Just had my brows done and I couldn't be happier!!! Let me start off by telling you I've did a ton of research and looked at what feels like a million before and after photos before I decided to book at Wink. I only have one regret and that is that I waited so long to get this done. I just cut 15 minutes off my morning routine, so excited!!! My experience: Booking My Appointment: I called and left a message and received a response within 24 hours. We played phone tag before confirming app via text. Consult and service are done in the same visit. I asked a few questions prior and Wink was quick with responding to them. My visit: Outside of being super nervous the experience was excellent. Tabatha was really great at answering my questions and explaining the process to me prior and during. We first decided on a shape followed by a color before the procedure began. The numbing cream definitely takes the edge off but I could still feel my brows being formed. The pain wasn't too bad, if you are used to waxing then it won't be much different. When she was done I was amazed at how awesome by brows looked!! The color was a little dark but still a great match and I couldn't get over how REAL they look. Tabatha sends you on your way with care kit & instructions.. the whole visit took about an hour at most. I came to Tabatha exactly a year ago to fix a problem area that had bothered me for a long time. It was dark and I wanted it lightened. After 4/5 sessions with her and about 9 MONTHS going to her, I was left with YELLOW ink in my skin rather than my skin tone. It made it look so much worse and it definitely took my confidence away completely. Tabatha is nice sure, but she didn't seem to care much when I told her about the issue--seemed very superficial. She also took 1/2 to 1 full day to respond to my messages when I was clearly very upset and trying to see what we could do to fix it. Short and insincere messages from her btw. Yes, she offered saline removal (which would take multiple sessions and months longer), but honestly, if she messed up the ink, why wouldn't I think she could mess up the removal as well? I opted not to go back to her and decided to seek help from other sources. I did my removal elsewhere and the area is still healing. Mind you, it looks WORSE than it did before I went to Tabatha and there is still some yellow ink there. I'm slowly fixing the problem myself, but for anyone who is interested ink ink camouflage with Tabatha, PLEASE take this into account! Yes she's experienced, but after 25 years in this industry she STILL managed to botch my color matching and completely ruin my confidence. Zero stars if I could. read more

DO NOT go to Tabatha! She may or may not happen to pick the right color for you, and you will spend tons of money trying to repair the damage she has done. I went to see Tabatha about 5 weeks ago for eyebrow microblading. I messaged her about a week 1/2 ago telling her the color looked blue/gray. She offered for me to come in and she would go over with a warmer color. After thinking about it I decided I would not feel comfortable having the person that messed up the color try to correct it. I told her this in a text, and asked for my money back since I now have to go pay someone else to fix it. She said she didn't give refunds and I signed a contract, etc. I will post screenshots of the messages. You will see how unprofessional she is. I deeply regret trusting her with my face. She isn't even sorry that I have to walk around with gray eyebrows. It is especially awful in the sunlight. UPDATE: Haha, now she's blaming me, and accusing me of wanting free blue eyebrows. What does she think I am? A smurf? Your "not free" eyebrows will cost me $500 in addition to the $360 I paid her. Tabatha also uses the same photos as someone else on Instagram. I have been coming to Tabatha for past few years for my eyebrows micro blading....She is okay with the Initial paying appt but when it comes to the touch up, that's what becomes challenging. She constantly tries to move it around. It happens every time if I need to do a touch up and in the past I thought to myself it's okay it happens sometimes....But every time??? I have a busy life so when I make an appt, I stick with it. She tried to change my appt twice and When I responded to her to cancel my appt and I will have it fixed somewhere else. I have eyebrows! I lost my eyebrows after having a "thyroid storm" 12 years ago. Eventually my brows grew back but not as full as they once were before I got sick. I just learned how to properly pencil in my brows about a year ago, by the way I'm a young 54. Honestly I'm a no fuss kind of girl. When I learned there were alternatives to penciling I did my homework and checked into tattooing and micro-blading. I checked Groupon for specials then I went on yelp to see the pictures of the final product. Wink Ink's work by Tabatha was the best work I saw in my journey for a natural looking brow. Tabatha explained to me on what to expect. She told me how to care for my brows and had me come back 5 weeks later for a touch up (more like the final touches). I recommend to anyone to pay the extra money for the touch up because your brow will grow in and there are areas that (not intentionally) may be missed in your first session. I noticed the 5 weeks in between my appointments I had some growth in the micro-bladed area. I also didn't over pluck because I found it easier to manage my brows knowing which hairs were supposed to be in my brow line. I don't have a need to pencil in my brows any longer. I feel more confident when I go out in public. I went home at Thanksgiving and my sister-in-law kept looking at me knowing something was different and then she finally asked if I did my eye brows. I told her yes and she was amazed how natural they looked. Tabatha matched my coloring to perfection. I have brows like I did in my 20's. See for yourself! Tabatha did my brows about a year ago. She did a great job BUT she is flaky! I set up my appointment took the day off of work and she canceled on me hours before my appointment. My mother and I went to Tabetha and it has been a nightmare! I'll start off by saying the word unprofessional does not begin to explain this woman. She bad mouths clients the second she's done with them. Her wardrobe is disturbing. She is a mature woman and was literally wearing daisy dukes and dirty flip flops and as you can see in the photo has her breast in my mothers face. We should of ran at that point but I think we were in shock. After the procedure, which is not cheap, my mother got major swelling and a strange ring around her brows. We have asked other professionals to take a look and we have been told it may be unrepairable damage and that she should see a doctor about the ring around the area Tabetha worked on. It can get into the thousands to do a removal. What is most alarming is looking back at the photos and noticing how unsanitary this woman's work area is. She is placing a bloody napkin on the same towel she uses on all the clients. That can cause blood bourn decease that can ruin someones life. Obviously we will be looking into what we can do about this but we thought it necessary to warn people of this horrible experience so hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

Made an appointment to have my eyebrows done. Everything went very smoothly and I was told to schedule a follow up appointment in 5 weeks for a touch up. I was told that in was included in my original price. Everything was cash and no documentation that it was paid in full and the touch up was included. I trusted her and went on my way. I text Tabitha 5 weeks later asking for an appointment and she gave me her first available appointment and told me it would be $100.00. I questioned her on that and she continued to back pedal saying I wasn't her client and I would have to connect with the other lady who actually did my brows. I now believe the only reason the other lady did my brows was because she was teaching Tabitha. They seemed to have a good relationship and Tabitha was asking plenty of questions. When I went to pay it was directed for me to pay Tabitha. Long story short I was given the runaround. Then Tabitha dropped her price to $40.00 to cover her supplies. I fell as if I already covered her supplies. Anyone that does bad business like this is not someone who will get my hard earned money. Shame on you Tabitha!!!!
