A fantastic experience from start to finish. Oysters, lobster Thermidor and crab/Avocado stack are all delicious. Great service team, and excellent craft cocktails. Highly recommend!

Beautiful customer service experience. My food was good. I had lamb chops and lobster bisque. The lamb chops was beautifully plated and taste YUMMY. The lobster bisque was really good yet lacked lobster. Add more chunks of lobster and it's easily a 10/10. Not everyone in my party enjoyed their food however. Particularly the chicken and waffles entree. The chicken was a no for all for ordered it. They offered and replaced all unhappy orders. I must say, their customer service is top tier. They made sure everyone was happy before leaving the establishment and I'm giving them a 10/10 for that. I'd definitely try them again.

From our table, our view of the chef at work!

This was our first time here. For those who don't eat or prefer beef, you should check out the menu before you dismiss it. Three of us had seafood and one had beef...and all of us loved our choices. Personally, I loved the bouillabaisse, it was plentiful. The Greek salad was perfect. The tuna tartare was perfect for four before a salad and an entree. Ulysses, our server, was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made great suggestions.

This is NEW beautiful restaurant. The food and the service are both 5 star! The wait staff, bartenders, bus boys, all are wonderful. The food was excellent. We expect this new restaurant to do very well, as they should because they deserve to.

Excellent dinner option in downtown Dallas! Great French onion soup!!! Beef Wellington and Chilean sea bass were delicious! Highly recommend Andreas!

Lovely, ample staff. Strange decor. Food was pricey and mediocre at best. Disappointing. We believed the reviews. Shouldn't have.

How can you argue with that? You can't. Solid. - spicy chicken strips: these were good but nothing special. What was special were the sauces this came with. Aside from that, we felt the chicken was kinda dry. Very crispy though. - bourbon bread pudding: Just Good.

After requesting a water to go, we were unexpectedly accused by the bartender, Jake, of placing an alcoholic beverage into a to-go cup. The accusation was embarrassing, unnecessary, and made even more uncomfortable by the fact that it was made publicly and without cause. To be fair, the manager on staff handled our complaint regarding Jake professionally and with care, which we truly appreciated. However, the situation itself left a lasting negative impression. As professionals in the criminal law and medical fields, we value professionalism, discretion, and respectful communication. Being wrongly accused in that manner was disappointing and frankly humiliating. Because of this experience, we will not be returning anytime soon, despite what had otherwise been an enjoyable evening.

I came here for my birthday dinner with a couple of friends and overall had a really great…read moreexperience. A few important notes though: this place is SUPER loud, especially upstairs, so if you are trying to take your older parents somewhere for a nice dinner where you can actually catch up and have a conversation, this might not be the spot. Also, avoid the upstairs dining room if anyone has mobility issues. The stairs are a little sketchy in that dark space because you basically have to TRUST there is another stair step in front of you even though you can't see it. And a heads up, do not wander into the wrong bathroom upstairs like my husband did because the "men's" and "ladies" signs upstairs are also nearly impossible to read in the dark! But honestly, those are really my only complaints... The service and food were both very good. We had a couple of ordering fumbles. We got the regular queso, and then immediately watched another table get the tableside flaming queso and we were seriously bummed. Like, really bummed. That is definitely what I will be ordering next time. The chips and smoky salsa were excellent!! - and I always appreciate when everyone gets their own little portion of salsa so everyone can double dip without feeling like a heathen. I ordered the wagyu fajitas (the half portion), and it was still easily enough food for two people. I will say the meat was more like a filet mignon texture and less like the flavorful fajita meat I was expecting. My friend's pork fajitas were actually much better and had more flavor. When the manager stopped by to check on us, I had to announce my own birthday because apparently my friends were not going to help me out with that (some friends, huh?). They brought out a complimentary sopapilla cheesecake with a candle, which was a very nice touch. All in all, I loved the place and totally understand the hype. Definitely make a reservation ahead of time. There is valet parking, but we found easy parking across the street. I cannot wait to come back and try that flaming queso!

LOVE this place. God bless the people who came up with Las Palmas…read more First of all, please never change the queso- it is heaven sent and we always take it to-go (I'm NEVER leaving the rest behind) and it tastes even better the next day. This queso is probably the best I've ever had. BTW it is a LIL spicy but I can let that slide. Another great appetizer option would be the Nachos Al Carbon with wagyu. Super good too & honestly you can even order it for just one person as a main dish-- the serving size is big enough. BUT THE REAL STAR OF THE SHOW AT LAS PALMAS ARE THE WAGYU FAJITAS!!! Incredible. Comes with flour or corn tortillas, beans, rice, and obviously the works: sour cream, guacamole, lettuce. You know the vibes. Speaking of vibes, they're always there at Las Palmas. It is always busy but I genuinely don't care and never mind waiting an hour and a half for our table. It's worth it. This place is a confirmed staple in Dallas. Probably come here once a month if not more often. Thank you for great food and good service too- that's hard to come by nowadays. TRY THIS PLACE OUT! This is your sign!
