He didn't even charge me. Then on Saturday, Feb. 11, everytime I put my password in to log on, I got the whirligig. After waiting 5 attempts at about 15 minutes each with no progress, I realized this was a bigger problem than restart could fix. I brought my laptop into iSolution and the guy watched the whirligig and said, "This is an OS problem." Luckily I had my WD back up drive and it was current, so I told him if he had to wipe the laptop, so be it. Well, after a few hours he called and said the OS was corrupted and that he'd been able to fix it without wiping my laptop. No need to reinstall everything. Was able to…read morewatch technician fix and replace my cracked iPhone 6 screen in less than 15 minutes. *** as an update, the "original screen"'s white paint under the glass where you can't touch it started to come off on its own after a few weeks on the top corners of my iPhone 6. If you don't mind the cosmetic flaw of the part, then by all means. When I gave the feedback to the owner he argued that I was the first person to ever report this and wouldn't address it, even after sending pictures other than to replace it. I opted not to replace with the same sub-par part and try another place if the touch screen actually loses function. I paid extra for the original screen, but it doesn't seem to be true... or I got a dud.
