One of my last stops in Ketchum was Wiseguy Pizza Pie and I'm so glad we got to try it out! It was one of those evenings where the only thing I wanted was to enjoy a nice down-to-earth meal in a relaxed setting. While there is some indoor seating, the restaurant offers some seating outside that appears to be shared with the KB's Ketchum Burrito place. With that said, there's plenty of places to sit outside and once you place your order inside, they will bring your food out to you! One major remark I have about this place is the heavy pour of wine they had to offer! In addition to beer on tap, they also offer a small selection of wine on tap and you will receive a large serving! NO complaints from me on that, haha! It was a good quality Rosé too! For food, we ordered the following: Garlic Knots - these were delicious! They pull apart really easily and weren't too garlicky. I really enjoyed the marinara too as it didn't taste like it was from a jar or can, even if it was! Buffalo Wings - the buffalo wings were cooked well and had a slight crisp to them which was nice! They could have stood to have a bit more buffalo sauce on them, but were cooked well otherwise! Margarita Guy Pizza (add jalapenos) and Pepperoni Pizza - both pizzas we order were great quality! The dough wasn't too thick or too thin and wasn't burnt at all. In fact, the consistency was spot on for how I like my pizza! Awesome! Pizza! Very small inside, only 4 tables but larger tables seat 6. The pizza master was so really nice and you can tell he takes pride in his masterpieces. You can buy pizza by the slice, which is huge or you can buy a 14 or 18 inch and this pieces are big as well. read more

Visiting Sun Valley and was recommended Wiseguy. Waited 30 minutes for pizza on a Sunday afternoon. All the employees were eating a slice of pizza while working and either drinking beer or fountain drink while working. It was just unprofessional and not sanitary. Really good pizza. They have NY style pies but they get them really thin, without that thick chew to some NY pizzas. They are also still able to fold and not cracker thin, it is weird but I loved it. Garlic knots were great too. Kids already demanding a 2nd visit before we leave. read more

Looking for some quick takeout and Wiseguy fit the bill. Ordered online with pickup in 40 minutes. Arrived and my online order was no where to be found. No big deal. Kitchen was great and made order right away. Cheese pizza and White Trash Guy Pizza (Ranch dressing, bacon, potato chips, Mozzarella). They were both decent and White Trash was unusual but fun to eat. Chicken wings were enormous! I didn't eat any but was told they were good but very spicy. Was told our food would be ready in 15-20 minutes and I had to wait for an hour and half. I watched 3 employees take breaks before my food was ready. The pizza is alright (nothing special), but the lack of customer service and the amount of time I had to wait for an overdone pizza is something I cannot ignore. The restaurant atmosphere is absolutely horrific, and if I can't even sit down and enjoy my food, I would hope to God it wouldn't take an hour and a half. If you're planning on ordering pizza from here, don't. Trust me, save your night and enjoy yourself at someplace else. read more

Bottom line: Dave Portnoy would give this pizza a 4.8. Pizza sauce lacks flavor, no crunch in the crust, and the flop is so bad all the ingredients fall off. Papa Murphys would be better. I understand why a lot of people come here because the price is reasonable and you can buy just one slice late at night after a few drinks. Other than that, the pizza is average. Staff was nice but is was totally overwhelmed and stop taking orders an hour before closing. It's pizza worth a short walk when options are very limited but I would drive to. read more

We arrived at a time when they seemed to be really busy, but the guys in the back were really accommodating when I asked for a couple of custom slices (ham and mushroom, if you were curious). The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered pizza online and was told it would take an hour or so. My family waited patiently as long as we could.
