So I foolishly set my phone and glasses on the hood of a parked car to talk to someone in the parking lot. When I turned around, the car was gone. They had gotten in and drove away with my phone on the hood of their car. Amazingly, I was able to find my phone. But after flying off the hood of their car, bouncing down the road and probably getting run over several times, it was destroyed. I was afraid it was beyond repair. But that was before I walked into A2Z Wireless iPhone Repair. Nick was a rockstar, took joy at the challenge and told me he would have it done in 30 minutes. And he did. It was like getting a brand new phone. I cannot recommend A2Z enough.

This place is a no brainer, staff is very knowledgable, fast & helpful. I shattered my LCD & Screen on my aging iphone 5 and they had me out of the place in 15-20 minutes. They also have a pretty good variety of cases, chargers, cables etc for Samsung & Apple products. This was my 1st time here and would recommend it to anyone every time, compared to other places in the surrounding area ive been to the prices here cant be beat. read more

Always seem to get better service every time I come & make my monthly payments. Manny, Nick, and Aaron are super helpful & are always willing to go out of their way if I'm having any trouble with my phone. I went in today to make my monthly payment & walked out with a new screen. Nick gave me a fair price & was able to replaced my damaged screen in 5 minutes. They replaced the antenna for my GPS and it feels like I have a brand new phone! When I first took it in, Aaron actually advised me not to have the repair done. He sent me away with advice to resolve the issue on my own. I still wasn't able to fix it, so I took it back in. In an hour they had my phone ready to go. My IPhone went out this morning and I headed out to a computer repair shop down the street that I normally use. The place didn't repair phones, but on my way out I noticed A 2 Z wireless cell phone repairs in the same building. The guys there were very friendly and seemed to know their stuff. He had quoted me a reasonable price for a new battery and took it into the back. I was thinking he would have me pick it up end of day, thinking he had gone to get paper work, turns out he had switched out the battery already and I was set to go! A2Z is the best! I was reluctant about fixing my phone due to money issues but they were certainly the best priced repairmen in the valley. I've gotten my phone screen fixed by other stores before and all of which broke again after the slightest drop. I've dropped my phone multiple times since A2Z fixed it and it's still as good as new! I have tried different phone repair placed but nothing tops A2Z. I had my wife's phone damaged due to a strange error in the software caused because the screen has been changed as an aftermarket. This locked the phone forever. I went to Apple itself with no resolution. I went to different repair centers but was not successful. I end up purchasing a new phone for her. But I thought I give A2Z a shot at it and they fixed the phone and it's back like new. Until now I don't know how they did it but it's amazing to have the phone back. Don't look far for repair. Just bring what you have to them and they are going to take care of it. read more

Terrible people. They ripped my son off and stole his phone! Don't use them. I am very disappointed because I used them twice before and they where great. I don't know what happened. His iPhone stopped working out of the blue and he took it in and they charged him 100.00 to fix it with the understanding that if it didn't work he could get his money back. Well, they gave him his money back after a lot of arguing and then they kept his phone. It took him 3 called to At&t to finally get messenger turned of so he could receive texts as he went with an Android, not a iPhone. If the had given him his phone back, it would of been no problem getting texts to come to his phone. It was just real mean for them to keep his phone. I will never recommend them to anyone again. read more

It was 7pm and my phone screen and LCD had just shattered. I was obviously SO desperate to fix it, but no iPhone repair places seemed to be open, or they were charging an insane amount of money. I came to A2Z after a friend recommended me, and wow. Nick was so nice and they fixed my phone right in front of my face, I didn't even have to leave it overnight. I brought my phone in for a simple screen repair and was told it would take only one hour. When I came back after an hour, the shop was closed, the technician was nowhere to be found, and no one was answering the phone -- all of this at 2 PM in the middle of the day. Completely unprofessional. I had to come back the next day just to get my phone, and then I was charged $185, which is ridiculously expensive for a basic screen repair. To make things worse, the repair wasn't even done properly -- the left side of my screen still doesn't work at all. It gets worse. The day after I got my phone back, my bank contacted me about suspicious activity. When I checked my phone, I was logged out of my Instagram and had received around 100 emails about password changes from different apps. I had zero issues like this before bringing my phone here. Not only did they fail to fix my phone, but it also seems like my personal information may have been compromised. This is beyond unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

Before I agreed to the $450 repair, the technician explicitly stated they needed to open the device first to verify the main boards were functional. They specifically told me they didn't want to charge me for a screen if the phone wouldn't work. Only after they confirmed "everything works fine" did I pay and proceed with the repair. To now claim the SIM issue is an "unrelated board problem" is a direct contradiction of their own initial diagnostic. The phone worked for a very short period before the SIM card failed--a common result of a loose connection or a damaged ribbon cable during a screen swap on an S24 Ultra. By their own admission, the board was healthy when they took my money. If it is non-functional now, it is a result of their workmanship. I also stand by my original statement regarding the $200 offer and the attempt to bribe me for a positive review, both of which remain unaddressed. I am seeking a full resolution for the damage caused to my device. UPDATE [Date]: THE PLOT THICKENS After further investigation, I discovered the "no service" issue was actually due to a T-Mobile billing/blacklist status--not a hardware failure. While the owner was correct that the phone was blocked, their "professional diagnostic" was a blatant attempt to scam me. They told me to my face that the motherboard was fried and that the phone was "no longer fixable," yet they offered to buy it for $250 for parts. Think about that: they were prepared to take a $1,300 Galaxy S24 Ultra with a brand-new screen and perfectly healthy internal hardware by lying about the "main board" being broken. They were clearly hoping I'd hand over the device so they could flip it or use the pristine parts, knowing full well the board was fine. Between the bribe for a good review and this "fake" hardware diagnostic, this business has proven they prioritize predatory profit over honesty. Do not let them "diagnose" your devices--they will tell you it's junk just to buy it from you for cheap.

This place is simply amazing- from the individualized customer service that I receive each and every time I walk in to the exceptional array of phone accessories. I've been a customer of A2Z Wireless for the past 6 years for all my phone needs, most recently I had to come in for my unfortunate broken screen on my IPhone and Manny helped me by repairing my screen flawlessly. The owner Nick is almost always there managing the business personally to make sure everything is being taken care of, there is never a problem that he can't solve and this is what I love the most about this place. Him and his employees have always accommodated me when I came in and make sure I leave as a happy costumer. I have referred many of my friends and family because I know they will be taken care of as well! The new décor is really well put together... very warm and inviting! I especially LOVE how convenient the location is right on Ventura Blvd!! Bottom Line: this is your go to place for all your phone needs big or small at AMAZING prices that you cannot find anyplace else in the Valley. I can guarantee you will be taken care of by all the great people who have been working there side by side with the owner for some time now. I can't believe I finally found their Yelp page. This is a warning to ALL! I went to A2Z Wireless for their cheap prices. Cheap prices = TERRIBLE results. I shouldve paid a little more to a legit company like the APPLE STORE to fix my iPhone. THIS IS A WARNING. The comments below are fraud and fake. They are all friends with the owner Nick. I waited for 1.5 hours and spent those two hours in the valley. Went back to the store and he was done. I couldn't use my phone. The screen wasn't responsive. I went back and he fixed it again. Nice guy, but the results were, once again, terrible. Two weeks later, I was at the gym... pulled out my phone.. cracked again. He didn't do a complete job. I went to the Apple store and paid $30 more. From now on, I'm spending my hard earned cash at the Apple store in case my phone cracks. THIS IS A WARNING. THIS IS A WARNING. One day as I was spending a nice evening with my friends, my iPhone 6 fell to the ground in a dramatic and truly unfortunate way. My screen completely broke! I love my iPhone 6 and when this incident occurred I was truly taken with grief and fear for what it might cost to repair it. As I'm grieving due to what felt like the worst thing that could happen, one of my friends suggested I go to A2z Repair to get it fixed. Best Idea Ever. At this repair shop they understand what it means to break your iPhone screen and that and iPhone is more than just a phone! They provide exceptional customer service and quickly repaired the screen in a cost efficient and kind way. The staff is really intelligent with years of experience. They fixed my iPhone and it's good as new! This repair shop is a place I would recommend to everyone as it made a bad situation not so bad at all. I dropped my phone a dozen times and had to get it fixed quickly. My screen was cracked from top to bottom and I also needed a new LCD digitizer. I looked up different phone repair companies and they were all charging me over $100 to fix my phone. Luckily I came across A2Z Wireless. I was a walk-in and Nick helped me out promptly. Their pricing was the cheapest out of the entire area and they had great and fast service! Nick was very kind and helpful and he fixed my phone within 10 minutes while I waited. Broke my iPhone 6 (front glass) and I first called the Apple Store which said that it would be a week for the next appointment, not only that, but I would have to sit and wait at the mall which is never fun. A friend told me about this place and I contacted Nick. He said bring it in now and I'll get it done in 10 minutes, needless to say I drove right over and while looking at the cases, my phone was done is literally 10 minutes. Nick was polite, professional and honest. The store is nice, service is friendly and prices are much better than other places. I will be taking my broken iPad screen here next week to get fixed. This is HANDS DOWN the best place to go to get your phone fixed. I had water damage and went to a phone repair store in my neighborhood and they said it was going to be $179 just to replace the screen and to if they could fix it. They eventually told me they couldn't fix it. I went here a day later and Aaron fixed my phone for far less and it works perfectly! This is the 2nd time I have come in to get my phone fixed and they do a phenomenal job every time. Nice guys, great service and awesome prices. This is the best iPhone repair store in the valley! I came in with a shattered screen and I was greeted by nick. The vibe and customer service at A2Z wireless is very professional. Nick fixed my phone screen in less than 10 minutes for an amazing price. The parts that were installed on my phone were the highest quality. Wow where do I begin my boy friend threw my phone and my iPhone LCD ;went completely out I called around and around on yelp and thankfully I found this place called a2z wireless. when I called them nick answered the phone knew exactly what was wrong; & told me not to worry. He took care of everything and did it right in front of me he also provided me with a warranty. I've been going to this place for the past 4 years and could not be happier to acknowledge, that the service there is outstanding. Those guys know what they are doing. I brought my iPhone 5s with the glass completely shattered and lcd not working. I spoke to Manny and he walked me through all the details including the possibilities of other parts being broken. He was extremely professional and I never had a doubt he couldn't fix the phone not to mention the price was very competitive and the service was excellent. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I had my iPhone repaired here. Worst decision I ever made. When I came back to the store 2 hours after dropping off my iPhone, the screen was having software issues. I came back so they can fix it again. It started working again, but in 80% functionality. 1 week later, the iPhone teared to pieces. Went to the Apple Store to get it fixed for $10 more and my iPhone looked brand new right after. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them. Spend an additional $10 by professionals over at Apple. read more

Ive been to many places when getting my iphone 5c screen fixed. I had it repaired prior to going to a2z, and they incorrectly fixed my screen, and it cracked 2 days afterwards. When i came in to see the guy who works here, he showed me what they did wrong, and made sure my new screen was properly in place. It took him a mear 15 mins, and did it right in front of me! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to get their phones fixed! Best service ive found in the Valley! Thank you! read more

I've gone to these guys few times for my cellular needs. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Their customer service is excellent. Each time I was treated with respect and had all of my cellular needs met in a timely fashion. Their prices are very reasonable. A2Z Wireless is by far the best cell phone repair shop in the San Fernando Valley my phone was a disaster i called at least 5 stores on yelp none of the stores had the parts available gave me crazy prices and had a 1 day turn around time a2z knew exactly what to do had all the parts in stock and had me out of there in 20min I would recommend them to all my friends and family anything from repairs to plans to accessories this place is the best thanks guys read more

This is the best iPhone and phone store around. Allen helped me out with my iPhone and gave me a price that couldn't be beat by the Apple Store or any of these other stores. They don't do Mickey Mouse jobs and get it done very quickly (within 15 minutes). He also sold me a beautiful case and strong screen protector to help keep my phone in good shape. So I purchased a case from here and replaced glass, and jake was a helpful speedy tech. After receiving an lcd with a highlighted spot the size of a penny in my Lcd for my iPhone 6 Plus, I was furious. I called the store and the manager Nick denied that any of there screens are below average parts and denied my refund, since I left the store any damages were my responsibility, sort of like a car going off the lot. I had an accessory piece break off in the earpiece headjack connection. A2Z was great! Their prices were less than other places I called too! It was fixed in under an hour with replacement of new parts. Jake also took care of my phone first because I called before I came in.
