Amazing!!! When Danny Mabari knocked on my door, it was truly a miracle, a Godsend. My goal of creating 2 perm rentals (house & ADU) went from impossible, to a realistic plan which is now underway. We're perm disabled seniors, living on grandpa's condemned property w/2 other perm disabled ppl. For 23 yrs, I'd tried to overhaul the land. Finally, in 2019, I got a HELOC loan... just in time for CV-19, during which my house dbld in value, as did my loan bal due. I was beyond hopeless & discouraged. His crew have all been very respectful, kind & efficient, & they positively reflect on him, & also the company. My panel wiring & walls are beautiful. They've answered any questions I've had, & even worked around our unexpected hospice situation for my father-in-law, & his probate, which caused major delays - they never one nagged me, but rather checked in, to finish. My project's very long & comprehensive, & Danny's treated me like family, very respectful knowledgeable, reassuring, confident, transparent & flexible. No Wise Choice on this one. I was quoted 39k for a kitchen remodel got billed for 49k. I was told plumbing and electrical was all included. I was charged 9k for electrical and plumbing. And they did not finish the job I had to buy paint to finish painting out of pocket I had to buy electric plate because it wasn't done the sink and faucet leaked the refrigerator was connected with hot water, I was promised a double pane window got a single pane. They started in December and in April I finished for them. I refused to let them back to finish. But it is a nice kitchen, but they didn't finish. . read more

Let's start with Ori -- the pushiest little salesman this side of a used car lot. The guy slithered into my house and basically refused to leave. I finally gave in just to make him go away, squeezed out a slightly better deal, and signed up for a roof replacement. Next morning -- and I mean next morning -- I've got a crew showing up at dawn, apparently allergic to the idea of "waiting for financing." I tell Ori, "Hey, genius, maybe we should hold off until the bank actually approves this thing?" He says, "No problem, the finance company's got it covered any minute now." Sure enough, he has someone in "finance" email me a copy of the loan application -- and tries to pass it off as approval. Nice try, Sparky. I tell him flat-out, "Don't start." Two minutes later -- bang, bang, bang! I hear noises on my roof. Run outside, and there are guys up there with pitchforks like it's a thatched cottage in medieval England. I yell, "Get the F off my roof!" That's one very fast way to lose a customer. A couple of weeks later, I noticed they'd already dug up three spots around the house before I caught them. So I call/text Ori several times and tell him to fix it. ........Crickets...... Nobody answers their phones. When I finally get a reply to my email, it's from someone in Kenya. Apparently, that's where their customer service lives now, because God forbid they hire someone who's actually in the same hemisphere as the roofs they destroyed. Our family was charged triple the market rate for home insulation. To justify this cost, a company representative, Ofir Mutzaffi, promised a washer/dryer and lighting as compensation, which were never delivered. Coercion and Sales Pressure: Before work began, we were pressured to provide a "great" review. Later, both the representative and the business owner attempted to force us into a shower remodel. They explicitly violated the legal 3-day right to cancel by aggressively stating the offer was "today or never" and becoming visibly upset when we refused. Harassment and Trespassing: After we posted an honest review regarding the pricing and unfulfilled promises, Ofir Mutzaffi began a campaign of harassment. Due to the aggressive nature of his attempt to enter our home and his refusal to leave the property after multiple commands, I was forced to draw a weapon for self-protection to ensure the safety of my family. He fled the scene only after this escalation.The company has since sent an unsolicited eCheck for $500, which we did not request and have not authorized or accepted. The price was not the lowest that I got but he was highly recommended by a neighbor. The Backyard and the front yard came out beautiful. I found their sales team to be rude and disrespectful. I allowed them to come to my home to get a window replacement estimate. They came into my house, referred to my male guest as "boss man", commented on my decor, shared their opinions about my window treatments, and asked for more information from me than they provided. They promised a window estimate and never offered one. They wasted 90 minutes of my life. They tried to coerce me into completing a financing application without clarity about the costs or the services to be provided. Overall, I found them to be a GIANT RED FLAG. read more

Unbelievable hardscape and landscaping work by Wise Choice Remodeling. We live in Riverside and have been looking to upgrade our home for a while now. David our project manager did a great job right from the start and gave us a very good deal. We thought the work would take double the amount of time but wise choice came through and provided outstanding work on the driveway and property lot for the hardscaping. We also decided to add fencing in the yard as well which we are thrilled about. I called these people March 23 25. They seem seemed seemed like a very credible company, but like all companies all they want is your money which is pretty sad nowadays no customer service. I needed a roof in order to get insurance. I got the roof, but there was questions I had and since I'm mature in life I called. I called and called. Finally, I called in yelled. The guy that came out was very nice too nice, but he was nice and then the last one that came out said he would get things done cause while they were on my roof, they broke my Solar off of my ring camera and the stand didn't say anything about it, and I didn't want them to get in trouble but then I said the hell with it told him this time then this gentleman forgot his name. He said he would get it fixed. He didn't understand why I didn't call earlier , I said I did which I did. If you want phone records, we can get that too so this time he said OK and this was three weeks ago he said give it about a week because the Jewish holiday yeah yeah yeah and the window people came out because I also got windows. Forgot their name however are associated with this company or it would be in here. so the appointment was last Saturday 9 to 11 Alexa what's today, October 25,25The gentleman came out at 7:30 and looking in my windows, I know workers want to start early so I thought well let me get up at 7am but no, I should've got up at six. They left never came back between 9 and 11. What kind of companies are these. Play Nice get them to sign the paper. Get the job done no matter what. wise choice did an excellent job transforming home with their renovation of the whole house. It really does feel like a luxurious as you walk in the doorway of our home. the first thing you will notice is the fresh new color of the paint in the hallway and the down stairs living room. The hard wood flooring has also smartened the look of the loft, master bedroom, the upper staircase and the two bedroom on the third story of the house. The quality of the work is satisfactory everything looks beautiful, however, the ceil or plaster between the kitchen tiles and counters tops is tarnished by the and water it has come into contact with. The same is true for the tiling in the upstairs bathroom which has water damage on the plaster. The customer service was satisfactory . Although client do get a financial plan for the work done, you have to be aware that the project manager can force to have additional work done. i am happy that I took his advice to add the lighting in the high ceiling but I did not like the pressure and the force on us to have our upstairs bathroom done. i had told him that I did not want him to change anything in the bathroom but he would not liste. I even explained that it would not make financial sense to pay an extortionate price for renovation of the bathroom. I had already made plans to get a handy man to do the job. the project manager was not listening to me. I ended up having to call my bank to cancel the loan for the work done on the bathroom . Wise choice is a good company but the project manager need to reign in his temptation to control other people. Anther aspect of the service that the company needs to work on is the robustness of the materials used to do the work. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY . They are not but LIARS AND SCAMMERS They came to my house and offered me a GOVERNMENT PROGRAM for replacing my floors with a new waterproof and pet proof.! The samples they brought me were the cheapest tiles made. I called 3 carpets companies and they said they STOPPED carrying this brand of flooring because of customer complaints. They told me that I was approved by someone Jacob spoke with on the phone. I was told that I was approved for $25,000. Wise Choice was charging me $24,000. Everything was fine until Jacob showed up to remove the carpet. He had picked up these 3 men from Home Depot who had never removed carpet before and they didn't speak or understand English!!!!! Then I received this letter from a credit report saying that my credit score was denied. Everything on that credit report was a LIE AND FRAUD. Now today I am sitting here with the mess they left, NO clean up ever since I received that letter. They have single senior citizen lady with a torn up house and a huge mess. I have uneven floors They have even unplugged my WiFi connection and the tv set. I told them that they were allowed to do the back part of my house until I saw the work completed. Nex thing I knew one of those guys was tearing up my dining room. He cut the carpet and was preparing to throw it out until I STOPPED HIM!!!! told them that the front part of my house was NOT TO BE TOUCHED. Fake Instagram scam. They say they have special programs make it seem like it's government programs then come with a huge price and say the special program is 16% financing. No other offers. That's the program. Pretty much they just bait and switch you. All they wanted was my social number. We are very happy with the new energy efficient project that we got to our house. Our electrical bill was $389 before Wise Choice Remodeling came into the picture. They did us new double pan windows and cool life paint, David and Joseph helped us with the financing program . We are saving every month about $250 from our utility bills . I had two men from here come to my home. They were supposedly sent from So Ca Edison for a energy assistance program where everything was free. These guys are in no way free at all. They do accept payments however. They were very nice at first. I had to stop them to say i could not afford to make payments on any repairs so they wouldnt waste any more time trying to talk me into something i could not afford. They were very nice men and we talked alot, however, I couldnt use their services. Afterwards my husband ask a question unrelated to the home repairs. All 3 of them ended up in a screaming match for at least 20 minutes. It was very unprofessional. My husband was wrong in asking a question about religion, however, that does not excuse their behavior. I ended up crying my eyes out, it was so bad i couldnt believe it was happening. This was in the house. The argument continued outside also. A friend showed up and was drawn into the argument also, then he told them to just leave. They did, but sat in their car for quite a while, which scared me. I just got done talking to so ca edison, they dont seem to know why this company was sent out to my home. Beware, things arent always as they seem. It's a shame, they were really nice, intelligent people too. One of them came outside where i was crying, offered a hug and a apology. I would not trust this company, snake oil salesmen. They promised the program was thru the state of California and they lied, ran my credit to get approved for personal loans. Owner claimed he was helping me and that we were one of the star customers and that he only puts his name on 3 clients a year. Overall they just walk in promise you the world talk fast and screw you over at the end. The work done by sub contractors was good, but the salesman aren't worth crap.
