Just the thing for your device. -------------- No. 1, the man behind the counter (one of the owners, it seemed) was very rude to my wife and I from the time we dropped off our vehicle to when we picked it up, even though we were nothing but polite. No. 2, they wasted 24 hours before telling us they wouldn't even attempt the simple transmission repair we requested when we dropped it off. I took my Hyundai Santa Fe to check some shifting problems. They had my car for 5 days and at the end they told me it was an electrical problem. When I dropped off the car on a tow truck it started perfectly fine with no issues. When I picked up the car it would not start at all. No power at all. When my car got home with the tow truck and I opened the hood and there were exposed wires coming out of the manifold, the air intake hose cover was completely cracked, the timing belt cover was being held by one screw, I'm surprised this place is still in business, they have been around for a long time, miraculously!! If there was any way of giving less than one star it's what they deserve. Word of mouth is a powerful advertising tool, good or bad.... this one Is definitely BAD!!!! read more

My family of six drove to Miami from Ohio for a cruise. Yeah I know that sounds crazy, but my wife is terrified of flying. In any case we drove almost 24 hours straight. Somewhere in Florida it seemed like the transmission on our Ford Excursion was acting up. When we got to Miami it you could smell something wasn't right. I was in a panic, Ready to leave on a cruise, car broke down, needing it to go home, and no way to get it all straightened out before we boarded later that day. I asked the concierge at the hotel for recommendations. Thank God he recommended Wiwi's. I drove the vehicle over, Wiwi test drove the vehicle and said they would need to get into it to see what the problem was. They even gave me a ride back to the hotel where I had to immediately get my family to the boat for boarding. Before we left port he called and said they had found the problem but it wasn't a transmission issue (hung up brake caliper) so they couldn't take care of it. But assured me they would get someone to do it. While we enjoyed our cruise Wiwi sent my vehicle to another shop and made sure it was fixed right. When we got back, our vehicle was done and only charged a reasonable fee for their service. We were truly over a barrel. If Wiwi's shop were any less than honest, they could have put in a transmission we did not need and we would have had no way of knowing. Not only that, they could have easily overcharged and we would have been at their mercy to pay whatever we had to to get back home. I was really disappointed. I came to their shop and asked how much to replaced transmission on 2011 Cruze. Was told $1500 if 4 cylinders but $2600 if 6 cylinders. However when I had my 4 cylinder car towed there the price went up to $2600.. They are quite busy so it doesn't look like they needed my business. Absolutely horrible . The person assigned to my car called out for 3 days and my car stayed at a complete stand still. I had to personally call Geico and speak to a supervisor to get them to start working on the car. The car was suppose to be ready in 5 days but in turned into 9. Days went by as I paid for a rental unnecessarily . Owner was rude and disrespectful. Owner said if I don't like the way they operate I can come pick up the car as is knowing I had already wasted a week and would have to pay for a tow truck and miss work .Car came back scratched. I restored a 1965 Ford Mustang & decided to swap out the Factory C-4 Automatic 3 Speed for a more modern Ford AOD Transmision. I had it installed at another shop in Broward, but noticed that it shift up into 3rd too quickly. I took the car to Wiwi, met the owner - such a great guy - he took one look at the TV Cable Setup, warned me that the Transmission could be "burnt", saw what needed to be adjusted, made the adjustments, took the car for a road test and it shifted like a dream! Wiwi was all smiles! Told me everything was solid with the AOD, shook my hand and wished me a good day! I offered to pay & he refused - people just do business that way anymore! By far the best place to go for help with your transmission!!! Honest and reliable. My 2006 Ford Explorer was slipping out of gear regularly and had turned off on me twice while driving. After being told at a high end shop that it was probably the transmission pump and it would run about $1700 to $1900, I decided to take it somewhere else. I advised this high end shop that it may be the tranny fluid and to please check this first; however, was told that the fluid level was fine. I was referred to WiWi's by a nearby shop and when I arrived I was greeted by WiWi himself! He took me for a spin and immediately mentioned that it was probably the fluid level. He pulled the car around back while we chatted, asked his employee to top of the transmission fluid. What came next shocked me! His co- worker states "I don't know how this car was running, it just took 5 quarts of transmission fluid". I was shocked!!! The best part about it was that when I asked WiWi what I owed him, he said nothing just buy me an expresso and we call it even. Unbelievable!!! I didn't know honest people like this still existed in the auto business! WiWi's shop will always be recommended by me moving forward. P.S. I am at a bakery buying pastelitos and expresso for my new friends. :) read more

By far the worse place i have ever been too. I brought my car in because it was jumping and not shifting gears properly. They did an estimate and advised me that i would need a rebuilt transmission costing me $1,500.00. I was very unhappy with this result so i went to Alonso's Transmission for a second opinion to make sure and it turns out all i needed was more transmission fluid as it was very low. They added transmission fluid and i was on my way my car is back to its normal state.I can not believe they tried to rob me. Please do not go here they will take advantage of you. just my advice. never again. read more

My car was just a sensor that fell out for the transmission and they replaced it at a great price. He charged me for the sensor and no labor. They seem honest. I would go to them again. read more
