Jose and partner came to replace my 2018 4Runner windshield at the scheduled time. Jose is very nice and professional from the beginning til the finish. He and his partner, Javier, did a great job removing the cracked windshield using the metal-cable tool to cut the seal (this was is much better coz it won't scratch the paint like using cutter) and replacing the new one. I observed how they do it and very impressed. All this was less that 1 hour, at my own home !!! It's been over a month and so far so good, no water leak or wind noise . Very happy. I used these guys a couple years ago to get a windshield replaced. Frustratingly, it took several phone calls to finally get them here. After finally scheduling, things went smoothly. Fast forward to the now. Called Friday afternoon and got a verbal quote over the phone and was told they could do it Monday. I told them I'd call back after making sure I could have the car available. Called back during business hours and left a message confirming. I called back Saturday, and left another message. Called back Monday morning and left yet another message. Almost a week went by and still no call back. Good grief...I guess they don't need work. read more

During a drive to the wineries, I got a big crack on my windshield. So I deceived to go online research original glass over after market glass in addition to shopping around for the most affordable business. I had a few concerns because my life depends on a proper installation. I'm not gonna lie, I checked out safelite because they advertise well on tv and online but after calling wisefly and finding out that they are not a part of the auto glass Association which in my opinion is important because they have to meet installation standards. I went on the website that search for specific vendors that are only certified under the auto glass association. I found Wisefly and another auto glass company in Corona. The other company came in a little less but I felt compelled to give Wisefly a chance due to the fact that they educated me and didn't feel hard pressed. I called Wisefly for a quote for a windshield replacement on my vehicle. I was given a quote over $500. I was then asked if I had insurance and what my deductible was. I informed Wisefly I was not interested in using insurance, and my deductible was $500 anyway. I then got a lecture about changing my auto insurance policy. I responded "Sorry, my insurance is what it is, i'd prefer not to file a claim..." The person on the other end of the phone said "Well thank you for your time, bye-bye!" and hung up the phone. I ended up getting a quote for the exact same glass with installation and at well-known national chain for over $200 less, without getting a lecture and hung up on. It seems Wisefly is only interested in charging inflated rates to stick it to insurance companies. They definitely were not interested in my business when I told them I would not be using insurance. I gave this 2 stars as the company does in fact know what they are doing, but their prices are too high and representatives are too abrasive. read more

Good pricing but the customer service when something goes wrong is not acceptable. I had my windshield replaced and the installer lost a trim piece to my vehicle but according to them this is the first time this has ever happened. I gave them the benefit of doubt and was nice about it, until about 5 days later I email them to ask them for an update to repair the missing trim piece and was told part was in. I thought great!!!I was asked what time I was available that day and after I notified them the time frame I was available I was told the installer would not be able to come that day because he had other appointments no where near me...so I tried for the following day and nope not available also had to be on a Friday at a very specific time frame when I already had prior appointments that were very important. After going back and forth and arguing with the lady on the phone I finally got sick of it and just booked the appointment with the 2 hour window on a Friday to accommodate them when they were the ones who messed up not me....I had to reschedule 2 appointments because they couldn't accommodate their mistake. This is beyond unprofessional and not ok. I don't ever like to bash a business, but when they treat a paying customer like a non priority it's frustrating and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Pricing is good, but not worth the headache at least for me too busy to be chasing and installer to work around his schedule when they clearly screwed up. read more

I randomly found these guys on Google, searching for a mobile auto glass repair in Riverside after a rock started a small crack in my windshield. I spoke with Melissa who was super sweet and tried to set-up a same day appointment. Unfortunately my schedule wouldn't accommodate it as I was leaving town for the night, but she set up an appointment to come to my office the next morning and was really helpful in giving me tips on how to prevent the crack from spreading between then and the time they would be coming to make the repair. She and Jason (they're a team!) arrived in the time frame they gave me and got right to work. They also noticed that the company that had done a complete windshield replacement had done a pretty shotty job in the installation and they pointed out how sloppy the insulation had been laid on. By the end of the job they had cleaned up all the excess insulation around the windshield (free of charge), and the crack that was about a 1/2 inch long and had about 5 legs is now just a small spec in the windshield. VERY HAPPY! I found Wisefly on Google & Yelp so I included them when I got a few quotes to replace the windshield in my Accord, darn 91! They weren't the cheapest available but they were the best value based on the quality and workmanship. Sure I could save $15-20 on a thinner and cheaper glass it isn't worth it to compromise my families safety. Lots of shady people in this market and poor quality glass. I got a perfect OEM windshield with the exact factory tint. With a next day mobile install at my house they arrived around 11am and the car was done around noon. What is not to like? He even did his best to vacuum up all the glass inside the car when I didn't expect him to. Windows look great and they roll up and down just as good as the stock windows did with no drag. This will be a relatively lengthy review, but to summarize, Wisefly's customer service is excellent, even though they didn't end up getting my business. Now onto my story. I've had my 2017 Toyota Prius for less than 6 and got not one, but two rock chips within the span of a week. The first one was minor and I sealed it up. The second one developed into a couple of huge cracks spanning a good portion of the windshield. I asked around for quotes and sent a couple of requests through Yelp, as well. Melissa, from Wisefly, was the first to reply. Now, my car is so new that there are no aftermarket glass available. As such, the part has to be ordered from the dealer and price would end up being as much as my deductible, not including labor. She educated me on my options and was very responsive to all my questions. I didn't even commit to having the work done through her company, but she told me she went ahead and ordered the windshield just in case I wanted to do business with them. How awesome is that? My insurance, AAA, regularly deals with All Star Auto Glass and Safelite. They sent me to All Star first. I could not get a human being to call me back. Eventually, I would get people from their national call center who would want to set up an appointment, but they didn't have the windshield in stock and would have to order it, just like everybody else They said they'd get the local shop to call me, but no one ever did. My AAA claims representative was very thorough, following up with me and All Star. Eventually, he decided to move my claim over to Safelite. Safelite wasn't as bad, but I was still getting sent to call centers instead of the local shops. Every rep said they would have to order the windshield, wanted to schedule an appointment but couldn't give me an exact date on when the part would be available (estimates of 3 days to 3 weeks).and that they would have the local shop contact the dealer and get me an exact date. I didn't get a call back from the local shops, but I got a few calls back from the call centers wanting to book an appointment. Calling the local shops, I'd get redirected back to the call centers. Eventually my claims adjuster conferenced me in with a Safelite rep. The rep, from a call center, apparently called my local Safelite shop who then called some neighboring shops and found the hopefully correct windshield in LA. They were pushing me to schedule an appointment, but the earliest they could do was a Tuesday (this was on Thursday). I reluctantly agreed to the appointment, but told them that if Wisefly got the windshield in first, I would go with them. It's now Friday and my windshield cracks have gotten even worse. I receive a message from Melissa that she talked to the dealer and the windshield she ordered came in cracked. She wished me the best and hoped that Safelite did a good job for me.If the cracks weren't so bad and I could wait, I would have gone through after she got another windshield in stock. BTW, she followed up with me several times in between when she ordered the windshield and when it arrived at the dealer. You couldn't ask for better customer service. read more

this review is strictly based on the return phone call from a woman regarding fixing a chip in my windshield. i asked her for the cost of fixing one small chip. she quoted $65. i then told her that i found two other places in town that would do it for $40. Extremely rude! I needed a new back window for my 72 Camaro. I saw on their website they offer work on "classic cars", infact their pictures show cars from the 60's. They told me the project would cost $377 when the glass is only $200 at Classic Industries (maybe 30 minutes away). I asked if that price included the chrome molding and they said no you have to use your old molding. My chrome molding was both bent and rusted and when I told them I had thrown it away they Laughed at me and said you can't throw that away. They told me theyd still do it without the molding and when I said I was going to call other places they said "psh good luck". Very unprofesional, very rude, do not waste your time when their are other shops in Corona. read more

They came out to my house to check out the damage and even though I told them I didn't think it could be repaired they told me otherwise. I can't say enough nice things about these guys. After my windshield got smashed by road debris on the interstate I called Wisefly to get a quote. After hearing my story the first thing they wanted to know was was I alright. That alone made me pick them to do the fix. Of course it didn't hurt that the price wasn't bad either. They showed up within a couple of hours after my initial call. I was very impressed with the detail and care they took to make sure my windshield was properly installed. They even vacuumed out every inch of my car, getting all the glass shards and stray french fries laying about. :) The guy even buffed off the rubber trail across the hood and door. We got a knick in our windshield on a Monday. These guys were fast and reasonable. We made an appointment, they gave us an hour timeframe and a quote for $40 for a knick in our windshield. Showed up right on time...looked like maybe a husband and wife team? The guy told me what they'd do. He found another smaller knick we didn't see. Filled them both and was done in less than 40 mins.
