I am not sure why it took so long for me to post this review. Well, Long Story Short, Mike knows the Any Porsches, Audis, certainly Knows Nissan GT-R. How do I know that, because, I take my 997 Turbo and My 2009 GT-R to him for repairs and services. Everytime I go there, there are at least two or 3 GT-Rs that is being repaired or there for the service related issue. Also, many Audis. Mike knows it all. When you tell him the year and model of the vehicle, he will list the items that is already bad on your car. Also, he can tell you what will go bad next. Mike is just amazing!! I don't know how else I can praise him. He will not get your car back quickly, because he runs the show and he wants to make sure everything is all good to go. Means, do not rush him, because he does not like to send off the car, until he drives enough to verify the repairs. Mike and Wicked Motorsports is a get what you see business. I just always happen to see GTRs, GT3s, and a host of show cars when I go to Wicked. I've owned a 2000 Audi s4 Mike built in 2006 to a Stage III ko4 kitted car since 2007. Mike has made a name for himself building performance vehicles. He recently built a 2001 S4 for my father with RS6 turbos. The car dyno's at 443 bhp. Stock:250hp, Wicked:550hp. If none of this review is making any sense to you, maybe Wicked is not the place for you, you won't find a bunch of frills in their service and they are always busy. But they are one of the best priced, most knowledgeable tuners on the west coast. I see cars people ship from all over the country at the shop. He made me a reliable everyday driver that's faster than a brand new M5, oh and it's 11 years old and has 140k on the block. What more could you ask for? read more

Shout out to Wicked Motorsports for helping me out with a quick fix. Had a blown vacuum hose that was causing my car to wig out and run terribly. I was on my way home from work and just happened to drive past WMS. I pull in there, showed them those hose, they replaced it and cleared the codes within 5 minutes! Bam.. done! They were super busy too. One look around the parking lot, and you'll see a bunch of awesome cars coming from all over (Florida, Nevada, etc.). Stay away from these guys. I had an $8K+ turbo replacement job done by these guys on my Audi A6. When it came time for smog check, the smog check failed. When I called these guys, they didn't even return my call. Terrible business sense. Once they have your money, they don't care! Find a place who cares for their customers. read more

I met mike through my cousin who takes all his cars to him. He is the most honest guy I have met. He spent 1 hour of his time with me to go over the car. WMS is the best place in the greater California area, In my opinion for work/upgrades/tuning related to VW/Audi. Mike has always taken great care of me as a customer and the work that his shop provides is second to none! I have been to Mike on a few occasions over the past few years for work relating to my B5 Audi S4. In addition to helping me out a few major binds in the past, he did a motor pull and turbo upgrade for me about 25,000 miles ago and the car has literally been flawless since. Long overdue review of WMS. Have been servicing my Audi A8 for many years with Mike and his team. Always satisfied. Brought him all the family cars and big or small jobs always done well and reasonably priced. But most recently Mike went WAY ABOVE the call, when I was stuck on something in my own garage, I called him and he offered to stop by on his way home, 5 min later problem solved. I would never expect him to do this all the time as I was fortunate to catch him at the right time, but for him to do this was 1st class. Unbelievable shop and service. I had gone in to see what the shop was about because they were down the street from my diesel mechanic and my wife has a B7 S4. Got good vibes, so I figured the next time she needed a service we would try them. It turned out to be quicker than we expected. About 2 weeks later her car started running rough, and it threw a code causing the Check Engine light to go on. I called Mike and he said to bring the car over and he would fix it, probably while we waited since he suspected the #8 coil had gone bad. We brought the car over and he had one of his guys do a thorough inspection of the vehicle. The problem was the coil he suspected. They also found a leaking valve cover gasket (we had been smelling oil), and wanted to make sure we had replaced the serpentine belt. When I went to pay Mike for the coil said he would catch me on the next service. A week later the car went in for the valve cover gasket replacement and a major service (since the burning oil smell was getting worse). They did a great job, and the cost was about 1/3 what the dealer would have charged. The car has been back to WMS several times since the first time for routine maintenance, and most recently for a hi-perf chip. Every time the car has gone in the work was performed flawlessly, and on work that we knew would take more than one day we have been kept informed about the progress. All I can say is if you have an Audi (or a Nissan GTR which is another specialty of theirs) go to WMS and see Mike - it will be worth your drive! read more

What can I say about Wicked Motorsports besides they are freaking AMAZING!!! They have been taking care of my 2001.5 B5 Audi S4 for many years now. They are meticulous about making sure your car is running top notch when it leaves their shop. They are friendly, affordable (as affordable as owning a german car can be) very helpful and Mike has insane amounts of Audi knowledge which is great! I've been going to Wicked Motorsports for a couple years now and I'm so happy I found this place. At the time I was living in Sherman Oaks and needed to find a shop the works on Audi's. Lord knows I wasn't trying to visit the dealer for obvious reasons. So through extensive searching in the Valley and L.A. I found Wicked. Took my ride there for service and the service was much better then I expected. Mike is patient, explains what your car needs in a way you can understand and the prices are always reasonable comparable to others. The service is normally quick, especially when you book an appointment. Think of Wicked Motorsports as a Doctor's office for your car. If you become a regular client, they will take care of you and know the history of your car and what it will need in the future. Which in turn there are no surprises later and the car keeps running great. My Audi still runs great till this day and so does my Volkswagen. As a matter of fact, I'm dropping my Touareg there today,lol. So, I definitely have much respect for this guys as they have had for me. I'd unfortunately had some recent bad experiences and thrown a chunk of money down the drain at another shop that really screwed me over. I want to give these guys six stars but five is all that are possible. My relationship with Mike and Wicked Motor Sports began with a call for an estimate on replacing two stock K03 turbos in my 2001 S4 with 160K miles on it. My regular garage of 7 years in the Bay Area gave me a quote for replacing one of the turbos that blew my mind. Not only was it expensive, but you should never quit with one replacement of the pair since you've already invested the labor hours in the project. Their price for replacing two would have been in the low 5 figures. Mike helped me to assess my options in a very clear, methodological manner with pro's and con's to each option. In the end, he had my car transported from San Francisco down to Van Nuys, replaced both turbos, performed some other repairs around the vehicle and had my car ready for me when he said he would all for more than $4K less than my first estimate. I recently made the drive down to LA to drop my car off with Mike for several small repairs that probably could have been performed in the Bay Area for an equivalent cost. I decided to make the 5.5 hour drive as I was confident that WMS would handle all the items with great detail and thoroughness. The added cost of gas and driving time were instead alloted to the cost of visiting friends for two days and not to that of a car repair. If you are serious about your car's performance and longevity, I highly recommend WMS for your mechanical and performance needs. read more

Where do I start? Mike has been maintaining and modifying my Audi S4 for almost 4 years now. He has taken care of my friends and their cars which is what led me to him in the first place. I actually live in San Diego and have such a hard time getting quality work done down here I make the 2 hour drive to have Mike @ WMS treat my car like a prince. He always beats the other shops quotes, and makes it worth my while. He's intelligent and saves labor and time with all his experience and tricks which translates to saving your $$ as well. If that's not good enough, his attention to detail and quality of work always leaves me with a good feeling. Not to mention he is a fun dude to hang out with and makes hours pass by like they are nothing. I have taken my car up there early in the morning a few times now, and he's gotten me out by afternoon and never have had an issue that i've had to come back for.
