First time visiting, however I follow Cumberland Foodstop on IG so I was quite familiar with their solid beer selection and quality meats. The smoker was roaring outside and smelled delicious as we entered. They have a good variety of high quality meats for purchase (like a deli), and TV screens with their food offerings. Multiple coolers filled with local brews, a big wine selection and then your typical convenient store offerings. Next time I'll go when the meat from the smoker is ready to eat!

Seeing the news of them opening up on Thursday I knew we needed to visit their first weekend open. Ordered online and had a minimal wait once we got there, with only one hiccup. For some reason their system didn't print our order of mozzarella sticks but they made a batch really quick! My wife and I each got a different 10 inch pizza and split a small order of the mozzarella sticks. The pizza was perfectly sized for an individual in my opinion and tasty so good! Fresh ingredients with lots of toppings used, they didn't skimp on anything. Some of the best pizza I have had in awhile! Secondly, the mozzarella sticks I would say are the best I have had! Such a flavorful seasoned batter with fresh mozzarella inside fried to perfection! The small order had 6. I hope they do well as I will be a frequent visitor looking forward to my next pizza! Want to return and try their burgers, wings, and even their grab and go breakfast sandwiches! I suspect most of their business will be ordering online/pickup but they do have a few tables available inside. If you are in the area and craving pizza this is a spot you must check out!!!

They were nice thick fry that was crispy on the outside and still soft and tender on the inside, and I think they were beer battered, which makes them even better. The Philly steak and cheese sandwich with a sprinkling of jalapeños on top was absolutely delightful. After talking to the waitress, I discovered that it's fairly new on their menu and there is a beer cheese sauce. I think she called it l, on the sandwich and it made for one of the best Philly steak and cheese sandwiches I've had in quite some time. The service was great. The atmosphere is great. The only thing that I struggled with here was the entire restaurant is freezing cold. They need more heaters in here, and then it would be a much more pleasant warm environment for my dinner versus cold. We ate here at the end of January right after a massive snowfall, and it would have been nice if it was toasty warm.

I have to say their menu was awesome and such a surprise to find in Yarmouth.

The smashburgers and fries were a hit as well. The vegetable Wellington was delicious- really didn't know what to expect but it was a cool take on a tired classic. The wines were reasonably priced - we had a Mas Josephine Côtes du Rhône, which paired nicely with the pasta.

We visited midday, and the staff was all so friendly. They let us pick our seat outside (it wasn't busy yet) so we could be in the shade but still enjoy the heat and flowers and birds; and, they were so patient with us when we were definitely not (on multiple occasions) ready to order. When we offhandedly remarked how parched we were, our server hooked us up with BIG water glasses - and really, it's the little things like that that set a place apart. The drinks were good! I got a mocktail that tasted like a jazzed up Shirley Temple. Appreciate that they have mocktails for, as of writing this, under $10. For me, however, the food was a let down. While there's plenty of gluten-free options, the vegan options are almost non-existent. It seems like it's $20 for a plate of cold vegetables, $20 for a plate of grilled vegetables, or $20 for a pizza with red sauce and more grilled vegetables. The pizzas themselves are kind of small, I think. It says 12", but when ours arrived... it looked like the same size that I might slide out of a frozen pizza from the store. If you've got no dietary restrictions, you'll probably feel differently than me, but I wouldn't come here to eat. Actually, my recommendation is this: come an hour before they open, park your car, and go wander their genuinely lovely trail system. It's mostly flat (there are some rooty areas), and there's SO. MUCH. COOL. ART. to look at. At least one piece will make you smile and become something you talk about later... when you're sitting at the restaurant outside (the Adirondack chairs overlooking the woods is very Maine) enjoying a cocktail.

I ordered the brisket on a toasted roll, Eric got a sandwich. One of the crew ordered the daily special, one had a couple slices. Everyone had ordered, paid and was outside waiting and I was still wandering around seeing if I wanted something to go with it (chips-drink-etc) and the woman behind the register rudely tells us to wait outside and they'll bring it to us when it's ready. Wow ok guess I'm not getting anything else to go with the sandwich, so out we go Were all standing around waiting for our orders to be brought out to us, there's no place to sit and wait so we're between the door and the gas tanks (7people and a dog from our crew alone plus other customers) slowly but surely the orders came out, definitely not in the order they were taken but we headed back to the job site (6 minutes max) and we started eating Now I passed on there house sauce because it was hot and I asked for mayo on the side. I open the brisket sandwich and the brisket is gray in color. I was still kinda hopeful that it would be good but it was so dry. I added some mayo and even that didn't add moisture to it. The roll had been grilled at some point and had a crust but it tasted extremely stale and was kinda hard to bite into as a whole sandwich so I tried eating just the brisket with mayo. Sadly I tossed the bread out and after smelling it the dog picked it up and even he couldn't chew n tear the roll for a bite. For a crew who was hungry and excited we all wound up hungry and Sadly disappointed, especially considering the prices ($11.99 for a brisket sandwich on a burger bun) ($11.99 daily special sub) We won't be going back and we're definitely glad about that. It's a bit pricey for the food you get and the rudeness is unacceptable especially when you are dealing with the public. Good luck to the customers though
