Unfortunately, after trying several technicians and numerous appointments, my experience has been consistently disappointing. The quality of the gel manicures has been below expectations, with uneven application, bumps in the polish, and products that often appear old or thickened. Attention to detail is lacking, particularly when it comes to nail shaping and cuticle care. On more than one occasion, I've had to file my own nails or address cuticle work myself during the appointment. Service is also extremely slow, yet the results rarely reflect the amount of time spent. I often felt that technicians were not listening to what I was asking for or did not have the skill level necessary to achieve the requested shape or finish. If you're looking for quality nail services in the area, I would suggest making the drive to Elegance Nails in Old Saybrook instead.
