We had never been to Asian Taste before and we love Chinese food. So why not try a new restaurant. When we arrived we were greeted and told to sit anywhere. We sat at a booth and our server was at our table within minutes. She gave us menu's and ask us what we wanted to drink. There are many choices to choose from on the menu. We placed our order not knowing what the serving size would be, so we ordered extra egg rolls and crab ragoons. We did notices our server was the only server. She was like a super hero server, taking care of customers at the bar, taking food orders, delivering food to tables, checking on customers to make sure everything was good. PHEW! The portions were big. The food was hot. But, because we love Chinese food we did notice the egg rolls and spring rolls were mostly cabbage. Not much flavor. The crab ragoons were hot but all you could taste was cream cheese... no crab in the ragoons! The chicken fingers were hot and delicious. The fried rice was full of pork and the flavor was so good. We did take home a lot of food! We were full and we'll have another meal from our leftovers. We might be back again. read more

The restaurant is clean from what I can see because I get mine to go and my order has always been right I have never had a problem there and I would suggest trying it out if you're in the area read more

The last two take out orders have been pathetic. Last time, only my portion was wrong. I wouldn't have tried it again, but we were desperate for something different. This time my 'beef curry' was ground beef in a bland, brown sauce, inexplicably, with shrimp thrown in. Other half's shrimp in lobster sauce was a random chicken dish. Mine will be thrown out- it really doesn't taste good. We've had okay meals eating there - I can only guess that they pack random meals into the takeout bags to get rid of overages in the evening. read more

I live fairly far from Asian Taste but I and a lot of my friends eat there at least once a week. Besides the Kowloon in Saugus, this is the BEST! So much food for the $ and so much quality to go along with eat. Not the greatest atmosphere but we go for the food. Love how they do their two price structure on their combo plates, Lunch at 12 and dinner at 14. I can make at least 2 meals out of lunch and 3 out of dinner. Food is fresh and hot. This may sound petty buy their duck sauce and hot mustard is the REAL thing. Surprised at the couple of negative reviews but everyone has different tastes when it come to Chinese. read more

Our server this evening was amazing! I asked for Chardonnay, they don't carry wine. I asked for a seltzer & lime; forgetting how bad the town water is, so that was not good. Asked for a non-caffeinated diet soda, only Pepsi. Bottled water?? Nope, only tap water. We ordered our meals & then the server came back to our table with a bottle of water (unopened) that she had in her bag!! Now that's service. Tried this restaurant on a whim and placed a take out order by website on our phone. Very easy to maneuver the site for choices and ordering. The sweet aromas encouraged our appetite during the 10 minute ride home. But, oh, the the grand unveiling and first tastes were so disappointing. Everything covered in a brown gelatinous sauce. Suggestion: Order one trial item and judge for yourself before spending $$$ read more

3 stars because the food is good. Losing 2 stars because the place is an operational disaster. Not enough seats but tables taken up with trash, no bartender, not enough waitresses to help, "manager" who answers the phone doing shots at the bar. Looks like the first 10 minutes of bar rescue. I don't know why this place is so popular. I ordered a chicken and broccoli dinner and the chicken was so gelatinous and rubbery, I couldn't eat it at all. Yes, they give big portions, but both times I've been since the reopening have been very disappointing. Undercooked food, bland tastes, and questionable meat. Not good- crab Rangoons have No crab..... all cream cheese.... Pad Thai had a sweet brown sauce.... waitress was great but running the whole restaurant, bar and take- out. One and done!!!! read more

My review is pretty much exclusive to takeout. I've never really spent any time at the place. Takeout is convenient especially their online ordering. Food is good although I think it's a little expensive. Staff is always kind when I go in to pay albeit a short time but always polite just the same. My favorite Chinese restaurant in all of MA, NH, and ME!!! The portions are HUGE, dinosaur sized!! The prices are great. Everything comes out extremely hot and fresh. They are always able to accommodate my allergy and make the rice without onions, which is so appreciated. Whenever my dad comes up to visit from Florida, he always has to come here, he says it's better than anything he's ever had in Florida!! Well worth the drive from wherever you're coming from! Cold uninspired and pathetic. Chicken fingers were not cooked though and the rest of what we ordered looked like it had been sitting around for hours. Soggy and sad. Just walking into the place I had a bad feeling. Looked like they were remodeling inside but I believe it was just dirty and unorganized. Unfortunately there's not a lot to choose from in our area and I've never been impressed with this place as I have ordered from here in the past. But I suppose it's a slippery slope and this place has definitely lost its way. Never again. read more

This place is awesome! Great food, great drinks! David the owner is fantastic. A C5 dinner combo is enough for 2 meals. Impeccably clean in a brand new strip mall. We are seasonal campers and all spring and summer this is usually our Friday night go to, usually 4-5 families from our campground go together, they always accommodate us. read more
