I really wanted to like Wok & Roll in Biddeford, but this visit was a big disappointment. The pork fried rice was basically mushy brown rice with chunks of roasted pork -- no egg, no vegetables, nothing that makes fried rice... fried rice. The chicken lo mein came with just a few dry pieces of chicken tossed on top, and I had to dig through the noodles to find the rest. The Mongolian beef was even more off -- it was swimming in brown sauce like a soup. Instead of the usual beef and green onions, it was packed with green bell peppers, mushrooms, white onions, and baby corn, which completely changed the dish. To top it off, the container lid for the Mongolian beef wasn't sealed properly and leaked sauce all over the rest of the food. Unfortunately, this experience missed the mark on flavor, preparation, and packaging. I won't be going back. read more

Ordered online at 4:30 on NYE. The terrible QMenu app indicated delivery would be at 5:10. 6:00 no food. I call the restaurant who said "it's being cooked now and to you in 30-45 minutes". 7:15 - no food. I call "your order is being cooked now and to you in 25-30 minutes" I then drove there instead with a houseful of very hungry people. The restaurant was loaded with long-waiting customers. I make my way over to the table where the to-be delivered orders are sitting to look for my ticket number to avert a delivery driver grabbing it. Three tickets before mine and two after mine are sitting there. I ask for my ticket number - it's still waiting to be filled and the ticket is pointed out to me. Meanwhile I'm watching them fill other in-house orders for another 10 minutes. Finally I said "I want my money back." It's now been over three hours since I ordered it. The person filling the orders grabs my ticket and hands it to what appeared to be a cook and states "she doesn't want her food now even though it's ready." I said "well if it's ready I'll take it!" She then proceeded to fill it. Meanwhile I paid for a delivery fee of $3.00 and a tip fee of $12.80 I'm trying to recoup. The whole experience was abhorrent. read more

Christmas Day I called and was told they were busy and to order online. I place my order at 645. 845 I call and was told that it's en route for delivery. I thank them. 9:30 the restaurant calls and and first tells me that I didn't call and that something happened and they just found my order. Did I still Want it. As they are closed but were willing to cook but it would be a couple hours before I got it. I asked for a refund was told I would get the money back right away. 2 days later I call again and was told they are to busy to even listen to me and that someone would contact me in a few days. So now I'm out $56. My guests for Christmas weren't feed and what really upsets me is that not one person has bothered to apologize for their mistake. Worst Customer Service Ever. Spend money someplace else. Horrible People. read more

Hi Peter may I call you Pete?! (at 78 rpm) The usual counter guy is a real trip to have to deal with. He's always in a HUGE hurry and god forbid you don't state your order EXACTLY the way he demands. He's rude and impersonal. That being said the food is good and an excellent value, and the other counter folks are just fine to deal with. I'd come here more if I knew when Speedy wasn't there as he's a PITA and needs lessons in how to be polite. read more

We get takeout at least 1-2x a month here. It's not cheap but it's very good, so that makes a difference. Tastes fresh, feels like it was prepared to order. What's rough for us is the guy that works the register is just miserable. He is abrupt, rude and dismissive. He is generally unpleasant, and is SUPER rude on the phone. I usually tip at standard 20% but not anymore. Last night was the last night I'm going to tip. He's probably in his 40s or so, a beard and a ballcap. Just wrecks the entire vibe. When they first opened, I stopped going after a while because there was a woman who worked the front who was also ridiculously rude (I will never forget the night she yelled at a lobby full of customers waiting, "I don't suppose anyone thought of eating something OTHER than CHINESE tonight??!!!") I quit coming for a few years. I came back because the food is THAT good. But seriously - why have employees who make the customers feel like we are an annoying imposition??? read more

The food was excellent and was quickly delivered to our table. However the dine in was dirty... sticky table, dirty floors and windows. I wouldn't dine in again, but would order takeout. We got the pu pu platter and the C5 dinner meal, both meals came with lots of food. read more

Be careful using a credit card on the phone. Luckily I used cash on my last order. When I called, it was a very distant sounding voice. After I placed my order, the receipt showed up on my phone. Come to find out they send their order phone to a Chinese call center in China. I would never give them my credit card or debit. read more

TRIED TO SUPPORT MY FAVORITE LOCAL BUSINESS. TREATED WITH DISRESPECT AND REFUSED FUTURE SERVICE. This used to be my favorite place to order Chinese food. I always ordered delivery and never had any issues. The food is excellent. However, last time I ordered my food never came. I waited in the lobby of my apartment for over two hours, watching my phone and the door for any sign of delivery. When I called Wok n Roll to resolve this issue, I was met with an extremely rude woman on the phone. She claimed that they called numerous times, and that I did not answer. However I have 0 missed calls in my call log, and have had no problem receiving their calls previously. I asked the woman to clarify which number she called. She refused, and told me all service would be denied to me in the future. I was very confused and upset, as I did not do anything wrong. I am now on the Do not Deliver list because they called the wrong number. Will not be bringing my business back here, and I suggest that others do not if they wish to be treated with any morsel of dignity or respect. read more

Just moved into town and I think I found my favorite Chinese cuisine spot for delivery! The food is great, and that a given, but let's talk about portions!! I'm a big dude and their food has lasted me for more than one day! Now keep in mind if you are getting delivery their phone line is hard to get through because they are so busy but keep on calling. There is a consistency , in the customer service, warm voice over the phone, continuous hot and delicious dishes, and the large portions for great prices. read more

After receiving my meal, I noticed that several items that I ordered were very undercooked and falling apart. I could taste the batter in the general Tso's chicken, and the crab Rangoon, Was basically falling apart. I got through maybe a quarter of my meal and then called the restaurant. When I complained about the food the woman at the front challenged and said that everything was fine and not to worry about it. She then stated if you're unhappy " find a new Chinese restaurant". I would seriously suggest checking your meal before you consume it to make sure that it's adequately cooked. Nothing like a good case of sickness from this place. read more

Not bad. I have been a customer for years and the quality is not consistently great but its never bad. Delivery is slow - 1 to 2 hours during peak times. Prices on my menu pics may or may not be current. Better than Happy Dragon but not as good as China Eatery (which is THE best but they don't deliver.) I can't even with how delicious their chicken wings, veggie lo mein, and fried shrimp are.....wings are huge, tender, and juicy. Best ever. The veggie lo mein has always been excellent with lots of veggies unlike some Asian restaurants serve. The fried shrimp same as the wings. The customer service was also wonderful when I went to pick up my food after ordering online. Great prices, too. What a place! Can't wait to go back. read more

I haven't been here in such a long time. Had a day off finally and wanted to come here for lunch. I was in the neighborhood and their food is always good. Today I visited and the quality and freshness of food is next to none. I ordered the moo goo gai pan and it was absolutely delicious! Tons of veggies and 5-6 broccoli florets and they were sautéed perfectly ! It was not mushy or over cooked like other places. It had a crunch and it was heaven . Broccoli is my favorite veggie. The chicken pieces were thick, moist huge morsels. It is not those cheap thin dry slices of chicken that I have encountered. I really have to come here more often. My vegetable soup had tons of different veggies and broth was so good. I had this for lunch and I'm drooling writing this at 10 pm. You need to go. You will not regret this place. I will not. Something truly amazing has transpired. I ordered takeout during COVID19 and they made deliciousness rain down all over my tastebuds. Monsoon style, in sheets of spicy, sweet, and salty savory goodness. Perfect cuts of chicken that were excellently fried and covered in the sauce of the great General. Fried rice was fresh and not overly salty and the pork was not robbery like some places. My crab Rangoons were on point, stiletto style. This food was amazing. Very efficient service, they're open later than most places in the area & their portions are fair if not generous! Scallion pancakes are highly recommended.
