Their commitment to proper form and technique creates a very safe place to train. Each session builds on the last, so you feel progress without feeling overwhelmed. The biggest compliment I can give is this: I genuinely look forward to my training sessions. A lot more than I ever expected. The coaches are very motivating and invested in helping you reach your goals. The workouts are always different, high intensity, and more challenging than what I was used to. I feel stronger and in better shape since I started coming to Gate 14.

You'll enter the building where you see the Gate 14 signage and you'll head towards the back left to get to class. There are cubbies as well as a water filling station in the back. Everyone in the class was really encouraging and there's a big emphasis on form, which I appreciated. The instructor Al made sure to go around and give feedback while also pushing everyone to do their best. As it was a HIIT class, you get a great mix of strength and cardio. We did go outside for short runs, so note that for your choice of footwear. Overall it was a really fun class that definitely burned some serious calories.

I've watched him work with several people during the time that I've been there and I should really book some sessions with him because WOW, the transformations I have seen are pretty great. Gia is AMAZING! She helped with not only my physical journey to get back in shape but also my mental and emotional journey. She taught me to be patient and have grace with myself. Only a couple months after starting to train with Gia, I suffered a major knee injury (unrelated to training) which required major surgery. It was very depressing and frustrating. Gia worked with me from the early stages of recovery up to my full recovery. She pushed me but always had safe and effective modifications when needed.
