very loud music they were playing. Hey, I like music. I appreciate the loud rock at 5 Guys and other places......but.....they were blasting Ludacris "Southern Hospitality" uncensored at near pain levels. (No, I didn't know the song, my SoundHound app figured it out for me.) I thought this was supposed to be a family place. Oh yeah, the food. The food was the reason they got 2 stars from me. I probably will never go back to this store. There are others near enough that if I want wings, I will go to them. One more thing, I watched one of the female workers in the kitchen fiddle with her hair and face as she worked. That was the coup de grâce for me. The wings are fucking delicious. The Parmesan fries are my favorite. The best thing is that the cooks always make my wings extra wet. When I come on the weekends, it's usually kinda packed, that's why I usually call my order in. When I come to pick it up the most I've waited was probably like 5-10min which is understandable with all their customers. No matter how busy though, they're usually always patient and chill. Wish I could give them no stars. Bought some wings on Monday, June 09 around 11pm. Got the 30 wing family pack, 5 lemon pepper and the rest original hot. I began to eat the lemon pepper and everything seem fine until I took a look at the wing. It was a bit slimy, I got disgusted and stopped eating them. I wake up the following day at 2 am , throwing up. Spent almost the whole day at the hospital , turns out I had food poisoning. Never again will I eat here, probably won't ever eat at wingstop. Well not sure about this place. It is located on the back corner of a small shabby strip mall. The establishment looks clean the staff was ok. The do recap your order as their are handing it to you, I reckon this would be due to other reviews of wrong orders and $$ wasted for them. However I found that I was not able to order a six piece without getting the meal and I try my hardest not to eat french fries. The smalles order of wings is ten and six was already too much for me. Well, my options were limited for lunch places so I went for the meal ate 4 fries and tossed the rest :( oh well. Not sure I will be coming back here unless I have not eaten for days. read more
