Woohoo first to review! How has nobody review Stormy and her practice? Art? Business? Not really…read moresure what to call it except magical. Stormy is a healer, yogi, therapist, energy balancer, chakra aligner, prayer warrior and all around awesome, caring, hip lady. I never really understood or believed in what she does but now that I've had a few sessions, I can say there's something to it...except I can't really define it because it's different for everyone. If you've ever wondered about energy healing, definitely check out Stormy and Divine Energy at least for a consultation. After my first time talking to her, I knew that she could provide something I didn't even know I needed. If you're not ready to commit to a full healing session, Stormy offers sound healing and kundalini yoga classes for a lower price. I went to one of her sound bath full moon meditations and it was out of this world transformative. Seriously, if you're on a healing journey and have stumbled upon Divine Energy, trust that it's for a reason.

She has been working on me and a few family members for a couple of years now and I can attest to being a better well adjusted person today having had and continuing to have her many many offered services.

He is an excellent instructor who really takes the time to get to know his students. Even when he's teaching larger classes, he still gives attentive and individualized support to ensure everyone is encouraged and progressing in their practice. I started off as a complete novice, but I have improved so much in my practice thanks to his classes. He is great at cueing movements in a way that makes sense and encourages both mindfulness and mind-muscle connection. I used to not even be able to kick my foot up to the top of the mat from three-legged dog, and now, I can do side crow! I can't recommend his classes enough. All of the staff here in general are super friendly and professional. I also really enjoy the special classes and workshops they hold throughout the year. I'm not always able to make them, but when I do, it's always a good experience.

I go to other gyms as well, but none of them come close to the vibe this place has. The cherry on top is the incredible attention to cleanliness and hospitality--everything from the bathroom amenities to the class area is spotless, smells great, and is beautifully organized. You can really feel the care in every detail. I just love this place!

I enjoy group classes so I gave the studio a try. I attended the hot yoga classes. The 60 minute and 90 minute ones. I thoroughly enjoy them. The instructor did go a little bit too fast. And some of the movements were a little bit hard for me because I'm not a yogi, but I did enjoy the classes. I also attended the hot mat Pilates classes. If you wanna get in a good sweat and challenge yourself, I recommend the hot Pilates classes. At first the heat was a little bit much for me, but I got used to it. And after going for a month I improved my stamina and looked forward to attending. They offer massages and private instructor classes. One weekend they had a pop-up coffee bar. And while I did my trail membership, they had a challenge going and did a raffle for winners.

It was a really welcoming environment from right when I walked in. Lynn, our class instructor, showed me to the cubbies and explained everything after I got checked in. She was so kind to give me a heads up about the class format which was super nice to know. In the 90 minute class there's no music and it's all spoken instruction and timing through 26 movements (I think that was the number). It was a much different setup then any other yoga class I've been in so it was really nice to know that beforehand. The way Lynn instructed was very matter of fact- she knew the names of all the participants well, even myself as a first timer. Some may have taken it a wrong way when she calls your name to correct your form, but once you get used to it it was actually really nice. She paid close attention to everyone in the room even though it was full, to make sure everyone was getting the most out of it. I really appreciated the corrections as I still don't know a lot of the verbiage with yoga flow so I got lost at different points but Lynn always patiently pointed me to the correct direction. My class members were so supportive and even though 90 minutes in a hot room was so hard, it felt amazing after. They do have showers there as well so you can clean off right away after class. They offer the normal 60 minute hot yoga, hot pilates classes, and a few other things. It seems like a great community here that I'll definitely try to come back to even though I don't live in the Orlando area!

HOT HOT HOT What…read moreLike the place name, power yoga... The session I joined wasn't so power to me. It was a hot stretch fest. The room is always warm and once you start going your sweat doesn't stop! This was a full 1 hr hot hot yoga stretching, loosen those muscles! I didn't like that so many people were packed into the space. I sat near the wall and wasn't able to stretch my arms out left or right. I didn't like the fact that the instructor wasn't a part of the class, instead she was a walking live CD. She walks and talks and if you don't get the pose, look at your neighbor. There is also no waiting on you. Environment MAKE SURE TO GO EARLY to secure a piece of real estate! Because the space is so small, if you go earlier you get to check-in and pick a spot. I assume they start turning people away once it is packed! There is no online check in to book your spot. They should get online check in.. would suck for someone to go and then be turned away.... I went at 8AM, there was plenty parking outside since it was early. The studio is very very very small. The check in area is where you leave all your items, shoes, keys, phones (they lock the door once classes starts). There are also showers in the back room where you can shower off your sweat! Niceness The instructor was nice. She explained everything to me. I signed my waiver. For any of these poses, if it gets too difficult, you could always just sit in child's pose and join back when ready. You can pause yourself but not the instructor. The show much go on Dollar $ Relatively reasonable. They have drop in classes. All drop in classes are $10 per session. On Sunday it is $8. If you don't have a map, no problem. There are mats available for you to use BUT IT ISN'T FREE! The mats are $1 rental. The first class they give you a complimentary mat (yay!) Yes? Not for me. I don't like crowded place and also I don't like the fact that the instructor is just talking, she isn't helping anyone with the moves. If you don't know the pose, peek at your neighbor and hope they know what they are doing. (fingers crossed) #WendyWanders

They have identical equipment and some of the instructors teach at both locations. They offer several packages to fit your needs. I went with the unlimited classes for $199.00 a month. With so many different types and levels of classes being offered daily I felt that the unlimited gave me the most freedom to fully engage in the program. If you have not experienced Pilates before you will start out taking level one classes. Level 1 teaches the Pilates foundation. After you fully grasp the foundation you move up to a 1.5 (progression), 2.0 (Evolution) and finally to 2.5. (Mastery) The classes are challenging and fun. All of the instructors are enthusiastic and keep a watchful eye on your form throughout the class. There are only twelve students in each class but they have a waitlist available. A lot of people do say that it is way cheaper to buy your own reformer and do Pilates at home but you guys need to remember that it's not safe whatsoever and that your instructors are certified and doing pilates at home can results too many accidents, aside from that when you're in a studio you're more likely to get in a better workout considering the instructor is watching you so whenever you're doing something wrong for instance they'll correct you but when you're at home, you don't really know what you're doing or wouldn't know where you went wrong so your less likely to see results. as for the staff I think they're great. I've had a lot of issues and a lot of problems and whenever I needed help, the staff was right there to help me and always resolved my issue within the same day and I feel like a lot of people who leave bad reviews on this place, genuinely just don't like the price that it comes with and that's understandable but at the end of the day, I think it's worth it. I've made a lot of friends at this studio and the instructors and managers are one of the nicest people I've met within the fitness industry.
