I usually give a restaurant 3 tries before making my decision about them. I actually gave this place approximately 7 tries, considering Covid, food price increases etc...but tried it for my final time the other day when passing through as it is right next to I-95, next to everything and convenient. The food is horrible. I ordered a 3 entree plate with Chow Mein noodles which were SUPER DRY and flavorless. I found one small piece of Cabbage (not exaggerating). The 3 entrees were Honey Walnut Shrimp (they tasted like 2 day old leftovers that had been microwaved). The 2nd entree was Mushroom Chicken (that one was fair, but only had MAYbe 2 mushrooms), the 3rd entree was Orange Chicken-MOSTLY fried batter!!! The pieces that DID actually have Chicken were very small and also tasted like leftovers. Will NOT be going back. read more

Not going to lie. This was my first time. And I was IMPRESSED. As we drove home from Florida, we got hungry and stopped here. It wasn't really that busy at the time (it was like 2pm). We got greeted by friendly smiling faces. I ordered the spicy orange chicken. HOLY COW it was unreal. It was the perfect spice. Perfect flavor. Everything. The place was really really clean. I even checked out the bathrooms. I like how the place was very modern and slick. Everything was great. Although I may never stop at this location again, I am grateful it was there! So being employed at the airport down the street, I decided to go ahead and lunch at Panda. Been to Panda before, it was pretty good. Decent prices, good portion sizes, quiet place to eat, etc. THIS Panda though, yeah, no. I assume they jacked the prices up due to the economy being poo, but this is a bit much. Even for just an entree is way more than I'd be paying at a China One or a Wok and Roll or wherever, and the portion sizes are a joke. Say you get a "bigger" plate. Three entrees and a side. Gonna be $15 out the door. Not a bad deal, you think, until you watch them load the to go styrofoam container with about 80% chow mein or rice or whatever you ordered and then drop a little ice cream scoop of each entree on top. Literally 4 slivers of Beijing beef, 4-5 pieces of orange chicken, and so on. Craziness. Overpriced and underwhelming. I am honestly surprised they stay busy at all (which they usually are not when I drive by.) Bottom line is, spend the money if you want, but get some food that tastes better AND there is more of. Now I understand why my coworkers were all, just go down to Michelle's and get better and more food. Yeah. read more

Overall decent service and food, for a fast casual place. Been to Panda Express before in other cities, so knew what to expect. They have a drive thru and it was busy. Inside it's a large seating area. Tonight rather empty. I like the menu choices, and the fact they have the calories posted for each item. So I ordered the Black Pepper chicken, the String Bean chicken, mixed vegetables and an egg roll. The drink station is self service, which I like, but please have everything available. Tonight I wanted the Lipton peach green tea, but it was out. I mentioned it but it never was filled. The 2 main entrees were good, flavorful, and warm. But the side of mixed vegetables was barely warm, and lacked flavor. The egg roll was ok and hot. Service was average, greeted, etc. Just didn't react to the drink dispenser issue. Will I be back ? I ordered delivery through Uber eats and when the food arrived I was surprised on the amount of food they gave. I ordered 3 entrees and 2 sides and the bag was very light. Every time I go to a Panda Express the portion sizes are quite generous where you don't even finish the food at times. Not this time. The portion sizes were very skimpy here. I've eaten Panda Express many times for so many years and this is the first one that disappoints. I'll never order from here again, I'll still stick to small mom and pop asian food as they are always more generous and not trying to save a buck. read more

Just when I'm falling in love with this food, they go and take my favorite entree from the menu because customer complaint about too spicy. I lived the Black pepper chicken and now it's gone. I've eaten at a Panda Express once before, and I don't remember it being this bad. I'm not expecting anything authentic from them, but so much of the food just didn't even taste good. The "crab" rangoons had no hint of crab or flavor. They're basically cream cheese and chives without even a tasty sauce to dip them in. The chicken egg rolls were slightly better but still lacking in much flavor. We tried various entrees. The only one I might try again (if someone else was paying and I couldn't choose somewhere else to eat) would be the orange chicken. The chow mein and fried rice were the best part of my meal, but I certainly don't plan on going back anytime soon for them. I'll stick with ordering from local Asian places in the future. read more

Ordered black pepper chicken double the meat. Waited for them to cook since they were out of the selection. It was to go. Also 2 spring rolls. They bagged the food I left got down the road. I had some type celery flavored chicken. Only small portion of meat and no spring rolls. Did not take it back. Employees did not look like they really wanted to be there anyways. I love Panda if the food is fresh. The only thing that really disappoints is the Chow Mein noodles. Even when they are fresh, they are very dry and without taste (used to be my fav). I don't eat rice, so there are no sides to go with my meal anymore. I've tried 4 times, and I think it's time to find a new Chinese takeout. read more

Great food, service ok....however, after separate times requesting sauce (other than soy), I think I'll go through my bag prior to leaving! No matter how much I stressed "sweet and sour" etc, never failed, all I received was soy. I know this is menial but after literally 8 times (within 30 days), I figured I would post. Came in at 8:31 pm. They were already cleaning up for a 9:30 pm close. Missing 1/2 the entrees. Not friendly. Ordered my food & was too spicy. Sat down to eat and then the lady came to collect the tea canisters. It's was 40 minute prior to their closing time. The woman began pouring the tea out , even though I was sitting right there drinking tea. I asked her if I could get more. This seemed to perturb her, but reluctantly, she let me. One worker locked the door at 9:10 pm... with 20 minutes left prior to closing. They were cleaning up a storm and making such a ruckus, I just got up and left. The rice was dry and clumped. They did not have soy sauce. The manager said they are only allowed to order very small amounts of soy sauce at a time (mandated by Panda Express Corp) but I have eaten at Panda Express many times and the other ones always have soy sauce. Perhaps the very dry tasteless rice causes higher soy sauce usage? Also only men's bathroom was in service it was nasty and had no toilet paper. I had to ask several employees before obtaining the elusive toilet paper. Panda Express is normally great but this location needs to step it up. read more

I always love coming here until they hire their new crew always have people leaving are completely rude went in to get some food and see what is fresh because some of the food will be sitting there smelling like burnt grease so while walking in with our masks they are telling to cover my nose I can already not breathe with the mask on with my asthma I told them my medical condition and showed them my asthma inhaler still act completely rude ask for the manager they would not get the manger the. Needed something for dinner so stopped here to get some takeout. Had heard from a friend it wasn't any good but my experience was the opposite. Very clean inside and out (looks new). The food portions has dropped and your lucky to get a full spoon, and much of it is dry or tough today they didn't have 1/2 of what I was ordering at the beginning of dinner time. I normally got to Panda Express for their general TSO but today they didn't have any. So I picked the sweetfire chicken with fried rice in a bowl. It was ok, not their greatest . I ordered a side of wontons and they were pretty good. Staff was friendly and welcomed us in as soon as we walked thru the doors. The booth that we sat at was clean with no tips or tears in the seats. Only gave it 4 stars because I was really hoping for general TSO. Definitely perfect for lunch. read more

First, the service is extremely slow. I went through the drive thru and it took 15 minutes. It was 4:00 in the afternoon. I ordered the recommended 5 spice shrimp. It had about 1 cup of rice and 3 shrimp. Flavorless. I also got the beef and broccoli. Again, a ton of rice, burnt broccoli and maybe 3 strips of beef. The spring rolls were cold. That was my 3rd and last time eating there. Two stars is too much. read more
