I felt it was important I updated my review as a lot has happened to the deck in the 3 years since…read morethey put it in. Though the deck looked good initially in just 3 years it is rotting away and we just now realized to what extent. It got in such a bad state we decided to have someone redo the whole deck. When they took off the top boards the frame itself had half rotted away (including the whole frame for the steps) and we realized it could have caved under us at any time. In the attached picture you will see the current state of the frame. Half of it has rotted away. We initially used them because they were the best price and they did work fast and were flexible to our requests. However, the tradeoff seems to be they used poor material. It was either not pressure treated or leftover material they got from a building being constructed that isn't meant to be used for a deck. I can't confirm but regardless proper material shouldn't rot like this in just 3 years. I write this to warn you to make sure they are not skimping on the materials as this can become a safety hazard.

Of course not, I punctured a pipe that was below a number of other PVC pipes. I contacted Darrell via Yelp and he responded quickly and set a date to come out to estimate the job. I was surprised that he responded so quickly as this is a small job and these guys are totally overbooked. He provided a very reasonable estimate and I also had him provide an estimate for crushed stone walkways on each side of my house as there are sections that will not grow grass. Another very reasonable estimate. His crew showed up on time and exceeded my expectations with their work. Great guys and more importantly true professionals. He made some great…read morerecommendations during the consultation such as doing a limestone wall around the pump equipment so that it matched the house rather than doing a wooden fence and adding tropical plants behind the pool. His quote was very precise on exactly what was going to be purchased, the price, and the labor cost involved down to each plant, which is something the competing quotes were lacking. His team added a walkway going around from our driveway to the pool; excavated a rock wall to reduce the grade so we could get our golf cart around what was a narrow corner; trimmed up trees over and around the pool; added much needed drainage to reduce runoff; built the wall around the pump equipment, added the Zeon Zyosia grass, and did all the landscaping around the pool area. We are extremely happy with the end product and will use them again when our guest/pool house is completed to do the landscaping around it.
