Mr. Sherman's office completed my aunt's final tax return, calculated and mailed out all 24 1099 forms for the beneficiaries and provided copies of everything to me. He provided an audit representation guarantee that I did not need - but was good to have as an assurance. I do my own taxes using tax software, but will definitely go to Mr. Sherman when I no longer can figure it out myself - and I am reaching that point! I called to inquire about thermal throttling of my gaming laptop. I asked him for the price and the price he gave me was 2/3 of the other shops around the area that I called and inquire. I came in a little late but he was able to rush my service for me as I was leaving the town the next day and I was able to pick it up within the hour. Thermal paste replacement service that I requested was done professionally and he even add extra thermal paste around the needed area on the board. Deep cleaning service was excellent. I notice the cleanliness right away and it boosts my experience with games and work programs by a major 2.5x speed. I went from 45 FPS to 120 FPS in just less than an hour.
