My eyes don't get irritated and I can go a really long time without getting them refilled. I usually am on a 3-4 week refill schedule, but I was traveling last month and made it to the 5 week mark with the lashes still mostly in tact! The place is super clean and bright, which made me feel comfortable. Amy listened to what I wanted and made some changes during my touch-up appointment that made me even happier. They give you a sheet that explains what happens after getting your eyebrows done, and it was spot on. I was worried at first, but within a few days, I loved how they looked. (Try not to panic and just trust the process lol) They also numb you, so it doesn't hurt. I highly recommend coming here if you want great-looking eyebrows in a clean and friendly environment. Where do I start? I had been going to Maranda (who works in the same space as Zandra). She…read morerepeatedly had the expectation that I work around the schedule of her other job and would randomly reschedule my appts. Fine. Just know this is not her first priority. Then, after several days of trying to reach her I had left a review. I had been trying to book appts, had existing appts booked, and she just completely dropped off the face of the earth. I didn't hear a thing from her until my review is published, and now she's saying that there's been a death in her family. While I can empathize with someone going through that, it seemed she had only reached out at that point in hopes that I would remove my review (which was originally done, feeling sorry for her). After doing so, she conveniently asks me to find another lash artist. I'm sorry - but this is not worth the headache!! Horrible things will happen in life but just like I would have to notify my employer if something happened, as a business owner you should be keeping your clients up to date as well. Not just when a review is left. Hopefully this will be a lesson to her to be more professional.
