General chicken, chow mein, rangoons (wontons)
    Jessica S.

We ordered the egg drop soup, the lunch special with General's chicken and ham chow mein, lemon chicken, sesame balls, and cream cheese wontons. The egg drop soup was exactly what you'd expect--warm, comforting, and yummy. Both the General's chicken and chow mein were tasty and satisfying. The sesame balls were the standout for me--10/10 recommend! They had a generous amount of red bean paste inside, which was perfect. A quick note for anyone wondering: the cream cheese wontons here include imitation crab. I always wonder if menus mean "just cream cheese" or "crab rangoon," so hopefully this helps someone else who's debating before ordering. The only disappointment was the lemon chicken. I was excited for it, and while the lemon sauce itself was tasty, the fried chicken unfortunately had a strong fishy flavor. I can only assume the fryer is shared, which really threw off the dish for me. Overall though, the food was good, portions generous, and we will definitely be back--just probably skipping the lemon chicken next time.

We are happy to see a new food joint open in Eagle Mountain. My husband and I stopped by about a week ago to check it out. Before sitting, we asked the host if they had gluten free options. Her immediate response was no. It really made us sad because we really wanted to give this place a chance. A few days after that, and after looking through their menu, I found some options that would be naturally gluten free with the obvious possibility of cross contamination. Taking the risk, we decided to stop by again and actually order food. My husband who is not gluten free ordered their garlic chicken and noodles. He is someone who would never really order something like that but he was pleasantly surprised and truly enjoyed his meal. I ordered their rainbow roll which probably wasn't smart of me because of the sauces they drizzle on top. That being said, the roll was lovely. Presentation was beautiful, the fish tasted fresh, the rice was very yummy and didn't taste stale like many sushi places. The restaurant is very clean and decorated so cute. The staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely try this place again

I would not be the surprised if the owner of this place is the same owner as Ramen Hero in EM. The food/menu is very similar! This place has a mix of Chinese and Japanese food options. The portions are generous. All the soup options are huge! Definitely can feed a family of 4 while costing the same as a cup of soup at other typical establishments. The food taste is good/okay. However, I am very happy they opened a place here in Eagle Mountain! All the locals love supporting this place, as they should. The service is good, and the place is new and clean. PERFECT location.

No 1 Asian Cuisine has quickly become a weekly staple for me and my family. It's so nice to have a good dine-in or takeout Chinese option in city center Eagle Mountain. Everything tastes great and the portions are generous, just go! My current favorites are the bbq pork and wonton soup. Food 5/5 Service 4.5/5 Cleanliness 4.5/5 Ambiance 4/5 Value 5/5 Variety 5/5

Excellent food I had sweet-and-sour chicken with chow mein. Let's have combination plate Mongolian style with shrimp, chicken, and beef. We recommend this place. It is delicious and the portion size is pretty big compared to other Asian restaurants.

We love to try all the local spots. I am gluten free so it was nice to see a whole section of dishes with rice noodles. The portions are huge and delicious! This will be a regular for us.

First day open and lines were long. It was very worth the wait. Fried rice by far was our favorite.

We have been told this place is pretty good and we decided to check them out…read more I'll give our first visit experience as well as our second. First, entering we were greeted by the servers who were smiley and friendly. The restaurant is decent sized and pretty clean. We were a little confused why it took almost 40 minutes to get our food. We were only one of three groups that were eating there. I am gluten free so I'm use to not having a ton of options and usually have to stay away from most of the sauces used but, I was able to order a few roles that are gluten free both naturally and/or after asking to not add a sauce. I was pleased to know they treat gluten free orders very cautiously and carefully. The roles are a good size, the fish tasted fresh and the flavors were great. Aside from the extremely long wait, the food was decent so we wanted to give them a second chance. Our second visit was much better. Greeted kindly again once we entered and sat right away. Our server was attentive and speedy. Our food came at a much better timing and the quality was consistent with our first visit. The prices are average, the quality of the food is good, servers are friendly and it's worth giving a shot

We ordered the orange chicken which came with rice and steamed broccoli and carrots. It was a big portion of chicken. We also got some sushi: golden salmon roll, kill bill roll, flame dragon roll, and Sumo roll. All these varied in taste and had different highlighted attributes. The flame dragon roll comes on fire and gives the salmon a really defined smoked flavor. I really liked that the golden salmon roll had a citrus tone. The kill bill roll had good crunch with the coconut tempera shrimp and some spicy with the jalapeño and cilantro. I really like all of the deep fried rolls but this one was especially good because of the tiger shrimp.

Great ambience, friendly staff, a menu broad enough to satisfy any mood, and food that delivers on what it promises. This one has earned a regular spot in my rotation. If you arrive before 3:00 pm, do yourself a favor and order from the combo lunch menu. For a good price, you get miso soup, white rice, pork gyoza, and tempura vegetables, and then choose two items from a list that includes chicken, rolls, and sashimi. The gyoza and tempura alone are worth calling out, both done well. I went with the spicy tuna roll and steak teriyaki and did not regret either choice. Now for the rolls. The Tsunami Roll is the signature and it earns that title, order it without hesitation. The Spicy Masa and Fire Breathing Dragon round out my personal top three and I have yet to be disappointed by any of them. The two areas where they could level up: the wait for food is longer than the lunch setting calls for, so come with patience and plan accordingly. And for a restaurant with rolls this photogenic, a printed menu with photos would go a long way.

It's basically a fried shrimp sushi roll without the seaweed, and it's something I genuinely crave a couple times a week. My other go-to is the Hot Girl Summer roll. It has just the right amount of spice for this Louisiana girl. I always order it with extra eel sauce because honestly, I could drink that stuff. My friends ordered the Cowboy roll and the Elephant roll, and they said both were amazing and perfectly crispy. My partner always tries a new roll, but he only eats cooked or fried sushi. This is the one place he always chooses because the rolls are fried to perfection without being greasy or heavy. The service is good, and the atmosphere is always so cozy. The waitress tried to refuse to seat us. We told her we called in and she spent the rest of our service pitching an absolute fit. Would not respond beyond grunting at us, all but flung our food at us, wouldn't smile or engage us at all. Spent some time actually throwing things as she cleaned a table near us. It was spectacular and awful. The rest of our experience belies the temper tantrum this girl was throwing, though. All of the food was made both quickly and accurately. It was all very good. The restaurant is super clean and everyone else that worked there was very nice. I would go back, just hope for a different waitress.

The restaurant is very clean and modern. We got the mixed tempura appetizer. We were very impressed with the portions. However, the vegetable pieces were huge. I also got the Marz roll, and it was SO good! My husband loved it too. We had some issues at checkout where she brought up another table's bill that was twice as much as ours. I checked the details, and she fixed it. Then technical issues prevented our payment using the device. So we had some delays. All in all, a decent experience.
