After explaining to him my needs and price range, he proceeded to select glasses that met my specifications and kept handing me different pairs to try on in front of the mirror. This is a situation where too many options is almost as difficult as not having enough. I probably tried on a good 20 pairs while I was there. I was initially dead set on another pair of Spy Optic glasses, but after trying on a particular pair of Oakleys, the fireworks went off and I knew I had found my new pair. I do my best to buy from local independents whenever I get the chance and I am really glad I did in this situation. Tim was very patient with my indecisiveness and got me hooked up with some polarized Oakleys that look and fit fantastic. Great Shop!

I did my best to explain it from a lay person perspective. She set my paperwork in my lap that America's Best sent over and asked me to tell her where the detail was in the paperwork. During the adjusting process the employees were very patient, knowledgeable and understanding. Even after the adjustments I could not comfortably wear them. I went in for what was the final attempt at adjusting but to no avail. They asked me to see if I could find another pair that I liked which I did. Upon inquiring about my cost I was told they would do a swap with me. My new glasses are very comfortable and amazingly light. My wait time for the first pair was 1 hour and the second one was 1.5 hours, that is what I call excellent service. Each person I dealt with could not have been nicer or more professional.
