I came in on a Saturday afternoon and had to drop it off and return since it was busy and took about 2 hours. The tech was the only one running the store and said that it would be faster on weekdays. Screen was fixed for $50, which is very competively priced. One thing to note that this is Chinatown, and there is no proper lines, so I would recommend walking up and getting acknowledged as next in line when you walk in. While I was waiting patiently for some ladies being assisted, several people came in, and basically cut in, which was annoying. Other than that, great job as phone looks and works like new again!

Apple required them to make me wait a certain amount of time for security which was fine. But when asking backup questions about using an external hard drive for a Mac and a windows device was told I needed to get a large drive and then have something to keep the windows data and Mac data separate. Not true. They can both be stored on the same device without the added expense of adding anything. They do offer classes here to help you learn how to use your device. They are free. Staff is friendly. If you have a device and have someone with you that doesn't have an apple device, they will loan one to that person to use for the class.

I did end up finding one (DJI phantom 3 pro)…read more Next thing you know I test test it out nothing was charged so we had the controller plugged up to see if it woukd just fly. The motors started it up and when I tried to fly it ended up going straight to the ground so the propellers broke. No issue for me so I just said Ill take it. Before they closed they gave me a day to test everything out to make sure everything worked and even now when they reopend the worker there told me if there is an issue, bring it back and we will give you a refund. Turns out to be that the controller only stayed on with the charger plugged in and didnt charge at all. When I go back the next day to get a refund(as I was told would happen) the owner over the phone told me they cant give a refund and hung up. I tried asking if the worker could contact his boss again so we can work something out but just told him he cant talk he is too busy. I woukd think if a customer for your business is needing help with an issue you would find some time. Honestly not the best experience at all and that issue needs to be fixed if a person finds a problem with an item and if they were told they can bring it back they should stick on their word.
