If every professional worked the way Wm Wall Painting does, this would be a VERY pleasant world in which to live! You won't find a more professional, responsive, thorough, fair-priced and friendly painting contractor. I contacted Wm Wall Painting through Yelp, as one of the 5-star rated painters in the area. I also got competing quotes from others on Yelp, as well as outside of Yelp. William contacted me within minutes of my initial posting. While the other contractors were reasonably quick contacting, they were either very high-priced or vague in their quotes. William took the time to come over, scope out the project, make excellent recommendations, and then give a very fair price. And it wasn't a 3 minute visit either (like one of the other contractors). He took his time. And I got a thorough written quote. Everything about the project went smoothly. It was an interior paint job in a cavernous living-dining-kitchen space (vaulted ceilings up to 20 feet), plus hallways and doors. He always answered questions in the weeks before the start date. He always arrived on-time. His crew consisted of himself, his son, and a long-time associate. He expertly did all the necessary prep, including disassembly or disconnection of items on the walls, plus fully covering the floors and all surfaces during the work. The job that he did was absolutely splendid, with excellent coverage (two coats) and attention to detail with regard to baseboards, corners and paint lines. He was always available to fully answer questions and to address special attention items, from patch work to the reinstallation of certain wall items. And he and his crew were always polite, pleasant and considerate. At the very end, there were no surprises, and the job was completed perfectly. AND ahead of schedule! We met a tremendous professional whom we would have no problem recommending on any project, and frankly, I feel we've added a friend to our life. I wanted to share that William Wall Painting was an Excellent Experience!!! Why - William was on time to our bid walk and everyday thereafter when the painting was being performed. We have an older mid-century home that needed some small corrections with wood fascia, cover plates missing, holes / patching and William came up with suggestions to correct and I accepted all of his ideas and said to please include in his price. His attention to detail was what I was looking for. I asked him to paint our Garage Door Trim, Masonry Wall, Chimney, Metal Handrail, Wood Fence, Front Door and of course our Home. We asked William to use Dunn Edwards Evershield on the wood siding of the house and everywhere else to use Aristoshield for high quality and durability. The key to a great paint job is the prep work and William and Will were excellent in taping off our windows before engaging all said surfaces to fix, sand before the first coat of paint was sprayed and or rolled. I cant recommend this guy enough. We needed our back deck repainted and our last painter disappeared. I called and got estimated from 5 different painters and right from the get go he was the most upfront, honest and knowledgeable guy. He walked me through what the process would be, gave great recommendations on colors/ types of paint all this AND HIS QUOTE WAS STILL THE LOWEST!!! Once the day came to get to work he was very punctual (even showed up early one day) and kept me in the loop for the whole process (took about 3 days). On the last day we asked about repainting our back french doors and despite him being booked out for awhile said was able to do that in the same day!!! He made cost saving suggestions as we as we walked through the house knowing we were on a budget. Bill is my hero. He truly did the impossible - I had a major RUSH job, and he got his crew over and painted my entire kitchen and two linen closets in two days. TWO DAYS. And they are beautiful. Bill did the whole first day himself, and his work is flawless. His crew joined him the next day and got it done - not as perfectly as Bill, but that probably is not possible.
