First off the BBQ SPARE ribs are deep fried for reheating opposed to how they should be done under the salamander. But what really pulled on my last nerve was I ordered the happy family which I've had many times before here a great dish. Lobster, shrimp, chicken, beef and pork with Chinese vegetables. $19 and change with tax ( that's not my complaint I get this economy). Ok no lobster they use Langston lobster which is crawfish not lobster and imitation crab meat which has never been in this dish. Called after about 10 minutes said dive back for refund( explained it's a 30 minute round trip in this rural area asked him to look up my number that's on file to verify that I've been a good loyal customer. They were nice and enough and gave me many fortune cookies which made me happy but there was still a hesitation on my part. Was it my devotion to Asian Taste or a bad vibe real or in my mind?. I headed back to my place and enjoyed the egg Fu yung. It was fine. The sauce was dreadful. That is usually one of my favorite parts but I spilled this one out. It was not very tasty to me.
