They just aren't friendly. The woman immediately told me that I should never use stain remover on clothes and I felt like I was being shamed. I paid almost 20 bucks to dry clean a dress and they couldn't get the stain out. It took almost a week to get my dress back. I didn't expect amazing service but at least a smile or someone who didn't scold me. I will be looking for a different dry cleaner that is close to me. read more

Took a sweater in on November 15th to be dry cleaned. It had been worn once. When I picked it up it was ruined. Entirely misshapen. stretched out. Pilling all over and felt incredibly rough. It looked like a 30 year old sweater that Goodwill would reject. I complained and they sent it back to be re-washed even though it was obviously beyond saving. They called me a few days later to pick it up. It looked the exact same. I filed a complaint. Sent them a receipt for the $280 sweater. They sent it back to their office (or wherever deals with complaints). I have not heard from them since. Really upset to have lost a sweater that I loved and paid a lot of money for. Went to the Milwaukee location on KK. When I dropped off my dress coat and pants, I presented a coupon and the employee said you pay when you pickup. Picked up my items today and a different employee told me that I was supposed to give the coupon at drop off and wouldn't honor it. So I paid and left the coupon, didn't feel like arguing today. I've had good experiences with other locations in the past (first time at this one) and they have done good work (even this time) so I was a bit disappointed that they wouldn't honor the coupon. read more

They set the date when to pickup your dry cleaning which is not a quick turn around time. When you arrive at the time they set they do not have your dry cleaning and could careless. They are sure eager to get paid though. read more

I recently was at your Brown Deer location . The young lady was cursing and very disrespectful. my laundry wasn't starched and had no ironed edges. The employee was very loud and seemed to have an issue with doing her job. I would not recommend your service anymore and today is my last time using you. They lost my clothes. They did not replace my clothes. They broke communication multiple times. First, I received the news when the owner/delivery person came to my door to tell me that my order was nowhere to be found. He apologized and said he felt like a F***ing R**ard which was extremely offensive and unprofessional. After agreeing to credit me for 17 pounds of laundry, they magically found the order in "Los Angeles" the next morning. Two days later, I received a call claiming they were not in LA, but actually in "Chicago" and the girl who accidentally got my order was going to have them shipped by the end of the week. That never happened. Nor did It happen during the next 3 weeks of phone tag and completely shady excuses. For some reason, the company handed me off to a new person from a completely different dry cleaning company. They claimed to have sorted the issue and would "keep me up to date once they had a tracking number." They eventually broke contact with me after saying that their "contact" was not responding anymore. And left me out to dry. 3 weeks was when I decided to cut my losses. I wanted to share my experience to forewarn any prospective customers and save them from the three week ordeal of pathetic excuses I had to endure. read more

Believe it or not, no computers. Every time I drop off dry cleaning, they have to fill out paperwork with my name, address, phone number, etc. And they have a knack for giving other people my clothes, and vice versa. Really nice people, and I have no complaints with the quality of their dry cleaning, but their decision not to modernize translates to a service issue. Also, unless you have coupons (which are primarily available from hard to find neighborhood publications) they are not very economical. Update: they have lost two of my shirts in the last several months and refuse to do anything about it. read more

I've been doing a small infrequent amount of dry cleaning here for about five years. They're nice, but they're really slow. I dropped off a suit which needed very minor repair (less than 1cm of restitching on a seam letting loose). Other dry cleaners I've used over the years would just do it in the day or two they had my items. This place wanted almost two weeks to fix it. Apparently they have a person that stops by once a week--mid week. Seriously, drop off on Sat and pick up in two Thursdays for minor stitching and a clean? So, they're friendly, but the more I think about it the more uncool it is that it's takes near two weeks for something minor. It's not like they're any cheaper than any other place around. read more

I get a lot of my dresses and suits dry cleaned and after very bad experiences I am very picky on where I send my clothes. I have been using Wolf on and off for about 1.5 years and everything has been cleaned really well. If you bring your clothes before 7:30am they can have your items done later that day at no extra cost (just make sure you mention same day service). Their prices are reasonable and they have different discounts daily on certain clothing items. (i.e. dress shirts, pants, suits, etc.). You can also go to their website and sign up for their coupons. If I could give negative stars I would! I've had many things ruined by this company, from a comforter being shrunk(yes! You read that right, they shrunk a queen sized comforter) to hooks missing on blouses to actual items just turn up missing! All this is nothing new either, it happens more often than you think. I do not dry clean often but when I do, I use Wolf's. I have received great service and low cost. I have never had a problem with them losing my items. Everything comes back clean and pressed perfectly. They did a great job on my winter jacket as well as my formal dresses and son's suits. read more

This is dry cleaner. The lady was very kind and told me where to find coupons. After moving up from Chicago where I could get suits done for $5 and shirts for $1.25 I have to say I was not too happy to have so few options in Milwaukee, but hey, this place has prices that fit the norm so I will go here. The lady at the counter is very funny, a bit grumpy, and yet does her best to make sure you are aware of the places where you can find the coupons to save $$. Way to go. read more
