Ooooh we had a time at Winsome Prime! Impressive Black owned restaurant in Trinity Groves that seemed to really knock the hospitality out of the park. For starters, the validated parking was amazing. We visited for a late dinner reservation and the large open lot was easy to navigate. The host team let us know that they could validate our parking even after we paid through the QR code. Check! The cocktails: they had a lovely selection of spirits. One being Beyoncé's Sir Davis whiskey and I believe Fifty Cent's cognac. I wasn't a fan of the whiskey cocktail but it could just be due to not really being a whiskey girl these days. Now that espresso martini with marshmallow? Very good! I'd get that again. For my entree I ordered the salmon, medium well. The char on top was delicious! A perfect crispy and it sat atop some asparagus and seasoned cherry tomatoes. I'd go back for the salmon for sure. The ambiance: gorgeous! Mood lighting (although a little too dark at some points), and beautiful decor and seating. Our booth was spacious and comfortable. Dessert: we were celebrating a birthday this evening and the team brought out a chocolate mousse which I didn't try. We also ordered a butter cake which was delicious! The hospitality: our server was so sweet. Kicking myself for not remembering her name. She was super attentive and a queen at memorization. We felt very welcomed by the management team who was walking around checking on tables as well. A nice touch. We'll be back! I'd love to try their lunch menu.

Came for dinner during jazz Fridays and each time I truly enjoyed. The food is pretty good but the vibes are truly carrying. I enjoyed it. Truffle Lasagna 8/10

Finally mad it here to try the happy hour. I have been hearing so many great things about it so I had to come see what the hype was about. This restaurant is very beautiful and the perfect place when you want a fancy dinner. I was at the bar and they have a little lounge area also. The happy hour menu is amazing. A nice selection of cocktails that are only seven bucks and a few appetizers that are all 11 bucks and under. I enjoyed the sidecar and old fashion I had and the drinks are not watered down at all. My favorite food items were the crab beignets and the lemon pepper wings. I will definitely be coming back with friends to enjoy a nice dinner.

5 star excellent from the food to the drinks to the service. The ambiance and music were great too. Tried all items in the happy hour menu and all were fantastic. I'm looking forward to going back in a regular basis

I came to Winsome Prime with friends for brunch on Saturday morning. I wanted to go after hearing many people talk about this place and seeing it on social media. The ambiance was 5 out of 5. Upon arriving, the entrance is really nicely decorated. The attendants there took us to our table and the restaurant was exquisitely decorated. The bar area was very nice. There's a nice seating area near the bar and another dining room area. We were taken to the dining room area. I decided to get the Hangover Cure Bloody Mary. The Bloody Mary was very strong and tasty however it was missing the celery, olives, and pickled okra. After asking our server brought us olives. Seeing that this cocktail is $17, I think it should have come with all of the items listed. I wasn't very hungry and decided to split the fried chicken wings with a friend and get the all hail Caesar salad. The all hail Caesar was very disappointing. The Caesar dressing was just ok and there wasn't much cheese in the salad. The dressing needed salt and pepper. The salad looked good but was average at best. The wings were flavorful and fried well but pricey at 4 wings for $15. Overall I think the restaurant is a beautiful space. I would go back for happy hour, but I feel that for brunch and I know dinner you just don't get the value for what you pay for. I paid $50 with tip for a Bloody Mary, 2 wings, and Caesar salad.

Trinity Groves has a winner with Winsome Prime. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day/week. While you certainly can come casually dressed, making the extra effort to have on cocktail attire will help you feel more comfortable and fit the overall vibe/aesthetic of the space. Laya S was the server I had & they were professional & prompt. I had two cocktails, the spinach artichoke dip, and the lemon pepper truffle wings. Special shout out to the bartender that had me hearing colors LOL. Although they were generous with their pours the drinks were still very tasty, and the food was great. Just be aware that this establishment does automatically add a 20% gratuity on the bill.

I absolutely loved everything--from the vibe and décor to the service and, of course, the food. We went for dinner on Sunday evening and arrived just as they were starting dinner service. The restaurant was beautiful inside--swanky, elegant, and very well designed. There were large booths perfect for group dinners and nicely spaced tables so you don't feel crowded. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. All of the servers were in uniform, smiling, and speaking to guests. It genuinely seemed like they enjoy what they do. Our server's name was Leah. She was very personable and patient. I told her about my allergies, and she took great care to check on an item for me. She came back and recommended an alternative because she didn't think what I originally wanted would be safe. I really appreciated that level of attention. We started with a dirty martini, a smoked old fashioned, chargrilled oysters, and crab beignets--FANTASTIC. The man ordered the wagyu ribeye (Leah's suggestion), and I ordered the blackened snapper. Both were excellent. For sides, we chose the lobster mac and cheese and the garlic mashed potatoes. Everything came out promptly, at the perfect temperature, and seasoned beautifully. Portions were generous, so we had leftovers of everything. We also ordered the carrot cake and tequila even though we were stuffed. The carrot cake was very good at the restaurant, but it was fantastic once I warmed it up at home--cream cheese frosting warmed up is my favorite. A photographer came by and offered a complimentary photo. She said she'd bring the free one and also bring framed versions we could purchase. The photos were done really well, and the frame was very nice. I had no plans to buy anything, but I ended up getting all three--$20 each. Lol. The manager stopped by to ask about our experience (I told him how much we loved it). He mentioned they have live music on Fridays and Saturdays, and they also offer weekend brunch. All in all, I loved everything about this place. My only gripe--and this applies to every restaurant with this policy--is the automatic gratuity. In this case, the service was fantastic, so it didn't matter. But I've been to places where the service didn't warrant the 20% they automatically charge. That's just my personal pet peeve. Otherwise, it's a 10/10. I'll definitely be back on a night with live music and probably for brunch one weekend. Our total was $390.

Winsome Prime delivers an elevated dining experience that balances refinement with genuine warmth. From the moment you settle into the sophisticated dining room understated elegance with ambient lighting and carefully curated wine displays you understand this restaurant takes its craft seriously. The bar program at Winsome Prime definitely delivers one cocktail and you feel it! The kitchen clearly operates with both confidence and creativity. The Hawaiian Ribeye is a showstopper, truffle lasagna and the crab claws all were perfect. Everything was a 10 out of 10 know I wouldn't do the potatoes that came with the steak again but overall still a hit. They have a 20% gratuity added and normally I don't dine at establishment that requires so but this one was well worth it. Service, Ambience, Food , Drinks 10 out of 10. Also validate your parking free for 3 hrs... Location hidden but once inside it's a Vibe. Definitely would be returning and recommend you try them. Reservation highly recommended!

I've been hearing so much about this place. I finally came to try it out for Happy Hour. They do provide HH M-F on a first come, first serve basis from 4-7pm. I came around 5p. They have the main bar seats, and right behind it is more lounge chair type seating in the same area. The food and drinks were amazing. The drinks I had were the lemon drop martini and sidecar. As far as food, I enjoyed chili glaze shrimp, the dip, and truffle lemon pepper wings. I enjoyed it all! Be aware they do come in small portions. They also charge a 20% gratuity fee to all parties. The inside area is much smaller than I expected. I would highly recommend booking a reservation if you want to dine in. I liked the atmosphere inside and the decor. The bartender was John who was nice and had great service. I do want to dine in for either dinner or brunch to see how it's like!

Deathly worthwhile and worth a visit. Dynamic happy hour and the food is beyond amazing. Service is wonderful and the ambience is really nice and very much so enjoyable. You can grab a seat at the bar or you can cozy up to a nice table for a one01 dinner or dinner with family it gets my vote. I am a fan. We all win.

Wow! I had an amazing time at Winsome Prime celebrating my friend's birthday. From the moment I arrived everything exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure about the parking situation so I was happy to see the large "free" parking lot. Once inside, I was blown away from be stunning decor. It truly set the tone for the birthday brunch. The service, drinks and food were all top notch. I ordered the sweet potato chicken and waffles which was an excellent choice. The waffles were infused with sweet potatoes and the small pieces sprinkled around plate were absolutely delicious. The chicken was seasoned and crispy, just the way I like it. From start to finish, my experience was flawless. I'm looking forward to my next visit to experience the happy hour vibes.

The apps were the Aguachile which was the better of the two, and the other were the crab croquettes which were packed with crab but lacked in flavor. Of the entrees the blacked catfish was the better one. The only issue was the huge portion of mashed potatoes which were reminiscent of powered mash, but the catfish itself was outstanding. On the other side I've never had a lobster roll before but this genuinely has no flavor and has experienced some serious shrinkflation when compared to other pictures here on yelp of it. The fries were great though. The dessert also was nothing memorable and was a very basic bread pudding that could've been warmer. Overall, I was not impressed by Pesca as the reviews may have led me to believe, but it is still a solid place in trinity groves that deserves be more attention.

No. But what has us coming back is their consistency and attention to detail. The space is gorgeous and each room brings a different vibe to the dining experience. We were sat in the darkest of the rooms that was very romantic, and thankfully the music wasn't too loud. When we were seated we found a frame on the table holding a message congratulations us on our anniversary, with our names included. It was very sweet! Our server was prompt, attentive, and very charming. She asked us questions about ourselves and also gave great recommendations throughout the night. The drinks were good! However, the Passionate Kiss started to taste very chemical forward the longer it sat (I'm a slow drinker) so I only finished half of it. Not sure if it was because of the print on the foam originally or what, but it wasn't pleasant. I got the scallops and loved them, especially since I was able to try their orzo with it that normally comes with the salmon instead. The scallops were tender and the flavor was rich and well balanced with the rest of the plate. My boyfriend loved his chops and devoured everything. He also got the Potatoes Au Gratin and couldn't get enough. They were very rich and had great flavor. I had previously seen reviews from others saying the potatoes and other dishes were bland but that was not our experience. The rolls were one of the best parts. I wish I could whip butter like that at home. Towards the end they brought us a couple of glasses of Prosecco to cheers with, and a complimentary dessert (the Samoa sundae). I had the absolutely worst experience last night. My girlfriend's and I went to the restroom and…read moresecurity decided to bang on the door immediately once we got in there. They banged the whole time , which we didn't know it was them until we opened the door. There was five of us, and once we opened up the door, they were telling us to watch our mouths because I yelled at them asking did they work there , obviously confused what was going on. They then decided to kick us out because we had too many people in the restroom. I only got one of the security guards name his name is Anthony another man in his 40s who had an accent decided to put his hands on me and push me. We were all so confused why we were getting kicked out. I will never be going back! That is absolutely insane. We did not take a long time either and they said it was gonna take too long if we all went together, which makes no sense. We took MAYBEEE 5 to 7 minutes in the restroom. The owner needs to get a grip on his security guards. Especially the ones that look like their on drugs sneaking people in from the back and the one man who put his hands on me for absolutely no reason!!! BEWARE LADIES: You cannot go to the bathroom with anyone or you will get kicked it and man handled !!!

It's definitely more delightfully eclectic and kitschy than neighborhoods around Downtown Dallas or East Dallas. Atlas has a funky lounge design that is warm, inviting and screams that you made it out of the house so you're ready to rage. They always have great energy in their music, creative cocktail menu, and food. I had a tasty Sidecar variation called Between Da Sheets (photo 2). They added rum to the classic recipe of cognac, orange liqueur and lemon juice. The rum gave it a bit of a vacationy feel which was nice. It was well-balanced and quite tasty. We highly recommend checking out Atlas next time you're in Bishop Arts and want an elevated cocktail in one of the funkiest spaces in Dallas. Do it!!! Salute @thejohnnycocktail
