Nice little place. The fry bread is authentic. Service is personable. Just down the street from "Standing On The Corner". We'll definitely make this a regular stop when we're traveling on I-40

We had an extra day in Flagstaff. How could we pass on the opportunity to stand "on a corner in…read moreWinslow Arizona"? (There's even a flat bed Ford!) There isn't much between Flagstaff and Winslow and we arrived hungry. We just got off the interstate and began meandering down Route 66, taking in the road while also looking for food. Mi Pueblo caught my eye. Really not in a good way - it's the poster child for hole in the wall. We went in anyway. Cutting straight to the chase - one of my top 5, maybe top 3 enchiladas of all time. Numero uno chili rellano says my husband. A $3 burrito as big as my husband's size 12's. Beans cooked to perfection. Service was everything you could ever ask for. The place, immaculate. Would I come back? Did the "girl in a flat bed Ford" slow down? Of course she did. And if I'm ever just hanging around on street corners in Winslow Arizona, I will definitely be eating at Mi Pueblo.

Great service everyone was super nice and the place felt super cozy and kind. I definitely recommend it if your in the area!

Historical dinner spot located inside the beautiful, La Posada Hotel, in Winslow, AZ. This was my…read moretime to Winslow and we came up from Flagstaff with family to enjoy a nice dinner for my birthday. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by everything from the gorgeous hotel and welcoming staff to the delicious food. I mean seriously... everything was so good! Our service was excellent. We ordered quite a bit of food and our server timed everything perfectly so no meals overlapped, giving us time to digest and enjoy our drinks between courses. A majority of their menu includes nuts, and I have a tree nut allergy. I was able to alter my orders a bit to accommodate my allergy but the level of care the staff provided to put my mind at ease, without me asking mind you, was truly what I would consider above and beyond service. My server made sure what I ordered was safe for me to eat by personally checking food labels as well as speaking with the head chef and then the manager came out to confirm that my orders were nut free AND the staff would be changing gloves to avoid any cross contamination. I mean, wow! After we finished eating, we went to the gift shop (which is a must visit!) and explored the hotel and got to see some truly unique and deeply thoughtful pieces of art by the incredibly talented, Tina Mion. Highly recommended for anyone interested in a unique dining experience and in a small town not too far from Flagstaff, if you're willing to make the drive!

I paired it with the galaxy whisky cocktail which was superb! Breakfast was okay. The coffee tasted extremely burnt and the eggs for the omelette were rubbery.
