So I foolishly set my phone and glasses on the hood of a parked car to talk to someone in the parking lot. When I turned around, the car was gone. They had gotten in and drove away with my phone on the hood of their car. Amazingly, I was able to find my phone. But after flying off the hood of their car, bouncing down the road and probably getting run over several times, it was destroyed. I was afraid it was beyond repair. But that was before I walked into A2Z Wireless iPhone Repair. Nick was a rockstar, took joy at the challenge and told me he would have it done in 30 minutes. And he did. It was like getting a brand new phone. I cannot recommend A2Z enough.

Phony, fraud, and a sham of a business. I paid 95 dollars to get my iPhone's screen fixed there a couple weeks ago, and the screen lifted and ultimately stopped working completely within a week of the repair. I came in asking to fix it, and they asked me for an additional 100 for a new screen. I pleaded with the representative, telling him that it's a faulty product that was used to repair my phone but he denied me any service from that store. This left me appalled. One of the basics of running a business consists of customer service, and they failed. A simple warrantee or a discount AT LEAST would have been ample in this situation. Poor customer service is the very reason I'm giving this artificial establishment a measly one- star rating. read more

DO NOT GO THERE!!! I wish I could put no stars at all!!! Today we came to repair one of our phone. The owner agreed yesterday to do it for a certain price and today we were told otherwise by the clerk who basically said he could make decisions himself without checking with his boss. Not to mention the HORRIBLE customer service!! All this clerk was doing was texting looking at his phone, and answering with such a bad attitude! I mean, I'm 9 months pregnant with my son next to me, the less he could do would be to pay attention and try to help! $250 to repair a phone that cost 299 new was his last price, and finally he said no!!! Today, I experienced something unfortunately a bit rare these days - Responsive service and honesty. My shattered iPhone screen was assessed and repaired however the technician made sure to let me know what he had to do to make it fit properly. It took awhile to get it just right. I was given discounts for being a yelp user and because the job took longer than anticipated. I proud recommend this shop to anyone who wants good service at a fair price. Nick, Manny, and Arron are super nice. They take their time to do the repair right. They are reasonably priced and honest. I came in first for a simple fix, cracked screen. They were so pleasant and kind that I told them I would be back to GIVE them an old phone that I had with water damage. So I'm back and they said they could fix it, I was assured at another place it could not be fixed. Nick was able to fix it cheep, now I have an extra phone to give my nephew. They did not try to rip me off or up sale me. Simple, these are my options if I want. I live in Santa Clarita but they have my business, I will be back for all my repairs and I defiantly recommend them. This is NOT a forced review like other places make you write for a discount. AWESOME! These guys were so quick and definitely the cheapest in town for iPhone screen repair. Danny was helpful, polite, and knew what he was talking about. He didn't try to up-sell stuff we didn't need and made sure he answered all of our questions clearly and directly. Prices on cases and accessories were also reasonable and hard to beat or turn down. Best service ever! I came in a couple of days ago to fix the LCD screen on my iPhone X. I contacted Nick through the Yelp app prior to showing up and he was quick at responding - within minutes. I told him the problem with my screen and he gave me prices. I didn't really know the difference between the low quality and high quality screens that he gave me prices for, so Nick explained them clearly to me. In the shop, he then advised me to go for the OLED screen since it's better quality, even if it was a couple of more dollars. He was even honest and told me it was a high quality China copy when I asked if it was an original Apple screen. He also kept his word on the price he originally gave me on Yelp. Aaron fixed my screen and got the job done quick. He did an incredible job on my phone! I strongly recommend their place because their services are affordable and they have great customer service! read more

Three days ago I shattered my iPhone 6s screen and LCD on a seatbelt while on vacation in Hawaii. I panicked, thinking my phone was unsalvageable and that I would have to buy a new phone. I went to the local Verizon store where they told me I would have to either buy a whole new phone or pay a $200 deductible to use my insurance for a new one. A family friend told me about A2Z and I came in on New Year's Day when I got back to LA. Nick was awesome- he gave me two options of screen types, completed the full repair in front of me within 10 minutes, and told me what to test before leaving to ensure everything was in working order. The cost: $100. I was quoted up to $175 at other repair places. I couldn't be more happy with the quality of services and fair price. I am THRILLED! Thank you A2Z! read more

I brought my phone in for a simple screen repair and was told it would take only one hour. When I came back after an hour, the shop was closed, the technician was nowhere to be found, and no one was answering the phone -- all of this at 2 PM in the middle of the day. Completely unprofessional. I had to come back the next day just to get my phone, and then I was charged $185, which is ridiculously expensive for a basic screen repair. To make things worse, the repair wasn't even done properly -- the left side of my screen still doesn't work at all. It gets worse. The day after I got my phone back, my bank contacted me about suspicious activity. When I checked my phone, I was logged out of my Instagram and had received around 100 emails about password changes from different apps. I had zero issues like this before bringing my phone here. Not only did they fail to fix my phone, but it also seems like my personal information may have been compromised. This is beyond unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: The owner's response is…read morefactually inconsistent with the service I was provided. Before I agreed to the $450 repair, the technician explicitly stated they needed to open the device first to verify the main boards were functional. They specifically told me they didn't want to charge me for a screen if the phone wouldn't work. Only after they confirmed "everything works fine" did I pay and proceed with the repair. To now claim the SIM issue is an "unrelated board problem" is a direct contradiction of their own initial diagnostic. The phone worked for a very short period before the SIM card failed--a common result of a loose connection or a damaged ribbon cable during a screen swap on an S24 Ultra. By their own admission, the board was healthy when they took my money. If it is non-functional now, it is a result of their workmanship. I also stand by my original statement regarding the $200 offer and the attempt to bribe me for a positive review, both of which remain unaddressed. I am seeking a full resolution for the damage caused to my device. UPDATE [Date]: THE PLOT THICKENS After further investigation, I discovered the "no service" issue was actually due to a T-Mobile billing/blacklist status--not a hardware failure. While the owner was correct that the phone was blocked, their "professional diagnostic" was a blatant attempt to scam me. They told me to my face that the motherboard was fried and that the phone was "no longer fixable," yet they offered to buy it for $250 for parts. Between the bribe for a good review and this "fake" hardware diagnostic, this business has proven they prioritize predatory profit over honesty. Do not let them "diagnose" your devices--they will tell you it's junk just to buy it from you for cheap.

This place is simply amazing- from the individualized customer service that I receive each and every time I walk in to the exceptional array of phone accessories. I've been a customer of A2Z Wireless for the past 6 years for all my phone needs, most recently I had to come in for my unfortunate broken screen on my IPhone and Manny helped me by repairing my screen flawlessly. The owner Nick is almost always there managing the business personally to make sure everything is being taken care of, there is never a problem that he can't solve and this is what I love the most about this place. Him and his employees have always accommodated me when I came in and make sure I leave as a happy costumer. I have referred many of my friends and family because I know they will be taken care of as well! The new décor is really well put together... very warm and inviting! I especially LOVE how convenient the location is right on Ventura Blvd!! I can't believe I finally found their Yelp page. This is a warning to ALL! I went to A2Z Wireless for their cheap prices. Cheap prices = TERRIBLE results. I shouldve paid a little more to a legit company like the APPLE STORE to fix my iPhone. THIS IS A WARNING. The comments below are fraud and fake. They are all friends with the owner Nick. I waited for 1.5 hours and spent those two hours in the valley. Went back to the store and he was done. I couldn't use my phone. The screen wasn't responsive. I went back and he fixed it again. Nice guy, but the results were, once again, terrible. Two weeks later, I was at the gym... pulled out my phone.. cracked again. He didn't do a complete job. One day as I was spending a nice evening with my friends, my iPhone 6 fell to the ground in a dramatic and truly unfortunate way. My screen completely broke! I love my iPhone 6 and when this incident occurred I was truly taken with grief and fear for what it might cost to repair it. As I'm grieving due to what felt like the worst thing that could happen, one of my friends suggested I go to A2z Repair to get it fixed. Best Idea Ever. At this repair shop they understand what it means to break your iPhone screen and that and iPhone is more than just a phone! I dropped my phone a dozen times and had to get it fixed quickly. My screen was cracked from top to bottom and I also needed a new LCD digitizer. I looked up different phone repair companies and they were all charging me over $100 to fix my phone. Luckily I came across A2Z Wireless. I was a walk-in and Nick helped me out promptly. Broke my iPhone 6 (front glass) and I first called the Apple Store which said that it would be a week for the next appointment, not only that, but I would have to sit and wait at the mall which is never fun. A friend told me about this place and I contacted Nick. He said bring it in now and I'll get it done in 10 minutes, needless to say I drove right over and while looking at the cases, my phone was done is literally 10 minutes. Nick was polite, professional and honest. The store is nice, service is friendly and prices are much better than other places. I will be taking my broken iPad screen here next week to get fixed. This is HANDS DOWN the best place to go to get your phone fixed. I had water damage and went to a phone repair store in my neighborhood and they said it was going to be $179 just to replace the screen and to if they could fix it. They eventually told me they couldn't fix it. I went here a day later and Aaron fixed my phone for far less and it works perfectly! I had my iPhone repaired here. Worst decision I ever made. When I came back to the store 2 hours after dropping off my iPhone, the screen was having software issues. I came back so they can fix it again. It started working again, but in 80% functionality. 1 week later, the iPhone teared to pieces. Went to the Apple Store to get it fixed for $10 more and my iPhone looked brand new right after. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them. Ive been to many places when getting my iphone 5c screen fixed. I had it repaired prior to going to a2z, and they incorrectly fixed my screen, and it cracked 2 days afterwards. When i came in to see the guy who works here, he showed me what they did wrong, and made sure my new screen was properly in place. It took him a mear 15 mins, and did it right in front of me! I've gone to these guys few times for my cellular needs. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Their customer service is excellent. This is the best iPhone and phone store around. Allen helped me out with my iPhone and gave me a price that couldn't be beat by the Apple Store or any of these other stores. They don't do Mickey Mouse jobs and get it done very quickly (within 15 minutes). He also sold me a beautiful case and strong screen protector to help keep my phone in good shape. So I purchased a case from here and replaced glass, and jake was a helpful speedy tech. After receiving an lcd with a highlighted spot the size of a penny in my Lcd for my iPhone 6 Plus, I was furious. I had an accessory piece break off in the earpiece headjack connection. A2Z was great! Their prices were less than other places I called too!
