Underwhelmed by another Dallas steak house. Atmosphere 5/5 Service 4/5 Food 3/5 With so many choices for steaks in the area you really have to stand out and the price to value and quality was not there tonight for this early out of the gate steakhouse. With several months under their belt in this location I was very disappointed in what I received. Lamb meatballs were fine as well as the Lobster Bisque which most people get, along with the salads we tried and the French onion soup but beyond that, the main courses were woefully underwhelming. Steaks were fine and cooked to temperature but that's it. No seasoning, nothing special, just slapped down in front of you like it came off the grill in the backyard. With prices at the top of Dallas area steakhouses per ounce of meat, I would rather be at one of the other well known spots around town. The lobster tail was absolutely awful. I guess at $60 for a 10oz tail I should have known it was too good to be true. I mean when a 10oz tail is less than their 8oz filet, I really should have passed. The tail was basically not edible. The skin of the tail stuck to the meat making it like chewing wax paper. I was able to cut that part off and eat what was left. Other people had NY strip which was good and the sea bass which was better than the lobster tail. Overall it's a nice quiet romantic place to try out but I'd stick to drinks at the bar and some appetizers. Just my opinion and maybe it was an off night. read more

Great service. Okay food. Not good enough for the price. First, the good. Excellent service. The bar tender greeted me and let me charge my phone. He was clearly very experienced and good at what he does. Five star service. The smoked old fashioned was also excellent. I was very happy with it. They offer a three course power lunch for $39. The problem is that there is an upcharge for most of the options. Fine. But then why do a three course power lunch? Why not just give things prices. It defeats the purpose. The lobster bisque was a lot of bisque and very little lobster. There's not much else to say about it. The sea bass was dense. It tasted more like swordfish or some other kind of fish. It wasn't light and buttery the way I expect sea bass to be. The mashed potatoes and asparagus were nothing special. The baklava was quite good. It was flaky, nutty, and sticky. Very happy with the baklava. The food was not bad. But lunch was $110 plus tip. At that price point, I need more than "not bad" to give higher than three stars. This is a very competitive area. For that price, I could get a better lunch at many of the other nearby restaurants. read more

Beautiful customer service experience. My food was good. I had lamb chops and lobster bisque. The lamb chops was beautifully plated and taste YUMMY. The lobster bisque was really good yet lacked lobster. Add more chunks of lobster and it's easily a 10/10. Not everyone in my party enjoyed their food however. Particularly the chicken and waffles entree. The chicken was a no for all for ordered it. They offered and replaced all unhappy orders. I must say, their customer service is top tier. They made sure everyone was happy before leaving the establishment and I'm giving them a 10/10 for that. I'd definitely try them again. read more

This was our first time here. For those who don't eat or prefer beef, you should check out the menu before you dismiss it. Three of us had seafood and one had beef...and all of us loved our choices. Personally, I loved the bouillabaisse, it was plentiful. The Greek salad was perfect. The tuna tartare was perfect for four before a salad and an entree. Ulysses, our server, was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made great suggestions. read more

We had incredible experience from the moment we arrived starting with the greeting from valet and doorman. All the staff were friendly and professional. We started with the shrimp appetizer. The shrimp were huge and the cocktail and remoulade sauces so tasty. Lobster bisque with big chunks of lobster. We had the Chilean Sea Bass and the Beef Wellington. Both were so delicious. The Wellington was out of this world. I always get the Sea Bass in Allen but definitely will be having the Wellington again. Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake is Andreas' recipe and is a must!
