The possible reasons that I was given for the short in my account were: 1) The stickers fell off the bags 2) Someone may have placed their stickers over mine or removed my sticker to replace it with theirs...a chance I take with "drop off". 3) There might have been something "undesirable" in the bag & it was thrown out 4) Sometimes that happens I went to check the balance after my last drop off & the computer & the employee could not identify my account number.
