BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Today, Super Bowl Sunday, we ordered 50 wings at 4:30 PM, hours before the game. The order confirmation said it would be ready for pick up in 63 mins which made sense to me. We showed up about 80 minutes after the order. It wasn't ready and the manager at the store told us the estimated time that it will be ready doesn't mean anything!!!!!!!! So false advertising? Why would the system not account for the orders? Why would the store not be staffed appropriately knowing it would be a busy day??????? It is now 6:30, so our order in reality wouldn't be ready until 8:30 minimum, 4 hours after we placed our order?? Furthermore, we were directed to cancel the order online if we wanted to cancel and not wait. We went online and the directions were to cancel at the store. I will never order from Wong Stop again. I will be emailing corporate and posting all over my social media platforms what happened and to warn everyone I know and their friends to never buy from Wing Stop!! They won't even refund our order. Hubby and I stopped in this past week and were pleasantly surprised. The wings were very good. Nice and crispy. I got the boneless wings and they were yummy. Also, I liked the fact that one of the sides was carrot and celery sticks instead of always being stuck with fries. You also get your choice of dips. I got ranch and hubby got bleu cheese, both excellent. Hubby said they were some of the best wings he's ever had. We eat out often, so that's no small compliment! No frills or fancy dishes. A couple tips for SIGNAGE on your DOOR: 1. "MASK REQUIRED". No biggie, I would just prefer you remind me before I walk in. Mostly just so you don't have to shame me. Most restaurants don't care - you care, which is great - make a sign. 2. "NO FREAKING DINE IN" (even though we have many chairs and tables set up and the lady asks me if it's for "here or to to go"). Let me start by prefacing that I love wings. I'm picky when it comes to a quality bone-in wing, and wingstop is a nice affordable bite, yet it's nothing crazy either. I ordered original hot, Louisiana rub, and mango habanero. All nice flavors, but for two of the spiciest choices I didnt even feel too much heat. The in-house ranch was a nice touch though and the quality of the meat was good. Also the Louisiana voodoo fries were killing the game. I would say on a normal night I would give wingstop a 4 star, but waiting for my order inside was a bit hectic and took about an extra 10-15 to get my order. I'll come back, but I'll take my time picking up the food that's for sure. read more

That combined with the price tag of over $1 per wing led us to being highly disappointed with our first Wing Stop experience. Ordered delivery I live right down the street I really was considering just doing pick up but delivery was free and we have a newborn so why not. I didn't realize the delivery was through door dash till after it was placed.. Long story short had to call the restaurant and ask them where our food was all they said was I don't know.. you'll have to call doordash.. not helpful or caring cause I called and they hadn't even picked up my order yet. When I finally got the food it was extremely cold. Fires were soggy (asked for them well done) and boneless were chewy and also really cold. Stopped in to get some last minute dinner. While waiting for my order, I overheard a manager on the phone with a disgruntled customer. He calmly went through company policy over refunds and then politely requested the customer to lower their voice. After the phone call, The disgruntled customer showed up at the store within minutes and demanded to see the manager. The other shift manager handled the Karen with the upmost professionalism while the people taking orders continued on with grace and efficiency. Before the environment became tense with the presence of the angry woman, the team had been working with such good vibes and it was clear the culture of the work environment was positive and friendly as staff interacted with customers and each other. I recently saw someone unload a box of 40 FRESH chicken out of the trunk of their car and carry into the store! I thought WOW! This is what causes food borne illnesses that you are always hearing about. This is not only dangerous and possibly deadly to the consumer but the state inspectors would just shut that place down immediately with huge fines. Consistently poor service and poor quality wings. Super Bowl Sunday was the final straw: ordered 100 wings to be ready half an hour before game time for pick up. When I arrived, there were 50 people in the store waiting for orders scheduled to be prepared nearly 2 hours earlier. They were severely understaffed, underqualified, and absolutely unprepared for the biggest day of their year. When asked what was taking so long, the manager explained that "they had a lot of orders come in". It was actually a confusing experience; 10 people off the street would have been doing a better job than whoever was working that day. I won't be returning. read more

I have been a fan of Wingstop for over 5 years. However, I will have to find a new place for wings. The last 2 times I attempted to place an order at this Wingstop, I have been unsuccessful. I usually call the store and place my order for carry out, but these last two instances the phone has been busy every time I've tried calling. The first time I chalked it up to a busy Sunday night, maybe an employee called out. I tried again the following Tuesday and got the same result. I tried calling again and again on my cell phone, as well as my girlfriend's phone.. Busy signal, over and over. The one time the phone did ring, I waited 6 minutes for an answer. That's 6 minutes of ringing to no avail. I even drove to the store to place an order inside. While I was inside I tried to call again out of curiosity but no phone rang in the restaurant and not a single employee was anywhere near a phone or a register. Before I could finally order, the cashier interrupted me and told me that the wait would be an hour and a half to 2 hours. I called Wingstop's corporate office and told them about my recent experiences and then I tried a week later to see if anything improved. Needless to say, this place hasn't improved. Hopefully the highway 92 Woodstock location is simply a "bad apple", and doesn't reflect the values of Wingstop as a corporation, but I'm starting to doubt it. Avoid this place at all costs. If you are lucky enough to have an employee take your order, you will most likely get sick. The wings are usually overdone or undercooked. Hopefully no one else falls ill because of eating here, but it's inevitable when the restaurant is always dirty and the staff couldn't seem to care less. read more

First time here. Was in the shopping center to visit FedEx and their lunch special grabbed my attention. I got the 4 tender, fries and soda lunch combo for right around $6.50. The fries were pretty over seasoned. I think it should be a choice of light or heavy seasoning as they ask you a lot of other questions when ordering!
