Wiring Integrity did an amazing job for me! Top priority was to get my 3 years new HVAC system up and running again. Thankfully, it wasn't my system but my home's main electric panel. They went to work quickly trouble-shooting the problem. Within 15 minutes the popping, sizzling noise was identified as coming from a bad circuit breaker. For safety, they replaced the old outlet which supplies power to my unit. I feel so much safer and happier seeing their expertise in action. Next, they tackled the install of new pendant lights, complete with a new dimmer switch. :) This was accomplished smoothly and precisely. Wow, so impressed with these guys I just couldn't wait to write a review! So, to start, I called Wiring Integrity on a Monday and they were at my house bright and early the following Thursday. I contacted them as I required electrical installed and run out to a new above ground hot tub. Needless to say, it was a pretty tricky job for several reasons. I first spoke with Aubree who was super nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. We went over everything they needed for a quote, and I went ahead and sent over pictures of the project. Within a few hours, I got a call from Paul. He spent almost an entire hour with me on the phone ensuring I understood what they needed to do, options, and the overall strategy they were going to take in tackling my project. It was fantastic, and enlightening if you're curious about electrical. I knew at that point, I had found the right company! The day of the job, they showed up exactly when they said they would and it was Paul and Joshua. These guys worked tirelessly from 8am until almost 8pm at night to finish the job. I couldn't believe it. I expected them to throw in the towel around dusk, but they just threw on headlamps and kept going! It really speaks to their pride in work and the completed job is absolutely amazing in every aspect. Everything to the perfectly level conduit to the expertly installed subpanel. They even screwed in a perfectly cut drywall piece in my garage to where you can barely even notice work was done in there! In addition, the electrical still needed to be run into the spa, so, they finished the spa installers job by adding the cover arm after the fact. I really can't say enough good things about these guys, but I did find them via Yelp and the reviews are for real. From the very start to the completion of the project it was obvious that Wiring Integrity (Paul and Aubree) were highly professional, experienced and very knowledgeable. We had a new expanded electrical panel installed by them. They coordinated with the City of Roseville and PG&E inspectors, obtaining permits.. The job was done on schedule. The bid was extremely detailed outlining the scope of work, cost of labor and hardware for each portion of the job and including contingencies if something wasn't done properly or wasn't working on are original panel. The first electrician I made contact with informed me that he was fully booked until the end of that year, but was kind enough to refer me to Wiring Integrity. He told me that they're another company in the area that does really good work and highly recommended them. I reached out to Wiring Integrity for this project and here's my take: The first person I spoke to was Aubree. In providing the details of the scope of my project to her, I could tell that she is very detailed, knowledgable, and excellent with communication. I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and can definitely say that Aubree is one of the most polite and pleasant first point of contacts that I have ever worked with. After looking into all my options, I went ahead and booked Wiring Integrity for this project, as Aubree, with her personable character, presentation of the quote, and follow ups, stood out from the rest of the crowd. On the day of the job, the electricians, Paul, who is Aubree's husband, and his partner, Josh, showed up to my house right on time. It was a big job and they worked very hard and clean. I also have to add that these guys are very trustworthy. I had to step out for a little bit in the middle of the job. When I returned, there were absolutely no concerns on my end. At the completion of the job, Paul gave me a walkthrough and provided a detailed written description of what was done. This review is long overdue. In 2017 we purchased an older home and unfortunately, the home inspection brought to light many electrical issues. I used Yelp reviews to help me decide on an electrical contractor to do the repairs.  Based on many positive Yelp and Google reviews I contacted Wiring Integrity and I am so glad that I did! I contacted Aubrey to schedule an appointment to repair the specific items listed in the home inspection report as well as a list of repairs that were also needed. Aubrey and I reviewed the list and to help us with the overall costs she suggested items that we could do ourselves! Just that fact alone was much appreciated. Paul and his assistant came out and spent 2 full days at our home installing various items, troubleshooting and completing the repairs. Just an example of some of the quirky electrical issues that Paul was up against was the light post in the front of our house that was on 24/7 and we could not figure out how to turn it off. Paul discovered that the light was actually wired to an outlet in our living room! Paul rerouted the wiring and we can now flip a switch to turn the lights on and off. We were so happy with Paul's work that we hired Integrity Wiring for six additional projects including the installation of 3 bedroom ceiling fans, a garage roof exhaust fan, a motorized skylight repair, adding several backyard outlets, plus the removal of all kinds of old wiring the previous homeowner put throughout the house. Paul and his assistant do a thorough clean up afterwards and it is obvious that they take pride in their work! Another reason I like working with Wiring Integrity is that Paul always explains in easy to understand terms what he has found and what need to be done to repair it. The quotes and final cost is always fair and reasonable. Most importantly, I never feel that I have been up-sold or taken advantage of. It's been 3 years since I last used Wiring Integrity, and I'm glad to say their service and quality of work have not missed a beat. I moved into my house 3 years ago, but my house was built in '62. I don't take electrical lightly with my house, and if you want it done right - this is your team. Paul & Joshua know electrical, and they know it really, really well. This time around, I got a total of 7 can recessed lighting installed, as well as a new lighting fixture. During the install, they found a total of 5 open splices in the attic that should have been boxed up. Not only did they fix, and potentially greatly increase the protection of our house; they also perfected the job they came there to do. Paul and Aubrey have done a number of difficult (well, in my mind) jobs for me, and they've done every one of them perfectly. My jobs included running Cat5e cables from inside my home office (where they installed new RJ45 network wall ports) to outside house and garage eves with RJ45 ports. This allows me to communicate from my PC in my home office to all of my Christmas lights controllers outside (using Light-O-Rama software, HolidayCoro RGB pixel lights and controllers, and Netgear switches). Wiring Integrity also added two more, 15-amp circuits to my house, and they added new outlets inside my home office (for three computers, a printer, a Rasberry Pi, and other typical electrical devices). They also added three new outside power outlets (set up side by side) on the wall adjacent to my home's electrical panel. For each of these three outlets, they installed a water-resistant cover. These external outlets allow me to power some of my Christmas lights. Wiring Integrity also installed new power outlets and revised existing outlets to add USB charging ports. This allows me to charge phones and iPads without the adapter. My house has multiple roof lines, and has no attic down the middle. This means the left side of my house is cut off from the right side of my house (well, no attic in the middle). This makes it difficult to run anything (like the Cat5e cables) from the left side to the right side, but WI figured it out. Think a very small area that housed a single heating duct. I continue to use Wiring Integrity for other related jobs. I recommend them without any hesitation. read more
