We ordered online and paid ahead to pick up! When we got our wings home not only were they the wrong amount, less than paid for but also the wrong flavors! Called in and talked to the manager who basically said I'm not calling you a liar but..... Was made to drive them back in to the store or could do nothing about it! Promised IF order was wrong they would redo plus give 5 extra wings free for the mistake! Got there to return and not only did they open up our return to prove us not liars but then we took the new order home and there were no extra wings for the trouble! Well where to start I have never been treated so rudely by management of a fast food place. The service was so terrible we ordered a meal for two, and they messed it up and did not give us the rest of the meal. I spoke with the manager and she questioned if I even knew what I ordered. I said i did and this was not it. She went to fix our order we waited 45 minutes for 15 wings and fries like what?? I asked the manager what it was taking so long she said well you got bumped since we had to correct your order so we basically waited close to an hour for 15 wings and fries. She said if I had any comments to call corporate since she didn't have time to deal with it and walked away. My wife and I were so upset how we were treated by a "manager". We will never go back. I ate here with my daughter today . My wings were EXTREMELY salty. I could hardly get past the saltiness to keep eating. I didn't want to waste them so I guzzled my tea. The restaurant was a mess. It was about 1:30 So not right in the middle of lunch . There were a few tables with customers, and out of the rest ,only two that had no trash on them. No one had bothered to bus the tables . It wasn't THAT busy. The walls were dirty and the floor to the right of the soda machine had some nasty looking goo on the floor. I was trying to pay with an EDD debit card. The register wouldn't read it when it was swiped and the employee running the register didn't seem to know that he could enter the numbers manually. Their corporate customer service phone number is no help either, they just take your name and phone number and "escalate the request" after 3 phone calls. Update!! Soo the service was way better, the employees treated me like an actual human being. We waited only 15 minutes, and there were quite a few orders that were online and also inside.
