The provider was fast, efficient, friendly and the service call was free with the Subaru new car warranty coverage. So my cost was $0 plus the optional tip (which I was able to do seamlessly on Venmo). So, in total, this was an equal or better experience than any other service call I have previously utilized with other vehicles.

We called multiple places and got turned down (mind you we are 19 year old girls stranded in Syracuse where we have never been). Tony was our hero, he called multiple places just to get us in and helped. When we didn't know the tires sizes Tony didn't hesitate to come look at the car and help. He lined up the tow truck and the garage to get the tires changed. He also got us estimates, good prices, and drove us to the tire place. I dropped my vehicle off on June 24th and it is now August 6th and I have yet to receive my vehicle. The first issue was that my vehicle sat for 9 days without being touched because the supplemental request for payment from Geico was submitted incorrectly. It took someone from the shop that long before they reached out to me at which point I contacted Geico myself to get the adjuster to come out and look at my car. Next after having my vehicle for 43 days to bd exact the paint color is wrong and the painter is out for the wee. So I still do not have my vehicle fixed properly after 44 days and counting. This has been the most horrible experience I have ever had. Not only is my vehicle not the right color I have been now paying for a rental car for 13 days because it's past the 30 day mark of the insurance paying for the rental car. This has been very expensive and also frustrating! I would not recommend you wasting your time going to this shop, you will end up very disappointed! Please save your TIME and MONEY!!
