They have lots of parking, they're conveniently located, and they have wheelchair ramps so they are super accessible. I brought my Mom in to activate her new phone. They were more than happy to help even though it ended up being a little complicated because her old phone was very old and had an old outdated SIM card. I regret not asking the associate his name, but whoever stayed past closing time on 8/22/25 to help my mom- you are a real one!!! She was up and running within about 20 minutes despite the SIM card issue. He got her all squared away and took very good care of her. I highly recommend this spot for your Verizon needs.

Start from greetings, as I approached to front service counter, "Welcome". The conversations throughout the whole time was pleasant with laughters and smiles. Every time I interrupted, the reply would you, "you are fine. Please ask." Swapping phones, creating new account, along with discount plan with auto pay and business discount were suggestion and I ended up with lower prices for all existing phone and watches.
