Have ordered take out here quite a few times over the past couple of years. Tonight, got home and was short 20 wings.....yes, irritating but not the end of the world. Called store and had manager tell me he personally made my order and that I was not going to be helped. After some choice words he agreed to provide the 20 wings. Tried Wingstop for the first time....Do they not season the wings before cooking them? The sauces are decent enough, but you have to start with a good tasting piece of meat. They blame the customers for everything. Here's what happened today- I had a coupon for free boneless wings and told them over the phone. I come inside to pick up the order and the girl upfront says it's not on here you didn't order them. I replied yes I did. I don't know what happened. She says I'm going to have to wait long, argues with me about not telling them ahead of time then goes to the manager and he tells her I did order it and he didn't ring it up because it was free. Wow, my recent experience at this establishment was not a very good one. Let's make it short and to the point... ordered two meals TO GO that came with drinks, key word is TO GO meaning I'm taking my order home. Was given 2 cups, filled them up to find out they ran out of lids for the size advertised for the meal.. the cashier said "sorry". I had to break it down to her to the common sense factor that my meal was to go and I did not want to drive home with two open drinks. I asked for 2 large cups and even told her I would fill it up with what was in the medium cup already, to prove I just wanted a cup with a lid. It became an issue and the managers approval was needed. You don't think it's a bright idea to alert your customers ahead of time before they order? Mind you this was around 12-1pm, not like it was toward the end of the day or something. Floor was super sticky, like disgustingly sticky, pancake syrup sticky. Wings were ok, although my girlfriend and I both felt sick a couple hours afterwards. Before we left with our order the lady put up a sign that mentioned the lids too lol. This location seems to be poorly managed as another customer was complaining as well while we were present. Maybe focus on building a staff that caters more to the customer, also attention to inventory and cleanliness of the restaurant wouldn't hurt. The store owner or the general manager refused to speak with me today in matter of an order. And, I'm sure they won't make it to yelp to read this either which is also fine as I will be sending the exact copy of this to corporate. Sadly, this being the only wing stop in Yuba, I visit this location very frequently. And, this is stopping today. I placed an order online at approximately 4:40. I arrive at the store at 5:00 pm and pay for my order. Two cashiers are trying to sort out the register while I wait for one of them to ring up. Finally I pay for my order, get my receipt and I'm told to wait for my food. I assumed they were busy so I sat down. Couple mins later, an employee brings an order to their back counter, I get up and ask him if it's my order and he looks at me and says no. So, I sit down. For 20 mins, four employees continue to pretend to be working and none of them bring my order so I got up again to ask and as I approach the front counter and I look at the same bag and it has my order number on it. Yes, at this point I'm pissed. How do you not prioritize your customers that have paid for their orders and sitting right in front your face but keep on walking past them!? Please train your employees properly. I demanded my money back, and the food that I paid for originally. Thank you for being kind enough to refund my money as it took me 30+ mins to walk out of store. I understand owning multiple locations leads to becoming absentee owners and you stop caring how your staff treats your customers or makes food but eventually it's going to catch up. Sadly, people only continue to come to your store because they don't have any other choice. It's matter of time when your competitor opens and you will begin to loose customers. Finally! The days of driving to Citrus Heights for Buffalo Wild Wings are over now that I've found an excellent local alternative. The food is all around delicious. As far as wings, you can choose chicken strips, boneless wings, or traditional style wings or a combination of the above. They have 9 flavors: teriyaki, hawaiian, garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, hickory smoked bbq, mild, original hot, cajun, and atomic. No matter which sauces you choose, they are very generous with the amount that gets put on the wings. You can't say the same for very many wing places. Also, the texture of the chicken is perfect and it's excellent quality. [Disclaimer: I only go with boneless, so that's all I can vouch for but I'm sure the traditional wings and the chicken strips are just as tasty.] They have combo options to pair up the wings with their side dishes or you can just order wings alone. Their french fries and potato salad are my favorites to go with the wings, but they have other dishes like baked beans, cole slaw, veggie sticks w/ dip, etc. Something for everyone to like. Options for soda? Easily 100+ choices. It has to be the coolest drink dispenser I've ever seen! All of the drinks are neatly organized into a touch screen system that registers your choice and creates your selection for you. I tried several of the flavors and I ended up being pretty impressed with all of them... My favorite was grape sprite though! To be honest, I'm sure there will be times that I'll stop in here solely for some unique flavor of soda. The service was friendly and fast - the wings are cooked to order and usually ready in about 10 minutes. You can call ahead if you'd prefer, but the wait really isn't bad at all. Overall, I'm definitely glad I discovered this place. I have no doubts that I'll be back plenty more when that late night wing craving kicks in! read more

I've tried the mild, lemon pepper, garlic parm, hickory smoked, and teriyaki wings.. and I'm just not impressed. The mild wings were probably my favorite, and the rest just underwhelmed me. Did an online order for pick up today at 5:30. I ordered a big bundle & added on additional sides of fries, veggies, corn & extra wings. Due to me being sick with Covid I sent my hubby in to pick up the order. He arrived & the order still was not ready @ 5:30. He had to wait for a bit. He got home with the order but it was missing the veggies. I called & was placed on hold. I kept on hold got in my car & drove over there. I explained how I'm still on hold going on 9 minutes now to call & inform them that my order was incomplete! The last thing I wanted to do was go in but I didn't have a choice. Went to my go to place for wings today and boy was I disappointed. I placed my order online for pick up at 3:45, I arrived at 3:50 pm grabbed my food and left. Upon arriving home I realized my food was beyond cold. I called to speak to the manager and was on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up and called back. The "manager" answered the phone and proceeded to argue with me stating there was no way my food was cold and that if I wanted to complain more I could call the corporate office, so I did. I have been to this location on a number of nights and every night has been about the same. 4 girls in the back standing around doing nothing and one girl up front working her butt off for the front counter, answering phones and taking orders. Not only that, but twice I have called only to be put on hold and then forgotten about, but when I arrive at the restaurant there isn't a single customer eating and the employees are standing out front. This is not the service that wing stop is known for, and other locations ( much busier ones at that ) have the process nailed down. I wish I could leave negative stars. I really home this place gets shut down. I have never said that about any restaurant, fast food or a sit down. I have come to this place about 5 other times and this time was my last. Every time I order over the phone I am told 15-20 minutes. I arrive 5 minutes later and I still wait for my food to be done. This time I said let's try and just order I. The restaurant and eat there. Big mistake, after waiting 35 minutes I figured I would see what was taking so long. My wife and I ordered a 15 wing meal for 2 people. We where planning on sharing it with our 2 children. But the person at the counter said they didn't know if ours was started yet. Come to find out, it was just bagged. Would have been great but the person started to refund our transaction before telling us our food was done. Then they said it was done about 5 minutes ago and was sitting in a bag on the shelf... if we ordered to eat in the restaurant why was it in a to go bag and why did you throw it away Belford offering it to your customer for the inconvenience of waiting over 30 minutes for wings that take about 5-10 minutes to cook. There was only one other customer in the place, and they came after us. Wing stop wasn't slammed busy. There is no excuse this time.
