Doesn't look like much from the outside but definitely has some pretty good wings and fried okra. It's pretty quick if youre in a hurry during lunch. Now to the downside of why I'm giving this place 2 stars. A couple of buddies and I were there dining in to eat some wings. One of the ladies(who's on the heavier side) who works there was rude to us about moving some chairs around. When we were done eating we were trying to put the chairs up back where they were originally were at. I am leaving my review after ordering from here via delivery twice and in person a few times. Let me start by saying yes, the Uber/doordash tends to mess up orders from this place. However if you were to eat from here most of there items are really really good. The customer service can be off-putting depending on who is at the register but I can only take one star off for that given it's not ever cashier. The poboy, wings, spicy cheese steak, and fried rice are excellent. If you are going to order wings be sure to drive there yourself because if you do Uber eats or door dash you can only blame yourself for soggy wings. *Pros -Food is great, and the prices are as well *Cons - one or two employees may exhibit bad customer service but it's not a constant thing A tip I would say is to go there yourself. We are new to Columbus. This little joint was quickly becoming a family favorite because the grass fed burgers were of decent quality and tasty. We usually get the burgers. However, today we decided to order the catfish and fried rice. We should have known something was horribly off about our order. We received it via the drive thru. It reeked of the smell of a public restroom that hasn't been cleaned in days...... unfresh and quite fishy..... not in a good way. The kind of restroom visit that makes you talk yourself into holding it by any means necessary...for however long required. The funk of the fish permeated my home and car. My four year old repeatedly inquired why the food smelled like trash. Her litany of questions were accompanied by random outbursts of my husband declaring that we were just going to throw the fish away because the food smelled like food poisoning in the making. Upon arriving home, we realized we had been given whiting, not catfish. I called informed them of the incorrect order and was told to return the food. We took the fish back. I kept the rice, because my toddler was hungry. I asked for a large rice in place of the fish. I was told I was going to get a small rice due to balancing out the price. No, sorry for giving the wrong fish. No, sorry for giving you bad fish that smelled liked "no ma'am and nuh-uh!". No, we apologize for the inconvenience of having to get back in your car and return food that never should have been in your bag on the principal of it being unfresh and simply not what was ordered.....just a, "We are going to give you a small rice because that is close to what two funky and foul pieces of fish total. To be fair.The burger we have had in the past were good. The fries were always plentiful and hot. The tea served was perfectly sugared to induce a diabetic coma. The fried rice is decent. We were in town for a wedding and staying at a hotel nearby. We just wanted to get something simple for lunch before the evening wedding. This was close to our hotel. At first we almost went somewhere else because it was Saturday around lunch and the parking lot was pretty empty. My son really wanted a burger so we decided to give it a try. It's a small place and most people seem to get their food to go but we ate there. They have a pretty decent sized menu and it's on TV screens on the wall. It doesn't show all of their menu though (we didn't know until after we ordered, which is fine but if you are going I want you to know all the options) The counter staff was friendly. My son and husband got a burger and I got a chicken gyro. We all got a side of fries. Everything was cooked to order and fresh (and priced very reasonable.). The portions are also generous. After we were done, between the three of us we had a while to-go box full of fries. This place isn't fancy by any means but if you just want a burger or a quick meal I would go here over one of the fast food chains because you will be spending about the same amount of money but getting much better quality food. Service sucks. Employees on duty just look at customers who are waiting at the window to order since the drive through speaker is not working. I had to wait for them to finally come to the window to take my order. Ordered meal and found out they had given me something else instead. I live too far away to come back and make corrections. First time visit. It was very clean inside, nice sitting area and two televisions. Menu has everything under the sun on it, reasonable prices. We all got wings and I got a burger. Portions were good and everything was nice and hot. Burger was juicy and tasty. Took it to go and had several people stop us to find out where we got our wings because they smelled so good.
