I have to say this, even at the risk of making them so busy it might mean they're not going to have time for me and my car sometime down the road. Just kidding. I took my 2000 E-320 to Valencia Mercedes for a bid on some work and they came back with a litany of extra issues that amounted to $7400 dollars. I was a day away from selling the car for pennies when my son-in-law suggested I come to see Eddie. Eddie fixed the main problem AND the extra issues from Valencia MBZ for $1350. I have been there half dozen times and twice no charge at all-my key fob battery was dead-gave me one no charge unlike MBZ dealer and the garage I previously used. Okay so I recently bought a used 2018 C300 around late December 2021. A couple nights ago, I left my headlights on overnight and every time I tried driving the vehicle, this error code would pop up. I contacted a bunch of mechanics and even the MBZ dealership but they wanted me to come in later next week, leave it overnight and one of the MBZ dealers even tried to get me to replace the battery and alternator all together before even looking at it lol. Anyways, thank God I was able to find this shop last minute as I needed to fix this problem immediately. I kid you not, I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. When my car stalled at a neighborhood hospital, I called AAA Plus who suggested Tarzana MBZ was nearby -- however, they were closed for the July 4th weekend. My bf found a MBZ dealership that was nearby to have my car towed to ... but once I got there, I found out that they were "way" overcharging me to replace an ignition switch; I complained about it to the head service guy; finally I asked the service rep to cancel the parts order and requested for my car to be towed to another location which took another 2 days to finalize. I called Tarzana MBZ to explain my emergency and they cleared me to have my car towed to their location. What a blessing!... This trustworthy auto repair shop got the parts in for my car the very next day and we were able to pick up my car within two daysI The service was great!! These guys even had my car cleaned by their car detail technician that included wheels and tires... WOW! The money that I saved from this repair shop, I can now afford a much needed new set of tires. Took my Mercedes G500 because my transmission was not shifting right, Called in the morning Eddie was able to take me in right away and check the car.
