They need to clean this place up, a mop and broom would not hurt!! . The floors were NASTY, even though the food was good (had I saw that first I wouldn't have ordered tbh). They clearly don't care about the customer experience because the people that take the orders couldn't care less. I ordered all flats and got home to a mixture of flats and drums and I paid extra for my specifications so I was not pleased. This cashier last week had someone go off on her for being rude. This time i guess it was my turn for her to be rude. My food was incorrect and she decided to get an attitude with me about it. I asked for the managers name or contact and I was told that she didn't have to get me any information or ways to express my grievances. She initially asked the cooks to redo my food, but instantly got frustrated with me and told them to stop correcting the mistake. I literally stood in a business that I patronize on the regular (at least twice a week) and watched a woman get physically aggressive with me behind the counter. Needless to say this would be my last visit to this WNB wings and I will be making a review on every platform available. Hospitality is a must and it should be taught and trained to all staff. This isn't her business. So she doesn't care how customers are treated. Maybe the owner will care a little more. read more

I call in to order and the rude lady on the line keeps cutting me off tell me what they don't and can't do, almost as if her entire job is to deflect you from ordering at all, god forbid she actually have to work, smh. read more

Restaurant is poorly managed and own. When you walk into 8th restaurant the two female cashiers are playing and flirting with two rough looking young men and one is talking and one is texting Lon her phone. We waited a few minutes to see if the we selling food or just going to continue their flirting. We'll flirting and cell phones won out. After a few minutes my family left. That was our 1st and last experience there. Hire adults, you may get people serious about the job that they are hired to do. read more

I've seen this place through out my travels drove by a few times and just decided try it. Nice setting, clean and modern. But the food was less then basic, maybe my expectations where to high. This was my first time visiting this spot after randomly seeing it one random day so I finally decided to try it one day for lunch. Store was nice and clean with a real upbeat vibe. The way this place is set up is really nice. I'm really a fan of how the walls are painted. Prices here aren't bad at all compared to the other wing joints in the area. I ordered the fried rice combo. It was a nice surprise to find out this combo also came with fries to go along with the wings and drink. A lot more bang for my buck. Wings were a great size. Flavors were on point. I understand why we're seeing more and more of this franchise popping up all over the place. read more

This restaurant has really gone down hill. The Asian cook doesn't know how to cook. The food is overly salty, overcooked and old as in the crispy gyro meat. The staff is unprofessional and indifferent. Go somewhere else and save your time and money. It was really a good place to eat when they first open with the original staff. THIS IS MOST WORST WNB WING FACTORY EVER ! The little girl at the cashier who is suppose to be the "manager" is very rude and so is the other little fat girl who is working at the front . I ordered a 6 piece wing combo got charged for a 10 piece i went back to correct it the "manager" was very nasty and rude she changed it then when i came in to get my food it was only the wings so i said I wanted the combo for one the little girl who is considered the "manager" tried to tell me to calm down as i was being very respectful & also when i asked her for her name she told me she didn't have to give me her name , i called back and the fat girl answered i asked her nicely as well for a store manager or owners contact info she told me the owner doesn't come in and that's she wasn't giving it to me ending the call i asked her for her name she said she didn't have one and i asked for the managers name and she said she didn't know it trying to be smart BE WARE do not go to this wnb wing factory very disappointed and the people who work at the front is VERY disrespectful! read more
