This company was referred by a neighbor whom just had their cameras installed by this company. We purchased the equipment and paid for the install all from this company. Once the cameras and dvr/nvr were installed, I IMMEDIATELY starting having technical issues w/ the view on the main hub and other issues. Mr. Davidson was and is extremely hard to get in contact with. It is as if once he collected our $3500.00 he vanished. The neighbor who referred the company contacted me a few weeks later because they were having similar issues and also were not able to get in contact with ST. I've researched tirelessly online how to fix these issues myself and I have not been able to solve these issueS. I've tracked down the company that sold the equipment to SD, the company is based out of California and they've tried to provide technical support over the phone to no avail and I've also contacted companies in FL and NJ and have paid them over the phone by the hour to provide technical support and that too has been to no avail. The neighbor who referred this company has issues and we are trying our best to provide support, but this is just not what we do. I am between a rock and a hard place because I cannot find any local security companies that work with the program that SD connected our security cameras to and basically my family and I have security cameras that we paid $3500 for & it does not work properly & hasn't since day 1.
