This is my absolute favorite wing place in Wilmington. There is no bad flavor on the menu. If your a blue cheese fan, you won't be let down. This poor girl was there to pick up a big order and the service she received was absolutely DISGUSTING!! THE MANAGER had the audacity to give her an attitude and make her feel as she was being inconvenient but had no problem to take the NOT CHEAP payment and let her walk out by herself with BAGS of food. When I heard this establishment was coming to Wilmington, I had to tried them and see what the hype was all about. The food was ok. I had the original hot bone in wings. What I did lime was their fries. Heavy in the salt but still was enjoyable. Far as dining in the seating is limited so I recommend to just get it to go. Also love the fact that you can order online which I used and it was ready when I came to pick it up. The price is kind if neutral to me but it will not break the bank. I wish I could give this place less stars. I had never tried it before, so I gave it a shot. Ordered ten bone in wings with the original hot (supposed to be their best sauce) and the wings had absolutely no flavor. Like, they tasted like plain chicken. Yuck. The chicken was also extremely dry and hard to even eat. It's funny that they brag about flavor when that's what the wings were lacking. The fries were also chunky and good if you like soggy potatoes. The Louisiana voodoo fries to be exact, were decent. At best. The brownie tastes like chalk. My mother and I have worked and slaved all day lol. After work, we decided to look for a place to eat, we had seen wing stop earlier that day and decided to try it out. We walked in a noticed the prices were a little high for what you were getting. Everything was standard with wings, fries and a drink. We asked if we could get our orders without fries, and were politely told no, found that kind of weird since we were still going to pay the same amount as if we were going to get it with fries. We made our order and sat down and waited. We waited at least 20 mins, after the fact we were told it would only be 12. We got called that our order was ready and we left with the bag in our hand. When we opened the bag we noticed our fries were (in trays) sitting on top of each other! The fries underneath the top fries were smushed and soggy by the time we got home. But, overall the fries were good, very salty, but good. Thinking things would get better from there we opened our wings. My mother had ordered their mild wings and parmesan wings and when she opened hers, the sauces had mixed together by poor placement of the paper they were in. :/ When I was eating mine (parmesan) they were just dry. It was like they cooked the wings and sprinkled parmesan cheese on them?? VERY SAD ://// For a place that is dedicated to wings, this sure was a disappointment. read more

This Wingstop owner needs to take a hint from what happened to Hwy.55 on Gordon and what's happening to Hwy.55 in Burgaw. No adults in the place equals bad news. My husband and I needed a quick meal and this was the only place not busy. I saw why after we had paid for the order- the place was filthy. Trash can running over onto the floor by the drink and condiment area, which was also nasty, and soda had run down the drink machine and dried up. The floors were trashy and the place was just grungy. The young man who took our order was polite and he ended up going back to put our order together after 20 mins. because the other four kids there were too busy socializing. We got home, and realized our last mistake- didn't check our order. They only gave me 5 wings when I paid too much for 8, the sugar coated fries were in an eat-in container- not boxed up, and although the food was good, it upset my whole digestive tract. I guess the 95.5 Grade wasn't enough to turn us away, but the whole experience means we won't go back. The mall food court store was much better. Get some responsible adults back into your food places to train these kids or you will go under. read more
