The food was served cafeteria style. Mostly everyone ordered a meat and two sides. Personally, I ordered the oxtails, macaroni and cheese, the collard greens/cabbage mix and a side a chitterlings. The oxtails were hearty and tender. Then the sides were just as amazing in taste. I didn't know what to expect from the collard greens/cabbage mix but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Other options they had were curry lamb chops, jerk ribs, baked chicken, hamburger steak, lima beans, yams and a whole lot more. We got hungry and decided to go to the food court. Not much was open but I happened to noticed this little joint and thought "hey.. let's try this out!"
