The price was very reasonable. 2 days later Kevin came by to do the work. It was fast, and efficient and there was not a big mess of debris as they were careful to keep it all contained. On top of that, they cleaned both our small chandeliers on our front porch and entryway and even changed out a burnt out bulb for us! The gentlemen were so kind, courteous and polite. To his credit it was late afternoon when he washed them, but the next morning in the sunlight, you could see the film and residue on the windows. See my photos. I texted him with photos to let him know, and he said he would come back. He didn't show yesterday or communicate with me to let me know he needed to reschedule. He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.

Ella and Shante assured me they would send a crew that would do the job for $700 (no carpet or outside windows) before the Realtor's Open House. Instead, 2 nice people, Frank and Sonya, showed up at 11AM. They seemed to work hard but it was an impossible assignment. Then the texts and calls started: the house had too many windows ($15 for cleaning each one, inside only, see picture below), 2 ovens, and the garage is too big. This goes with big houses. When I stopped, the cost was over $1100. The house was not clean, and my wife and I worked at it the next day.
