The clothing is pretty eclectic and they have a diverse range of things from accessories to shoes to tops and jeans. An awesome burnt orange jacket caught my eye and I just had to try it on! In the fitting room, there was actually a sign "Selfies Welcome!" and a list of their facebook and twitter you can post to which I thought was pretty cool. I then left Daphne a voicemail and emailed her but received no response so I stopped in a few days later to speak with her. As I was walking towards them Michelle said to Daphne "THIS is the girl I was telling you about". Daphne rudely told me that they were no longer taking anything unless I wanted to leave my bags for them to go through and they would donate the rest (even though the old procedure was they would go through it and then call you to pick up what they didn't want). I guess their consigners are no longer worth a phone call! The next day I returned to pull all of my items that did not sell with very very little help from both Michelle and Daphne. Michelle could not even figure out how to work the computer to print me out my lists of items that were on the floor. It took over two hours to find all of my items because of the awful organization skills of this place. My clothes now smelled terrible so I washed them and will take them to other stores I consign at that treat me well, such as LuLu, The Loft on 724, Greene Street, and even Plato's Closet. These stores are pickier, but for good reason - they have a MUCH better selection and I would recommend checking them out before you waste your time looking for hours for any quality items at "Love" It!

The team is consistently helpful and hardworking, keeping everything running smoothly even during busy times. It's clear that strong management plays a huge role in creating such a positive, efficient environment. I also have a unique appreciation for this store because I had the opportunity to work here, and I can say the management and team are some of the best. I was in between moving states and, as a therapist, it wouldn't have been ethical to take on new clients during that transition, so working in retail helped hold me over--and I'm so grateful it was at Ross. This is an average size for a Ross store. They all seem to be the same dimensions, or at least set up in a way it appears the same. The difference is they had multiple of the same items available in each size unlike other stores they are generally a one off.
