It's a little hard to find, but it's located in the back of a few shops. We accidentally got in the pick up line until I asked and they directed me to the other side of the building. There were a few others that were in the wrong line as well. There was a line and it took about 10 minutes to get to order. I ordered the macadamia nut iced latte and it was really good. I highly recommend getting that one. It was smooth and wealth balanced, and not too sweet. It comes in these cute mason glass jars that you get to keep if you'd like with that that was pretty neat. The coffee I had from here was laughably bad. I got an iced latte with macadamia milk, which was downright watery and tasted like nothing. The reusable jar system is also pointless - there were jars all over the area because people abandoned them in random places rather than throwing them out like you would a cup. I'm addicted to this place. I have gone here everyday, sometimes twice a day while on this island on vacation. I have tried the Daize latte, the matcha latte, the signature acai bowl, and chia pudding. I love the souvenir mason jar you get to keep. I will be coming back to try other things I haven't yet. We stopped here on our way to Hanalei. So refreshing! The acai bowls are a little smaller than I expected (the bowl is shallow) but the toppings are very generous and it looks beautiful! The smoothie was also super tasty and a vibrant pink/orange. I love that you can keep the jar (you can buy lids at the counter for $1 each), but I'm curious why they don't give you the option of returning them. Latte was okay, honestly would've given this place 3 stars because I felt like it was pretty overpriced, but 4 because they're super sweet here and give you the cups to keep! So cute and made a wonderful souvenir. This place is cute and has tons of outdoor seating. Has that laid-back North Shore feel where you just want to slow down and stay for a while. Came here after seeing lots of tik toks and videos online. This is right around the main strip of shops and cafes to walk around in Hanalei. The coffee was okay, strong and not too much sweetener/syrups and comes in a reusable cup. The açaí bowl had a nice presentation and was very filling, but the açaí itself was lacking flavor (super bland / tasted like nothing without the toppings). The coconut cream on top tasted weird and had no sugar at all. There was a little wait due to the popularity of this cafe. If you're in Hanalei, Wishing Well Coffee Shop is hands-down one of the best breakfast spots on the island. We loved it so much, we ended up coming back every single day. The açaí bowl "with the works" is incredible--fresh, perfectly balanced, and honestly big enough to feed two to three people. It's the kind of breakfast that actually keeps you full while still feeling light and refreshing. Their drinks are just as impressive. The macadamia nut milk is next level, and paired with a vanilla mac nut syrup latte, it's easily one of the best coffees we've had on the island--smooth, rich, and not overly sweet. But the real hidden gem? The chia pudding with their house-made coconut cream topping. We couldn't stop thinking about it and kept going back just for that. The coconut cream is unreal--thick, creamy, and tastes just like the topping from the Wishing Well shaved ice (which says everything). Between the quality, portions, and laid-back Hanalei vibe, this place is a must-visit for breakfast or a mid-morning treat. I've watched so many youtube videos about Kauai and one of the things that was recommended was to check out wishing well coffee and tea. The parking is a little tight with small spots available. We got lucky as we were pulling in, someone was pulling out. When we got there it was a bit wet but you can't complain because of how green it is on that side of the island. The line was a bit long, but it was super early in the day so we didn't mind waiting. My husband and I ordered the daize latte and the matcha latte. Can I also say, all their drinks come in this cute glass jar which made it such a cute souvenir to take home. The daize latte is an oatmilk latte with honey and coconut cream and the match latte was..well matcha. We also ordered 2 acai bowls, the good times bowl and the works bowl. The good times had granola, coconut flakes, banana, peanut butter, macadamia nuts, chia seeds and coconut cream. The works bowl had almost the same as the good times bowl, but with hemp, goji berries, and papaya. They were HEFTYY which was good considering we had a long day that day! read more

My boyfriend got the mango madness smoothie which was sweet, creamy, and tropical. It was smooth and not icy at all. My bestie got the signature bowl and masala chai. We all shared the signature bowl and it was a great sweet treat. The fruit was fresh and a great combination of sweetness and tartness. She also enjoyed the chai! I loved how they let you keep the jars and if you want they have the lids available. I've used the jars for drinks and snacks since taking them home. As for service, the girl that helped us was pleasant and the older guy handing out drinks was super lively! He cheered up the folks impatiently waiting for their drinks. 5-stars for that guy! * Coffee / Juices / Smoothies * We only ordered a Lili's Fav ($7) which was matcha flavored, with lavender syrup, and coconut milk. Also ordered a Green Kaua'i ($13, 16oz) made with banana, protein powder, coconut cream, and spirulina. Both were delicious and so refreshing on a hot afternoon. Located in the back of looks like a co-op compound, there are signs directing you each way you walk. If you see Wishing Well shaved iced, your in the right place, just go to the back of the shops. We walked from the parking lot down the street so I didn't really pay attention to parking for this plaza. It was a busy location on a busy street so it would probably be best to find a big lot to park in. Aside from the coffee shop being very hot, the staff was super friendly, all the other food items looks delish, and my order was up in no time. Drinks are served in take home jars. So cute. Love being able to reuse an item. They ask $1 Venmo per jar lid to aid in efforts to remain eco friendly. Didn't even think twice about sending it. Here to help preserve this gorgeous island. We've been to Kaua'i a couple times now and Wishing Well has been consistently good!! I got a smoothie last time and also got a reusable jar which I've been using for overnight oats & matcha. Seeing the jar brings back happy memories!! Iced Latte with Macadamia Syrup & Oat Milk is what I've continued to order every time we're here. I've noticed the coffee at the places I've tried (this place included) is more acidic so the syrup really helps offset it! In the past we've also tried their smoothies which were good! On this trip, we also tried a couple of their Acai Bowls! The Signature Bowl was yummy with the perfect amount of add-ins! We also got the Works Bowl which was essentially the same thing but minus honey plus peanut butter and a couple other toppings. I love peanut butter in my acai bowls, but was not a huge fan of the coconut cream (not sweet enough for me) and the goji berries were super hard so not worth the extra $2. Been coming here for a while and love the reusable glass containers. All the food and drinks are yummy and easy to grab and go! Unfortunately on Monday I had my only bad experience. I understand that people have bad days but the girl behind the counter had a horrible attitude. A customer was asking more information on what the creamer used in the drinks was. The server was extremely short with her and it ended up that another customer in line had to explain the creamer to her! She also just couldn't care less about the customers or any questions in general and was very short with everyone. I won't let that take away from this awesome spot though.
