Remembering Eddie's excellent service, from nearly 8 years ago, I knew exactly who I would call upon, after my windows were smashed in by some turd-bucket, yesterday afternoon. I contacted Eddie yesterday afternoon, and we discussed the three windows I needed replaced. He told me he'd get back to me within 30 minutes, after contacting the warehouse, which he did. We agreed upon a meeting location and time for today. This morning, Eddie sent me text messages communicating his ETA, which helped me plan for my workday. Just in time for the rain, Eddie finished replacing the broken windows, and kindly drove my umbrella & key over to me, since the parking lot is a distance from the building.
